This superb, two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. It features a large private terrace, full air conditioning throughout, and free fast 100mb WiFi. For your entertainment, there's a smart TV in the bedroom and a 55" smart TV in the living room so you can stay up to date with your latest shows on Netflix.

Enjoy sea views, a swimming pool (open June to September) with a dedicated children's section, and beautifully maintained private gardens. Situated in a peaceful elevated position, the apartment is just a 2-minute walk from local bars, cafés, an array of restaurants, shops, and a nightclub. Mercadona/Aldi supermarket is also only around 5 minutes walk away on foot.

The excellent Blue Flag La Mata Beach is a 10-minute walk away, renowned for its cleanliness, water quality, and safety. A stunning boardwalk connects the beach to La Mata centre, offering a scenic stroll along the coastline.

La Mata is surrounded by a large and beautiful natural saltwater lake, home to a wide variety of bird species – including flamingos.

Torrevieja town is just a 5-minute drive away and offers vibrant evening entertainment, water sports, and a wide range of activities. The famous Aquopolis water park – one of the largest on the Costa Blanca – is just an 8-minute drive.

Murcia Airport is a 30-minute drive, Alicante Airport is 35 minutes away, and there are three championship golf courses within a 15-minute drive.

Definitely worth a look

I knew the area from a previous visit, this apartment was better than expected and absolutely under sold - already looking to book for next year.The host was always available to answer any questions and the meet and greet was ever so helpful. I can not praise this property highly enough. Only drawback would be the area has some very demanding hills not for the unfit, elderly or toddlers but was everything i was looking for and more. Close to all amenities and some great eateries and home to a cracking back street "British" bar (Bar Brittania) all in all maximum stars in EVERY department !

A pleasant welcome

My first stay in Spain. Excellent location, a short walk away from the beach, supermarket and a good restaurant. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Comparatively at a good price. Watch out for the 65 cleaning fee payable in advance. Neighbours downstairs played loud music during the day but were quiet at night. I had to buy dishwashing liquid and kitchen sponges. Overall a lovely stay and I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

Think we was the first let of the season as the apartment was a bit musky, but soon cleared with some fresh air. Was met by Chris to hand over the keys, very polite even though we were late back from the airport. The apartment is close to the local strip which has many good bars etc. The local supermarket is just over the road. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. Two large bedrooms with lots of storage space for your clothes. Plenty of cutlery etc on the small but adequate kitchen. Lovely gardens at the rear with a nice pool which unfortunately for us was not open yet.All in all an excellent apartment which l strongly recommend & we shall book again.

Nice 2 bedroomed apartment

This is a comfortable and nicely presented apartment - perfectly adequate for me and my husband. It has a good sized terrace from which you can see the sea on one side. The only issues we had was finding TV channels on the TV and the keys not working to the back gates to the complex (so we had to walk round) Note the apartment does not have WiFi The pool is also a good size, but check opening times depending on time of year. The local beach is sandy and about 10-15 mins walk. It is up hill on the way back though. the Mercadona is just around the corner over the road, along with plenty of places to eat out. Note :The Mercadona is not open on Sundays. The bus stop is also around the corner from the apartment and will take you into Torrevieja or into La Mata. The owner communicates well and quickly to any questions asked. we also used their service to get picked up from the airport (which went exactly to plan) We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Estancia con amigos

La verdad para las fechas que era en Semana Santa , ha estado todo bastante bien por lo general , se echaba de menos que hubiera estado la piscina abierta, pero por lo demás todo perfecto. El trato con los encargados ha sido bastante atento.

El apartamento está genial, tiene de todo, está todo súper limpio y en buenas condiciones, la playa está a 15/20min andando en coche se tarda 5min dependiendo de qué parte de la playa quieras, está al lado de Mercadona, farmacias,..la verdad que está muy bien situado y si está genial, la piscina súper limpia, mis hijos se lo pasaron genial! Seguro que repetimos! Lo único malo, que solo hablan inglés y un pelin de español, dando gracias que mi marido si pudo hablar con ellos, si no, nos hubiese costado entendernos jejeje pero el hombre súper majo y agradable!

Vacaciones 2022

La casa está muy bien para unas vacaciones. Estaba limpia y tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia. Un lugar tranquilo, cerca de la playa y servicios. Hemos estado en una hola de calor con temperaturas muy altas pero en la casa se estaba genial ya que hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Lo único que podría mejorarse es que en el salón el sofá es pequeño para alojar a cuatro personas.

We bought this property for the close proximity to La Mata beach, quiet location and for the outdoor pool and extensive gardens.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The location is half way between Murcia San Javier Airport and Alicante Airport, making accessibility very easy, especially for visitors from the UK. The board walk along La Mata beach is very pleasant, along with the large salt water lakes that are within walking distance. There are some excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The close proximity of the mercadona makes self catering very easy.
