Home from home villa situated in the heart of the beautiful Mar Menor Golf Resort. With a private heated pool and air-conditioning throughout, this villa is ideal whatever time of year you wish to visit. The garden boasts all day sun so the covered patio area will supply needed shade from the mid day heat. The fully equipped kitchen/utility room will provide all you need to cook at home or alternatively you can enjoy one of a number of restaurants or bars within minutes walking distance. The resort shop is only a few minutes walk away for fresh bread and supplies daily should you need it as well as a gym, floodlit paddle courts and the use of the spa facilities at the 5 star Ona Hotel. Should you wish to venture away from the tranquillity of the villa, the beautiful safe, sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are only 10 minutes drive away. The area is renowned for water sports, diving and all year round sun. Secure Wi-fi is provided free of charge. There is an additional charge to heat the pool, price given on request.

Gorgeous villa on a beautiful resort

Beautiful villa. Fully equipt with everything we needed for our stay. Mangement staff and owners always on hand to answer any queries. It really is a home away from home. So much so, we didnt want to return to our home! The kids absolutely loved it too. We have made some lifelong memories here and would definitely return!

Beautiful, clean villa, great location

The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived and was fully equipped for everything we needed. We all really enjoyed sitting by the pool, it was so nice to have the sun shining in the garden all day and we found the location to be peaceful and quiet. It was also nice to have the option of some shade in the garden when it did get too hot. My children loved the pool which was also very clean and well kept. Great location, taking us so more than 10-15 minutes drive to get to a local beach. Plenty of choice of restaurants nearby too. We will definitely be looking to book again next year!

Xmas in Spain

We spent Christmas in Spain to visit family nearby. We have been to the resort and hotel before. For us the golf course and having a massage at the spa are a great attraction ! the weather was very pleasant, so we could enjoy being outside. Gayle was extremely helpful and courteous during all our communications, nothing seemed to much to help us along. The villa was equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Only wish was for a double bed in the master bedroom!

Nice house, great location. Beds only 1.90 m long...

We had a great time in Murcia. The villa was wel equipped and comfortable. As we’re Dutch and therefore tall the let down were the beds. At 1.90 meters long they were way too short for us (our son is 1.98 m tall). Had we known the beds would be this short, we wouldn’t have booked this house. It might be good to mention this in the advert. The dishwasher filter was all clogged up and wasn’t cleaning very well when we arrived. My husband cleaned the filter and after that it worked perfectly. Might be good to check it regularly.

Excellent property in great location

It's a lovely property. Very clean. Close to hotel, restaurants and supermarket. It must be south facing as the sun is at the back around the pool all day. We particularly liked the heated pool and there was plenty of space for all the sunbeds. I am sure we will be booking again at some point in the future.

Lovely home away

We were the first people to stay here this year because of COVID. But it was lovely there, and any issues we had were dealt with immediately by dawn. I have stayed 5 places on Mar Menor. But by far this was the best. So thank you again Gayle we had a lovely holiday. Thank you for letting us use your home.

Casa Blanca

This is a beautiful, well equipped villa which is very comfortable. We stayed from 29th December for one week and made good use of the heated pool. Overall the facilities are excellent. Everything was as described and we look forward to returning at sometime in the future.

Home from home

Had a great week over Xmas, there wasn’t a single thing it lacked, usually I find there is always something missing but not here. Heating the pool was perfect, 32 degrees and was great to swim after Christmas dinner. Really comfy sofas, good tv channels, beds also good as rooms had varying firmness of mattress so found ones to suit each of us. I wanted a relaxed Xmas break and I got that, no neighbours at the time and the resort was quiet but got busier nearer new year but still quiet and relaxed. Arriving late Xmas eve so I wanted something easy, no hassles and this is what I got, all made possible by excellent communication from first booking to the stay, it was a breeze. All in it really felt like a home from home and just what I needed to unwind

Fabulous villa in a great location!!!

We have just returned from a lovely two week stay in this great villa and didn’t want to leave. When we arrived everything was ready for us and the villa and pool area lovely and clean. The villa is perfectly located on the resort with everything close by. We spent most of our time around the pool and then escaping from the heat to the covered terrace. It was such a relaxing holiday that I think I read 5 books in total. The villa is in a lovely quiet part of the resort, along with the super pool you get a large sunbathing area with beds on AstroTurf and the villa also had inflatables for the kids to play with and for my husband too 😆. There is a local supermarket on site which stock everything you need and there is plenty to explore. We had a walk along the beach which is a 10 minute drive away but it was very busy at it was Spanish holiday time so we didn’t stay for the day! We had some lovely meals either at the local “el boulevard” within walking distance where there are a few nice restaurants especially the “Triana” which is a fabulous Spanish restaurant with a DJ on a Friday night to keep the night going. We ventured into Los Alcázares on a few nights too with “Little Sicilly” being our favourite restaurant. We walked along the strip and spent quality family time together with cocktails galore. We would definitely return given the chance and thank you for the opportunity to stay at this lovely villa.

Lovely villa

Casa Blanc is a well maintained, lovely villa on the Mar Manor resort. It’s location benefits from being quite but within walking distance of the resorts shop, bars and most importantly the golf facilities. The villa is well equipped and the outside garden and pool area are lovely. The owners (and property manager out in the resort) were a pleasure to deal with.

