Great villa in good location - very quiet and private. Great level of equipment, especially in kitchen - everything you might need is there. The only improvement I would recommend is some sun lounger pads would really top off the poolside experience. Service from hosts excellent also. Would recommend to anyone coming to Mar Menor.

Fantastic Villa !

Just returned from a perfect 2 weeks with the family at this lovely Villa which was spotlessly clean on arrival and communication with Alain the owner was great. The Villa is in a great location,immaculately kept and has a lovely ground floor space and everything you would need for the perfect relaxing holiday with a great pool and patio area overlooking the golf course for those relaxing days in the sun . Beautiful Villa in a great location and will definitely be back !!

Amazing!

The property is even better than the photos. It is very spacious, so clean with everything inside you could ever need. The pool & sunbeds were lovely & comfy. The complex is great & the villa is in the perfect spot easy to walk to the spar & restaurants on the Boulevard. Will definitely be back

The Best 3 Bed Villa on Mar Menor Golf resort - by far!!!

We have been visiting Mar Menor Golf Resort since it was first built back in 2006 and I can easily say this is the best villa that we have stayed in. From the moment we booked Alain, was available to answer any questions and the communication throughout was excellent. Myriam looks after the property in Spain and she was very welcoming and accommodating - a pleasure to deal with. The villa itself has undergone some extensive renovation to absolutely make the most out of the space. It is the best equipped villa that we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and glassware - everything you could need. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The outside area has also been renovated and was very comfortable with a great size pool and a wonderful Lime tree (which was wonderful in a Vodka and Tonic!) A great BBQ thats was in very good condition and also very clean. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough - this is not an advert or a friend of Alain trying to promote the villa for bookings - I am just a very happy guest.

We had an absolutely brilliant holiday here. The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and exactly as described. It has been recently refurbished with a modern feel throughout, and the air conditioning in every room worked flawlessly—which was a massive plus!The attention to detail was fantastic. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, and the hosts provided everything you could possibly need for a stress-free stay, from plenty of towels and soap to a great coffee machine. Outside, the pool was a good size and kept sparkling clean with a weekly maintenance visit.The location couldn't be better. It is situated in a great area, just an easy, flat 10-minute stroll away from the local cafes, bars, and restaurants. It gives you the perfect balance of peace and quiet without being isolated.Communication with the hosts before we arrived was friendly, prompt, and highly informative. Once on-site, the local contact was equally excellent—completely non-intrusive, but instantly available if we needed any local tips or assistance.Overall, this is a truly great villa in a fantastic location with wonderful hosts. We couldn't recommend it highly enough!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, modern villa. Communication with the owner was always friendly, clear, and very smooth from start to finish.The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival and fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning throughout the villa made our stay especially comfortable, even on the warmest days. As a lovely extra, a cleaning lady came halfway through our stay to freshen up the house, which was greatly appreciated.We also received a friendly introduction to the villa when we arrived, making us feel welcome right away. Parking the car under the pergola was easy and convenient.We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. We would happily stay here again!

Fantastic

We have stayed on this resort 5 times over the last 8 years and without doubt this was our favourite property. Alain the owner, was excellent throughout. His clear communication and co-opertion from start to finish was outstanding. The villa was immaculate and the open plan layout was a big plus for our family. The pool area was very private and extremely clean and tidy, with all the facilities you could wish for. I would also like to thank Myriam the property manager and her team, who resolved a minor issue within 30 minutes. We had a Fantastic holiday and would love to return.

Lovely peaceful holiday

We have stayed in the mar menor resort many times in various locations. This villa topped them all in terms of space, modern features, great pool and privacy. Communications pre and during our stay were great. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here and when we look at thia area again. This villa will be top of the list for checking availability.
