The views are just stunning! Location great and convenient for shops, restaurants, beach clubs. House incredibly spacious, clean and well equipped. Pool brilliant size. Host really responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

Excellent villa in a superb spot. Panoramic views across Kalkan and Kalamar - really couldn't be any better. Large infinity pool (12m) which was invaluable for cooling off in the sunshine. Huge living space and bedrooms with effective air conditioning. Well appointed kitchen.We walked into town a few times and got a taxi back - super cheap (c.4) and very easy. Loads of fantastic restaurants to choose from - particularly recommend the rooftop Eclipse. All in all, a perfect holiday villa.Sad to leave!

The most wonderful villa, location and superb views - super helpful owner and local agent made this a truly fantastic 10 day break. Fautless in every aspect - already looking forward to returning in the future... Kalkan is a great holiday spot and this is got to be one of the best villas to base yourself in.

Fantastic Family Stay

The view - just wow! The photos do not do the villa justice - amazing. Comfortable, clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. Great comms with owner. Excellent manager who arranged groceries on arrival and provided taxi details to get us to and from town. Easy walk to local beach club but far enough to feel secluded. We also worked whilst there - great wi-fi. Highly recommended. Thank you for an excellent stay with our family to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. :-)

Memorable time with family at the villa

My family of 5 stayed four wonderful nights at this villa in November. The villa is seated on a hill overlooking beautiful Kalkan harbor. The views are gorgeous especially during sunrise and sunset. The road to the villa is steep so you would need to have a car (the villa has a one car garage) if you are planning to explore local restaurants or neighborhoods or go to a grocery store. Beside just visiting the historic town of Kalkan, I highly recommend spending some time at Kaputash beach, visiting Kas, taking a boat tour from Andriake harbor, Demre to Kekova island to see the Sunken City and Simena Castle, and visiting an open air museum and active archaeological site of Myra, Demre. The villa was extremely clean and well equipped with all necessary household appliances and cutlery, just bring your own shampoos and shower gels. Communications with the villa's owner and his manager were prompt and we did not have any problems to find the place, checking in, and checking out. We would definitely come back.

Family trip

The house is vast and perfect for families or groups it has all you need inside. The infinity pool is amazing as is the outside space. We loved staying there a short walk into Kalkan where it’s all happening. We used the carrefour round the corner for food and drink as we found it the easiest and best as we could walk there and taxi back. All in all was a perfect holiday.

Amazing Villa!

We had an amazing 2 week stay at Villa. Enjoyed by adults, teenagers and 10yo! The Villa is larger than expected and the views are incredible from every room. It Is high up on hill, so needed to use taxis everywhere but that was easy to organise. Would recommend!

A perfect location, listed exactly as it is...

A little difficult to find, had to meet the manager by a gas station and follow him to the house, but once there was extremely happy with the property & location. Villa is maintained well inside and out, only suggestion would be that they provide one or 2 wi-fi speakers that could be used to stream music... Both the owner and manager are very responsive and reply almost instantly to any questions asked... Will be back...

Family holiday

Fantastic property, with an amazing view and good sized swimming pool. Communication was good with the owner and the property manager. It is a very steep walk down to town but taxis are very easy to use. Kalkan is a great town with a huge choice of restaurants and bars. We will be back!

Villa Two Views

Fabulous stay at Villa Two Views. The villa & the view are amazing (even better than the photos) and Kalkan itself is a wonderful town. Bars & restaurants are fab and the people are so friendly too. Communication with the owners was very smooth and easy. The owners even arranged for our transfers to and from Dalaman airport and were kind enough to let us stay on for an extra few hours on our last day. We will definitely be back without a doubt

Wonderful stay. Great views. The pool was wonderful. Amazing drive to Kas for historical learing. You will need a car if you don't like climbing.

Amazing views

Fabulous stay at Villa 2Views. 15m pool is one of the best in Kalkan. Villa is located high up, hence the view! but taxis are readily available via WhatsApp and only cost about £4 a trip. Really comfy beds, excellent showers and well stocked kitchen.

Two families with teenage children. We had an amazing stay at Villa two views. Well located Villa with a 20 minute walk downhill to main town or easily accessed by inexpensive taxi. Thank you Atakan for being on hand to answer questions.

Excellent property. Amazing views.

Property is great - lots of space for 8 people. The location has amazing views and in a quiet area but you need a car or use taxis to get around. Kitchen facilities also good. Helpful location manager with knowledge of local trips and places to visit. I would definitely recommend this property.

Simply Fantastic

Having never been to Turkey, we found Natalie’s property via Vrbo and it lived up to expectations. We will be back. Communication was superb with Nathalie responding immediately to my questions pre booking and she was so helpful post booking. The property was perfect for our needs and would suggest the photos do not do it justice. The views were magnificent and obviously the vista means you are high up in the hills. Some of the inclines are extremely steep so suggest the walks home wouldn’t be for everyone, however taxis are soooooo cheap (£2.70 from centre of town), hence you should have no issues. Transfers from Dalaman airport are good value, £120 for 10 of us. We have already recommended the property to family and friends, hence cannot suggest more highly. Thanks Nathalie

Amazing!

The photos of this bill don’t really do it justice, it’s so lovely and the views are incredible. Us, our friends & our babies had a fantastic time. Communication from the manager was great, overall we can’t fault our stay and I think we will be back! What I would say is just be aware of the location, the town is walking distance however it’s down very steep hills, so for us with prams (or if you had children or elderly people with you) it wasn’t doable - but a taxi to town is only about £3 (90 Turkish lira) so it wouldn’t put me off staying again, we just used the taxis all week. Our only feedback on the villa itself is that the BBQ needs a very good clear out as there’s Greece built up & it could be a bit of a hazard. Equally, the villa was great for us as adults & with babies but with young children (toddlers-pre teen) it might be a little dangerous around the infinity pool so just something to be aware of. Kalkan itself is also gorgeous & we will return for sure! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing views and a lovely villa

We loved our time in this villa. The views were breathtaking, the rooms spacious and the kitchen well equipped. It is high up as you’d expect with such views, so be prepared to either get very fit walking or get a taxi but the taxi to town is so cheap and easy to get. The pool is a good size so you can actually swim in it! Our children (19-22) loved it and rated the holiday as one of our best yet.

Beautiful Villa in a beautiful town

We’ve had an amazing week in Kalkan, the villa was perfect and we recommend staying here. The roads up to villa are very steep and would definitely recommend using the local taxi service who are very prompt and cheap. Kalkan Center is approximately 20 minutes walk away and it won’t disappoint you from its shops to its many lovely rooftop restaurants.

We are an English/Danish family with two children. We have both lived expat lives and lived in Russia, India, Dubai and Germany as a family. We currently reside in the UK.
We visited and fell in love with Kalkan in 2009 and decided to buy a home away from home where we try to enjoy as much time as possible with friends and family.

Kalkan is a little gem which offers some amazing scenery, great beaches near by and a fabulous array of restaurants. Rent a car and you can explore the many historical sites located not too far away or simply relax by the pool and enjoy the fabulous views over the bay. The locals are very friendly which makes going out with the kids a real pleasure.

The first thing that struck us about this villa were the fantastic views; to your left as you look out from the pool, Kalkan harbour and the picturesque town, and to the right, clear blue sea as far as the eye can see. Breath taking. It is conveniently located to town and all the local restaurants and amenities, it's close to Kalamar Beach Club, within easy reach of Patara Beach and all the main roads that lead to Kas and other nearby towns.