Great villa for a relaxing break

Villa has everything you need for a great holiday. Heated pool was a real hit with the kids as was the kids entertainment at the complex (Easter and Summer only). The communal pool was closed until June, which was only slight disappointment, as my son likes cold pools, but did not detract from our enjoyment of the villa. The local shop was great and had everything you'd need. Nearby Cartagena is a lovely city and we also enjoyed the new town centre in north Los Alzacaras. Would recommend! 👍👍👍

Good holiday experience

The Vila is well situated with a nice garden and pool. It is a very comfortable place with all the facilities of home. The kitchen is very well fitted out, with all you need. The lounge is also very comfortable, with a spacious annex,garden room. It is close to the golf course and the hotel on Mar Menor, also the local shop is just round the corner, and is well stocked for food and drink purchases. The estate is clean and tidy, well maintained and patrolled by security. It is about 10 minutes or so to the beaches at Los Acazares which is a very nice area. Alicante airport is about an hour away, and San Javier airport about 20 minutes away.

Superb villa in a great location

My family of 4 (2 kids 8 and 10) spent a great week at this fantastic villa during June half-term 2016. The villa has plenty of space, was spotlessly clean inside and out, the swimming pool is crystal clear and the pool heating (which opted to pay for) kept it very warm. There is astro-turf in the garden which looks very smart and is really soft to walk and sun-bathe on. The air-con throughout was great on the hotter days. Wi-Fi wasn't lightning fast but could comfortably cope with several devices and never dropped out. The kitchen had every utensil we needed and all the appliances we used (dishwasher, cooker, microwave, kettle, washing machine) were clean, modern and efficient - unlike some of the archaic devices we've encountered at other villas). Another great thing was the lack of bugs. Not a single mosquito or wasp was seen (I can't vouch for that being the case year-round though!) The villa is situated literally 1-minute's walk from the centre of the complex (There is no noise from the complex to disturb the peace though.) where, amongst other things, there is a pub, restaurants and a little Spar supermarket which despite its small size, sold literally everything we needed (including freshly baked baguettes and pastries, fruit and veg, ice-creams and, most importantly, every form of alcoholic beverage known to man) at very reasonable prices. Just outside the complex, about 10 mins walk away is a strip of bars and restaurants and the ones we ate and drank in were pretty good. Los Alcazares is a short drive away. It's got a nice beach some great ice-cream places and some really good, cheap restaurants. The villa owner was very easy to deal with, replying to emails and providing information and recommendations very quickly and we got our security deposit back within 24 hours of getting home. The people who look after the villa locally were also very helpful and quick to respond to emails and make sure we got settled in fine. I've given the villa a five-star rating. It's not five-star like a five-star hotel, but I could not find fault with anything about it so I'm not giving it less. I thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic holiday villa

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday at this superb villa. On a fabulous resort, kitted out with everything you could wish for and the best pool and garden we have ever rented, our kids had a ball. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casa Blanca.

Fabulous!!

Just returned from a wonderful 12 days in Mar Menor Golf Resort. The Villa was immaculate and offered everything you would need for a family holiday. The pool was a great size, very safe for children. By the end of our holiday our 4 year old was swimming without his armbands ( supervised of course). The astroturf was a bit hit also, lots of room for the boys to play. The Resort facilities are fabulous. The Supermarket is very reasonable priced and well stocked. The restaurants were very good and catered very well for the children. The boys loved the mini disco in the evenings. Very pleasant having a drink while the children had great fun. My husband and 9 year old son also managed a couple of rounds of golf which again was very reasonably priced. There is lots to see and do out of the Resort, Cartagena, Los Alcazares beach... Fabulous accomodation

We had a lovely time at Mar Menor Golf resort. During Easter the water can be a cold for swimming but the pool was lovely and warm, allowing our children hours of fun swimming. The house is close to the amenities (supermarket, golf, bars) which meant we could walk everywhere on site. You would need a car for beaches, which were also lovely. I would definitely book again.

Our family lives in Leicestershire in the East Midlands and we all love the variety of sports and sense of community the resort and surrounding area offers. We are avid Padel players and also enjoy the odd game of golf with a wealth of courses to chose from. We love to visit the beautiful cities of Murcia, Cartegena, Alicante and Valencia, with their amazing architecture and warm welcomes, and all are within easy travelling distance by road or rail.

Why they chose this property

We bought the villa in 2004 when the resort first opened, as were were a family with two growing children and were looking for a place in the sun that had easy access to safe, beautiful beaches but that was quick and easy to get to from the local airport. We also needed our own pool in case we wanted a day off from the sand and access to a golf course for the grandparents who were keen golfers.
We wanted to be able to go on holiday but know that we had all the comforts of home waiting for us. Luckily for us we found the Mar Menor resort and have enjoyed watching it grow into the beautiful and vibrant place it is today.
The added bonus for us are the extra amenities the resort offers such as restaurants, bars, paddle courts and play areas for children to name but a few. We love that we can have a quiet barbeque at the villa or take a 15 minute stroll to one of the restaurants near by.

What makes this property unique

We have found that having air-conditioning in all the bedrooms is a must during the hot summer months and on the flip side a heated pool in the cooler months is essential for a comfortable swim.
Our central location on the resort means that everything is so accessible. The resort shop is less than 10 minutes walk which means hot bread for breakfast isn’t a chore. As we holiday at the villa ourselves too, we have made every effort to make it feel like a home from home.
