We had a wonderful stay at this clean, beautiful villa. It was perfect for our family of four. The private pool was a huge highlight, and the entire property felt peaceful and well-maintained. We had a great response from Liz, the owner, who made sure nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend.

We booked a couple of days prior to travelling and Lizzie was easy to communicate with and helped with our late evening check in. The house is exactly as described although I think the pool is bigger in real life. Even as a couple in our 50s , the slide provided hours of fun! We had 20 of air con for 5 nights, having it on in the bedroom all night, although didn’t use the whole amount! Just watch for the frogs after the rain - they need rescuing from the pool to survive!Mar menor golf felt very safe with enough activity to feel loved in but undisturbed. We would really like to return next year!

A beautiful spacious villa in a super location. The Host (Liz) was very responsive on email and extremely helpful as was Terry who looks after the property. Terry organised a food shop for us prior to arrival as we had a late check in. Would definitely recommend.

We had recently stayed at this property on a golf trip. It was a fantastic property. Clean and well maintained. Liz the owner communicated with me every step of the way ensuring we were happy with everything. We were greeted by Terry who also made sure we had everything we needed. Villa was a short walk to hotel, golf course and all amenities. Great stay and would highly recommend. Hope to stay again sometime. Book with confidence.

Fantastic! The villa is lovely and we especially enjoyed the pool and garden. There was lots of different seating in the garden meaning we could eat out there or relax on the sun loungers. The villa is also in a great location with an easy walk to the hotel and the various restaurants on site.

The villa is in a great location for all amenities on Mar Manor. Communication with the host and Terry (property manager) was excellent and the property lived up to all the family's expectations. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the outside space with the pool being a particular favourite for us all.

Perfect

My wife and I have just returned from this wonderful villa after spending a few nights there. The villa has everything you need inside and out with a good sized pool and nice outdoor area. It’s located within easy walking distance from everything the ‘resort’ has to offer and also the few and varied restaurants ands bars on the nearby ’strip’ we would happily recommend the villa as a place to stay if you are thinking of staying in this area.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 10 days: house immaculate pool area and garden wonderful 5 min walk to the hotel and restaurants 10 min walk to MMGR and the Spar shop Super quiet location Terri the house manager really made it for us. Greeted us early ane even put an online grocery delivery away for us. Showed us how everything worked. On day 4 my wife had some really bad insect bites and she went to the pharmacy 5 miles away for us just to get some cream: she’s an absolute star Amazing stay: would 100% come again.

Perfect Base for Golfers!!!

Spent 6 nights at Villa Beamer with 3 mates on a golf trip....we were not disappointed. The villa was perfect as a base for our visit. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and everything you would need fur your stay. Terry and Phil (key holders) sorted us out with our shopping list, so the fridge was full when we arrived. Liz (owner) was very helpful during the booking process!! All in all...a first class trip...thanks guys!! Stuart from Glasgow

Fab stay July 2024

We have just returned from a 9 night stay and had an amazing holiday. Liz and Terry kept in contact before our stay and also when we were there. Any queries we had were answered quickly. The villa is in a great location with a lovely view of the golf course in the garden and terrace. The villa is very spacious and was the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 children (6,10,12, 16). There is lots of outdoor seats and loungers some in the shade and some in the sun. The kitchen was well equipped, the dishwasher and washing machine were an added bonus! We got a taxi into los Alcázares a few times which was around 15 euros, where there are plenty bars, restaurants and shops. The beach was beautiful too and in walking distance from the main strip. We would definitely recommend this villa and plan to return in the future.
