La Reial is a tourist holiday home (Registration number VT/594) located in a quiet, pine shaded, residential area a short stroll from the marina, restaurants and shops of Porto Petro and just 400m from a small, sandy cove. A large swimming pool is set in fully enclosed garden with lawns and shady trees and an adjacent shaded terrace provides an ideal spot for a barbecue. Inside, the house is comfortably furnished in the local style and includes a fitted kitchen and a lounge diner leading out to the terrace. The villas accommodation is raised from the street and is accessed by steps.

Great place

Great place to stay for a family. We spent ten days and really enjoyed the villa and Porto Petra. Excellent pool and a short walk to the local beach.

Fantastic Stay!

Ideal location

Family and friends stayed here for 7 days. Villa was very nice. Pool fabulous. Location was perfect. The local beach was also a welcome surprise. Would recommend.

Villa la Reial

We had a great time at Villa la Reial, Porto Petro. The Villa is great especially the pool and outdoor area. Some of the interior is a bit dated and could do with modernising. The location is great as only few mins walk from Porto Petro. Pedro was a great host and would recommend this villa.

The Real Mallorca Experience

I spent all my summers as a child in Porto Petro. This home is a traditional Mallorcan home, with a lovely pool, great air conditioning... and last but not least 2 wonderful owners that greet you upon arrival and are just a call away. I highly recommend this home and the owners.

Lovely Villa

The villa was fantastic and the perfect place for a first holiday with babies. It's close enough to everything that you can walk to restaurants and the marina. Pedro was a fantastic host and we would happily return. Our only minor suggestion would be that it would be helpful to have some basics in on arrival such as handsoap.

Quiet and Peaceful

Property was as described in a quiet small town with nice restaurants and very nice people. The home was very quiet at night which I appreciated very much being a light sleeper. The beds were very comfortable, and the pool was the icing on the cake! Pedro responded very quickly with no issues. If you’re looking for more action, Cala d’Or is only 10 minutes away with very nice beaches, restaurants and shops/markets.

Wir waren 9 Tage im Oktober hier. Im Vorwege hatten wir einige Fragen, die uns der Vermieter Pedro immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet hat. Self Check In mit Schlüsselbox hat super funktioniert. Finca teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem ein super PLV. Tolle Lage mit nur ganz wenig Nachbarn. In wenigen Autominuten an einer der schönsten Buchten, der Cala Mondrago. Am letzten Tag durften wir länger bleiben da unser Flug erst abends ging. Uns hat es super gut gefallen!!

Fantastic outdoor space and location.

We stayed here in August 21 as a family of 4. The pool and outdoor patio area were fantastic and the location (a few minutes walk from the port area) was great. The owner was really helpful and the property was very clean - we also got fresh towels delivered half way through the week which was really appreciated. There is aircon in the bedrooms which kept them at a perfect temperature. The main suggested area for improvement would be the WiFi and TV. There is free WiFi but it’s very patchy - the signal drops out every few minutes, and the TV is very small. That is a minor point for me but my children would disagree!

Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, ideal zum abschalten und erholen. Trotzdem sind es nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, zum Hafen und zum Supermarkt. Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und unser Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und ein sehr angenehmer Gesprächspartner. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tranquil oasis

Family party (5 adults, 1 teenager) stayed for 1 week during August. Pre-arrival arrangements and instructions were clear and straightforward. The villa is exactly as described; it sits in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Portopetro. The pool is fantastic and the surrounding garden is well kept and not overlooked. We spent most of our time outside (private patio, barbecue etc). The villa is clean with plenty of towels, bedding and utensils and is also secure (garden gates lock, fully alarmed, small safe). Portopetro itself, although small, has loads of restaurants and is pretty unspoilt when compared with Cala d'Or just down the road (maybe too quiet for those in search of nightlife but Cala d'Or only a 10 minute taxi ride). Beach 5 minute walk. Supermarket 5 minute walk. Watersports available at reasonable prices from place next to Spar. Pedro, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and a great source of local knowledge. Thoroughly recommended for those who want a relaxing holiday in high quality accommodation.

We feel that this lovely harbour side fishing port is maybe one of Mallorcas best kept secrets. Less than an hours drive from Palma Airport and neighbouring the sophisticated and cosmopolitan resort of Cala DOr, Porto Petro has retained its small town feel.
