Thank you for your review. I must agree, Ferragudo is a perfect gem. it has it all, beautiful beaches and some of the best restaurants and bars. There is also the water taxi that can take you across to Portimaö or Praia da Rocha.

Great Villa

A beautiful villa, lots of space, very comfortable and well equipped. In a great location, a short walk from the beach or the main square in Ferragudo. Excellent communication with the host, any questions we had were dealt with promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location

Great spot to stay in Ferragudo. Easy walking to town and beaches. Quick proximity to many attractions by car. The pool and deck area were a great oasis to return to.

Quiet, safe and comfortable

The host and office assistant were very welcoming and the location was perfect - away from the very busy community of Portimao but close enough to amenities. Secure parking on the property and easy access was appreciated. Very close to some wonderful golf courses. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Lovely villa in the heart of Ferragudo

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located within 5 minutes walking of the main square. Owner quickly responded to any needs. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent stay

Had an amazing time at this property again - Its location is perfect right next to the town and close to lots of golf courses. The property itself is also great - we loved the pool and went in everyday! Can’t wait to hopefully return soon! :)

Good value

Everything as described, pool very clean, aircon with a young baby was helpful in very warm weather. With a 10 min walk to town where there was an abundance of restaurants and cafes, the location was great.

Great neighborhood

House location is on quiet end of street which was a plus. House is comfortable and pool area nice. Local market and coffee shop were friendly, and village a short walk away for great food in a very picturesque place. Would stay in this vrbo again. Note: we were 2 couples, so just know that 1 bathroom is not on the same floor as the 2 bedrooms.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa with all the facilities you’d need. A short (<10min) walk into main square with loads of bars and restaurants which serve great food. Some little shops in the village and a Continenti and Lidl a 25-30 walk.

Relaxing Break

Great 2 bed property in a good location for wandering into Ferragudo. Steps into the pool are great and much better than the ladders that many of the other properties on this development have. Pool has sun throughout the day from early morning through to late afternoon.

Charming place

We spent a great week at charming Ferragudo. The villa is as advertised, clean and very nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped. Check in,check out are easy. Couple of good local restaurants in a walking distance. Beautiful beach . Will definitely come back.

Great base for Ferraguda

Been to Casa Oliveira before 7 years ago which is why we came back. Lovely location: easy to walk to the town and beach; great facilities; great pool; everything you want from a 2 bedroom house with a pool. George, the local property manager was attentive and on hand for any help needed. We’ll be back 😁

Villa review

A lovely quiet villa, apart from the cockerel! But honestly not a problem. Location perfect for exploring the algarve. Had everything needed for a wonderful holiday. However, could do with some updating. Would certainly return, and would certainly recommend!

Hi my name is Jan Murphy. I live and work in the UK and therefore do not get to visit the villa as often as I would like. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to enjoy such a wonderful property and hope it will give you as much pleasure.
Casa Oliveira is a family owned villa and is used by the family for vacations throughout the year we therefore believe it has a 'home from home' atmosphere.
It is lovingly looked after and our guests to date all appreciate and fall in love with the property and it's location and tend to re-visit time and time again. We try to go at least twice a year and the rest of the time we like to think we share our villa and the lovely location with others! Many of our clients go again and again!!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

My late husband found the villa whilst on holiday visiting his brother in Carvoeiro. We fell in love with Ferragudo as it has so much character. It is still very Portuguese and uncommercialised compared to other parts of the Algarve. It has everything you could want for an enjoyable holiday right on your doorstep!
It is located in such a beautiful area, in close proximity to our favourite beaches and restaurants, and just far enough out of town to be peaceful and surrounded by open areas with magnificent views from the pool terrace.

Benefits include the 8m x 4m private pool and extensive garden, a must for the children and adults alike in the Algarve sunshine. We often BBQ by the pool in the evening and then walk down to the village square for a few drinks where we like to meet up with the locals who are very friendly and welcoming.
The villa is in a quiet area but with good access to public transport. The spacious property is gated and railings for child safety. The property has electric shutters and alarm which adds to the security of the property.
