Stunning air-conditioned Belle Epoch/ key stone holiday Villa available to rent in South of France/Cannes. Refurbished Luxury villa/ Huge entertaining areas inside & out. Fantastic venue for special occasions / anniversaries / memorable holidays. The Villa is situated in Cannes-Mandelieu with sea views over the Baie de Cannes/ 5 minutes from beach/ 3 mins from a selection of golf courses/ 2 mins from supermarket/ 15 mins to Cannes centre & Le Croisette/ Just 30 minutes from Nice Airport. Travel times may vary in peak season.

Sleeps 10-14 very comfortably, however, we do also have additional put up beds which are great for children. All bedrooms have air conditioning , of which 4 have en-suite bathrooms. We have a family bathrooms on the first floor and garden level. We also have a separate WC next to the kitchen. Large laundry.

The large villa benefits from extensive private gardens which are an abundance of colourful plants, we have lemon tree's around the large heated pool. The pool has a roman end and an Alarm. We have a summer kitchen down by the swimming pool and a covered Gazebo with mosquito nets. The Summer kitchen has a American fridge and freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and colour lighting for the evening. It also has a traditional fire BBQ, but we also have a gas weber BBQ for ease. We have umbrellas and sun loungers situated by the pool. We also have a table tennis table which can be moved to where you prefer it. Table tennis bats and balls. We also have several sculptures dotted around the garden.

Outdoor entertaining is very much a feature of the Villa. Not only can you sit by the pool to entertain but we have a large covered terrace outside the sitting room which has sofa's and chairs and is wonderful for an evening aperitif or playing cards in the evening. We have a large open aired terrace overlooking the bay of Cannes, with a dining table which is perfect for breakfast or dinner.

Inside the Villa is a comfortable and spacious living area with TV with amazon firestick and a large dining room. We also have a study desk just off the dining room. The kitchen is next to the Sitting Room and is fully equipped with full height Fridge, freezer, wine cooler, range cooker with 5 rings and 3 ovens. It also has dishwasher, freestanding microwave, nespresso coffee machine and a large french sideboard with lots of plates, large cooking pans, paella dishes etc. We also have 2 glasses cabinets with daily glasses and lovely champagne and wine glasses.

Secure off-street parking behind electric gates. 7 double/twin bedrooms.

Travel Cot and high chair available.

2 weekly rental have a mid stay clean (max 6 hours) and a change of linen.

We have a wonderful housekeeper who is available to help (monies paid directly to her). She is very discreet and not good at cleaning but can help with food preparation and is happy to also cook meals for you should you wish.


Pool & garden maintenance is included, as is electricity charges. However, we do ask our guests to respect the environment where possible and to not have the Air Conditioners going full time in the bedrooms when they are not being used. Pool heating is an extra 160 Euro's per week.


Situated in a quiet domain and yet very close to Cannes, La Napoule and Theoule-sur-Mer with extensive restaurants, bars, shopping and local markets to suit every taste.
