Hi Melissia Thank you for taking the time to write this review, and leave a 8/10 rating. Whilst I appreciate some of your comments, I am also disappointed that the issues you raised in your review were not mentioned until the final evening of your stay. This gave neither myself nor the management company anytime to investigate or rectify where possible. I have since spoke to the management company, and they too expressed their disappointment in not being contacted during your stay at the villa, despite them even visiting the villa to complete regular pool cleaning duties. The management company have gone on to explain that, in regards to the Internet, that if you had contacted them when you first experienced issues, they would have been able to investigate and if required, contact the internet company accordingly. No issues were raised by either the guest prior to yourself, nor those that stayed after you. The second issue you raised was about a cockroach in the kitchen, they have said that the house is sprayed for bugs regularly, however, they reminded me that Florida is a hot and tropical country and whilst, they do their best to eradicate bugs, there is always a potential that a door or window could have been left open (even for a brief time) and that the bug wandered in. They also found someone had brought leaves into the house, and the bug may well have been brought in with those. As it was a solitary bug, they said this is more than likely what happened. After your stay, they thoroughly inspected the villa and found no bugs either dead or alive. Finally, the beds, of which we have changed two of them only recently, the management company have investigated and been unable to find any protruding springs. They have said that beds/mattresses are always a difficult one, because comfort is often down to personal preference, some people prefer soft mattresses and others prefer hard mattresses, so striking the balance is always difficult. The manangement company explained that they take any and all issues in regards to the villa, very seriously and strive to deliver a great service, however, they have said that it is imperative that if a guest has any issue, to raise it with them as soon as possible.

Hi Christiane, Thank you for taking the time to review the villa, I was disappointed with the 3 stars. In regards to the beds, the sizes are listed on the advert for the villa, and are pretty standard throughout villas in general. I have found bed comfort is very much a personal preference, some people like hard beds, and other people like soft beds. I am really pleased you enjoyed your stay, and had a great vacation.
