This triplex villa is located in the picturesque town of Kalkan, ideally situated in the Beverly Hills area of Kalkan (Ortalaan). Its lay out makes the most of its spectacular views from all rooms. Outside, the large marble sun terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers, umbrellas and a marble table and 8 chairs under the covered pergola. Private heated* infinity pool, BBQ, and furnished balconies provide ample opportunity to enjoy the views of the two bays. There are marble floors and air-con throughout the villa. All four bedrooms have marble en-suites. A spacious kitchen, dining area, guest bathroom, utility room and roof terrace add to the luxury. Garage at road level. English speaking villa manager will be available throughout your stay to help you with restaurant bookings, days trips, airport transfers, car rental, etc. (*extra cost applies)

Stunning villa and area

What can I say about this amazing property. Owners and management were a joy to deal with and couldn't be more helpful. The pictures of the villa and views do not actually do this villa justice. The villa was spotless and beautiful. The local area is stunning and the local people could not be more helpful or friendly. Definitely my new holiday destination. Can't wait to go back.

Loved our stay here!

Loved our stay here. Views are spectacular. It is very hilly and we had a car so it was OK. How else do you get such amazing views?! This time of year, though, there are alot of mosquitoes so be careful having doors open near dark or after. I think they start spraying soon so it won't be as bad in the summer, apparently. Very spacious and all the bedrooms and living spaces have the great views. Went to the nearby Greek island for the day. Hiked around Kas. Would love to come back again!

Great villa with awesome views

Our stay was very comfortable for 7 people. Rooms and all territories were clean and comfortable. Pack your shampoo and conditioner as they are not available at the villa. All other things were provided. The cutlery is “hiding” in the drawer under the stove. There is a cooler with a 20 liter bottle you can refill for 40 TL as soon as you run out. Very convenient as walking to town involves steep roads. We still preferred walking over driving as parking in town is limited and driving is tricky. There is an attached garage you can lock your car in. Loved the grill and the pool! Easy communication with the renter. All in all great stay! Thank you

We are an English/Danish family with two small children. We have both lived an expat life and are currently living in India.
We visited and fell in love with Kalkan a few years ago and decided to buy a home away from home where we try to enjoy as much time as possible with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Kalkan is a little gem which offers some amazing scenery, great beaches near by and a fabulous array of restaurants. Rent a car and you can explore the many historical sites located not too far away or simply relax by the pool and enjoy the fabulous views over the bay. The locals are very friendly which makes going out with the kids a real pleasure.

What makes this property unique

The first thing that struck us about this villa were the fantastic views; to your left as you look out from the pool, Kalkan harbour and the picturesque town, and to the right, clear blue sea as far as the eye can see. Breath taking. It is conveniently located to town and all the local restaurants and amenities, it's close to Kalamar Beach Club, within easy reach of Patara Beach and all the main roads that lead to Kas and other nearby towns.
