Appartement dans le centre du village, bien situé pour les restaurants et magasins locaux

L'appartement élégant est situé au premier étage d'un immeuble de quatre appartements, situé à seulement 50 mètres de la place du village. Il se trouve en face des vieux murs et du clocher du village médiéval. Il a été entièrement rénové en 2012, avec de nouveaux équipements contemporains partout. Wi-Fi illimité gratuit disponible (installé début 2016). Toutes les fenêtres et portes sont à double vitrage, et le chauffage central au gaz signifie que l'appartement peut être utilisé toute l'année. Un parking gratuit est disponible sur la Via del Campanile et sur la place du village elle-même. 2 chambres, salon avec canapé-lit double, salle de bains (douche, pas de baignoire), cuisine / salle à manger, terrasse arrière couverte, balcon avant. Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, 2 télévisions, DVD, fer à repasser, micro-ondes, grand frigo-congélateur, four électrique, plaque gaz, chauffage central. Wifi gratuit au bar local. Grands espaces de rangement au rez-de-chaussée. San Terenziano est un petit village avec d'excellentes installations. Bars, restaurants, banques, bureau de poste, boutiques de cadeaux et épiceries sont tous à votre porte. À proximité, Todi possède une piscine olympique en plein air ouverte en été.

Umbria getaway

nice apartment in a quiet little town with all the essentials including a great bakery and restaurant. San Terenziano is a great location for getting by car to Todi, Spello, Assisi etc plus a whole raft of wineries around Bastardo, Bevagna and Montefalco. We enjoyed it here and very happy with this accommodation.

Perfect for us

The apartment was just as described. Everything was easy to use and clean. It’s just right off the town Square which has everything you need. Many nice restaurants within a 20 minute drive. Two nice restaurants are walking distance.

Ideal Escape

Three years ago, we discovered that our kids holiday needs had evolved to clubbing in Ibiza. Using this new found freedom, we had some wants of our own. To discover Italy a little more but away from the normal tourist magnets. Somewhere that had facilities on the doorstep if we didn't wish to travel but close enough to explore surrounding towns/places. In San Terenziano, we found this in spades. As for Andrew & Sarah's property this adds perfectly to the mix. It covers all bases and the service provided is first-class. We have only good things to say about each of our three visits to San Terenziano and look forward to returning in 2018.

Schöne Wohnung in einem schönen Dorf

Schöne Wohnung mit umfangreicher Ausstattung, 2 ruhigen kleinen Balkonen und angenehmem Raumklima bei hohen Temperaturen. San Terenziano ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit einer Bar/Pizzeria, einem Restaurant und einem wundervollen kleinen Castell. Von dort aus lassen sich wunderbar viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Umbriens erkunden.

Casa grande e accogliente

Siamo stati benissimo. La casa ha una grande cucina con lavastoviglie e molto attrezzata. Con un balconcino che affaccia lato strada sul castello di San tenziano. Poi c'è una stanza con TV, divano letto comodo con finestra.pou c'è un'altra stanzetta singola che noi non abbiamo utilizzato.La lavatrice. Il bagno molto funzionale con una doccia grande ed infine la camera da letto con terrazzino. La casa è calda, silenziosa. Alberto ci ha accolto e ci ha aiutato nelle piccole necessità che avevamo bisogno. Tutto bene. L' unica cosa che mancava qualche sapone in bagno. La casa ha il bar nei pressi, il supermercato e il ristorante. La consigliamo vivamente.

Ottimo soggiorno

L'appartamento è come descritto e l'attrezzatura a disposizione è ben tenuta e funzionante. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo notato quanto fosse pulito l'intero appartamento e i suoi elettrodomestici, frigorifero compreso! Posizionato in modo strategico rispetto alle altre città umbre, lo ritengo un'ottima punto di partenza per le visite nella regione. Nei dintorni vendita di vini e olio di qualità!

Una piacevole e rilassante vacanza

Il proprietario è stato da subito molto gentile e disponibile. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e molto silenziosa perfetta per rilassarsi. La casa era pulita e in perfette condizioni. All'interno della casa sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari al soggiorno. Una vacanza all'insegna del relax.

