Dear Veronique Thank you for your detailed feedback after staying in my apartment in Musso. I am glad that overall you had a pleasant and comfortable stay at my apartment. Guest satisfaction is very important to me and so I am sorry you found the wifie not consistently good in all rooms. We have not had any negative feedback about this before and have always found the broadband to be fast and efficient in all areas of the apartment. I will be checking this out as a matter of urgency as it is an important feature. I believe the kitchen is very well equipped but I take the point that some guests prefer to cook for the family in the evening, so I will invest in a large casserole dish very soon to enable this. The upstairs bathroom serves the two double bedrooms on the second floor, and I see no problem with each guest going through their own bedroom to visit the bathroom which is completely private with its own lockable door and accessed through the small hall area between the two bedrooms. We like your idea of a new bathroom on the ground floor and hope to invest in the future. Kind Regards Vanessa (Owner)

Hi Pia I'm sorry you had problems finding and using the keysafe. With the photo instructions I sent you it should have been easy. I accept it is confusing that the whole apartment block is No. 29 but each apartment has its own number and mine is number 1. I will now change my instructions sheet to show the full address and put up a sign showing ours is No. 1. Thank you for your review. Vanessa