Great Apartment and Excellent Communication

We have just arrived home from a week in Andrew’s apartment in San Terenziana. The village itself is a delightful example of an Umbrian hill top village and the apartment was excellent, providing everything we could have wished for during our stay. Communication with Andrew was extremely prompt and efficient and we received very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, particularly useful as we arrived quite late at night. Worthy of particular mention was the delightful local restaurant, Il Buongustaio, just a few yards walk from the apartment. I have coeliac’s disease and, while Italy generally provides excellent gluten free food, Il Buongustaio was exceptional. Thank you Andrew, we will return.

Wonderful location

Lovely comfortable, clean and well appointed apartment in an interesting village surrounded by absolutely stunning scenery. It is a good central location for getting to other fascinating places although it was my first time driving abroad so a bit nerve racking. Road surfaces in this area are diabolical in places and Italian drivers .....! However the views make the experience worth it and there are some beautiful walks if you take the trouble to find the tracks. Seems impossible to get a footpath map here. The electricity went off twice in the apartment, the first time it was easy to reset the trip switch, the second time was just before we left, trip switch didn't work and we didn't have time to look for the problem. The other minor point was no WiFi connection as expected. Everything 'not in range'. Plenty of books and Scrabble though. In all a wonderful holiday.

Great Apartment and Village

We had a good feel for this apartment once we had contacted the owners. They responded promptly and were helpful in all aspects. It is a wonderful apartment 50 metres from the centre of a great Umbrian village. Two supermarkets, bars and restaurants provided for all our needs. Nearby parking was easy.The description provided by the owners on the Owners Direct website is accurate - all in all a comfortable and clean unit with all necessary appointments. In particular we loved the small balcony off the kitchen/dining area which looked down to the town centre. We enjoyed drinks and meals here while watching the village go about its business. San Terenziano is well positioned to explore other places in Umbria, including Todi. Plenty of information was provided by the owners on nearby attractions. Our stay included a wonderful time at an informal cooking class at a villa just out of Todi. Inquire at the Language School in Todi for details. We loved our week in San Terenziano.

Very well appointed apartment in a typical Umbrian hill town (village really). Handily placed for excursions to Todi, Orvieto, Perugia and Assissi, albeit the local minor roads give you an interesting switchback ride. Plenty of restaurants nearby at which to eat, including a very good Agroturismo centre. Mini-supermarkets in the village can serve just about all your needs and in any event there is a major supermarket 10/15 minutes drive away. Main bedroom a good size double, second bedroom distinctly a single but a good looking double sofa bed in the living room. Nice bathroom and shower, good size family kitchen diner.

Hi, we are Andrew and Sarah Wilson and we live in Newcastle, England. Andrew studied Italian at University in the early 90s and worked in Umbria a few years later. We have visited the region many times since then - as a couple and now with our two young boys. We have owned our apartment in San Terenziano since 2005. During early 2012 we decided to completely renovate the apartment and fit modern central heating so it can be used throughout the year. We love going to this village on our holidays and exploring the region (Todi, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Montefalco, etc.). We are happy to provide more information about the village and region so you can get the most out of your stay in San Terenziano.

We had spent many holidays in Umbria prior to buying our apartment. Andrew travelled extensively in the area during 1999 when he worked there for the summer. Umbria is a beautiful region of Italy, with many historic towns to visit (Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto etc) and delicious food and wine. San Terenziano is a small village close to Todi - a famous hill top town in central Umbria. It is an easy two hour drive from Rome. The village has great facilities with bars, restaurants and shops. But it is off the beaten track and completely unspoilt. Our apartment is an ideal base for exploring Umbria, at any time of year.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our apartment is just off the shady main square of San Terenziano, opposite the walls of the old mediaeval hamlet, It is very handily placed for all local amenities, and you are at the heart of Italian village life when you stay there. The apartment is well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, microwave, etc). Free unlimited wi-fi now installed (as from 2016). Central heating means it can be used all year round. The summers are usually very warm, but the village is 500m above sea level so the night time temperatures are never excessive. Visitors often use the apartment as a base for exploring Umbria - the "Green Heart of Italy". It is a really convenient place to stay, whether you want to roam around the region or just take it easy and relax in the village itself.
