Villa récemment rénovée dans secteur calme avec piscine, jardin près de la plage

Casa del Sur est une villa qui a été complètement rénovée très récemment, et est située dans un site très calme. Elle possède des terrasses aussi bien au rez-de-chaussée que sur le toit d'où on a une vue superbe de la mer. La maison est très accueillante. Elle est entourée par un grand jardin rempli de fleurs. Il y a aussi une grande piscine. La plage de Cala Serena se trouve à 5 minutes de marche de la villa. A 800 m, il y a des magasins et des restaurants à Cala Ferrera. Cala d'Or se trouve à 20 min de marche de la villa.

Inclu dans le prix de la location: La villa sera nettoyée 2 fois par semaines. Draps de lit et draps de bain sont compris dans le prix. Si le séjour est plus long qu'une semaine, draps de lit et draps de bain seront remplacés.

Dans le living rooms se trouvent 2 chemises à anneaux. Une contient de l'information à propos de la sécurité à propos de la maison et aussi des numéros de téléphones à utiliser en cas d'urgence. Cette chemise contient aussi le l'information à propos de Majorque, comme des cartes, des dépliant en rapport à toutes sortes d'activités et de choses à visiter, magasins, restaurants, etc. L'autre est pratique et donne l'information à propos du bon fonctionnement de tout ce qu'il y a dans la maison. Prenez un peu de temps pour consulter les deux, l'un comme l'autre peuvent vous être utile.

The property was clean, the pool was the perfect temperature and the villa was very close to the beach. Both the home owner and house manager were kind and responsive. The AC is only on from 9 PM to 9 AM and since we arrived during a heat wave so we needed to pay an extra 12 euros per day to use it throughout our stay. The villa seems to be lacking a bit of maintenance externally as there were bird droppings, rusty gate and an ant problem. All manageable but did somewhat lower our ratings.

Regarding the air conditioning policy, we will review our policy based on outside temperature. We have shared the outdoor issues points with our house manager and maintenance crew to address them immediately so future stays are seamless. We have a large garden for visitors to enjoy; unfortunately, we cannot change nature especially in the humid, salty environment. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the villa in the future!

Cannot fault the property, only a few minutes walk to Cala Serena beach, great house and gardens and lovely pool. Also the staff looking after the property were amazing 5* all round and would recommend to anyone

Great place to stay with family! Wonderful garden and pool with space to relax and enjoy. Five minute walk to beautiful Cala Serena. Communication and check-in went smooth. The house manager is very friendly and always responsive in case there are any problems.

The villa is really lovely and bigger than it looks in the photos. The garden is huge with many beautiful and well maintained plants and the pool is one of the nicest we’ve had. It’s a good size and depth with clear water. The air conditioning cooled the rooms down well at night and we didn’t find it necessary during the day. The area is beautiful, the beach is a short walk away. It’s quite a walk to a proper supermarket but we managed to get taxis, although this sometimes takes some time, and you can’t book one in advance, so a hire car would be useful although we managed fine without one. The walk to the main streets with restaurants and bars etc is around 15-20 mins but it’s down and up some steps and across the beach, so bear this in mind if you have any mobility issues (we didn’t so it wasn’t a problem for us). We had a late flight and were able to leave the suitcases in the garage and collect them later in the day, which was really helpful. We had a lovely stay and would return!

Lovely family holiday

Very nice villa in a beautiful location. A great pool and garden. The manager was very friendly assisting us whenever we needed help. A small supermarket 10 min walk and a great resturant close to the supermarket. We would love to come back.

Beautiful villa. Very spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quite a walk from the main area of Cala Ferrera, especially with a pushchair! But fine if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk into town.

Lovely place to stay, right by a beautiful beach

Spacious villa with a lovely pool, which was perfect for our family holiday! Not too far from Cala D’Or about a 25 minute walk across two beaches or you can get a taxi for about 8 euros. Cala Ferrera has some lovely places to eat and that’s about 15minute walk. Recommend going to the new Mercadona supermarket in Cala D’Or for your big shops as it is a lot cheaper than others.

An Enjoyable family holiday

We found the Villa Casa del Sur very spacious and comfortable for our family of 8 including children. The garden and pool were equally beautiful and definitely enhanced our stay at the property. The Villa is located in a lovely residential area a short walk away from the beach Cala Ferrer and for more ambitious walker Cala Dor was in striking distance - Taxis were scarce. All in all a wonderful holiday.

Family holiday

Location was perfect for us. 5 mins walk to Cala Serena beach. Good sized pool and large grounds. Well presented villa, excellent cooking facilities and equipment/crockery etc. Aur conditioning in all bedrooms. Walking distance to a good resturant and to a well stocked SPAR supermarket. Had a wonderful holiday.

This house has been in my family since my parents built it in 1965. My family and I have been spending our summer vacations there since that time. When my husband and I both retired, we decided to spend part of the year on the island. We renovated the house so that it is comfortable both in the summer and in the winter. We enjoy going to Mallorca in the winter. We like spending time visiting different towns to get immersed in the Mallorquin culture and we go from one festival to the other. Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the island, is also a favorite spot with its museums, historic cathedral and shops. I also enjoy spending time on the terraces at the house, reading and looking at boats sailing in the sea.

We really enjoy the house and its location. It is very homey, easy to live in with all modern comfort. It is in a very quiet urbanization, away from crowds, but at a walking distance from restaurants and shops. It is second line to the sea, so we can visit the cliffs and rocks through public access points but do not have to worry about the salty water and winds, which allow us to have a very flowery garden. We have a panoramic view, looking at the mountains and the sea. We have a gorgeous and well groomed garden and we are very close to the Cala Serena beach.

There are many things to do, depending on your interests. If you want to relax, the house has a beautiful garden, private pool and terraces with great view of the sea and mountains. If you want to go to the beach, the Cala Serena beach is a few minutes walk away. Other beaches, such as Cala Ferrera, Cala Sanau and Cala d'Or, are close and accessible with a car or by foot. As distraction, you can walk to nearby restaurants and shops, as well as to a marine diving school. The house is also very close to a beautiful golf course with a popular restaurant. It is near to some typical Mallorquin towns, such as Santanyi, Felanitx, and S'Horta. In these towns, you can enjoy outdoor markets and historic churches and streets. Harbors, like Porto Petro and Porto Colom, are also a short drive away, where you can spend time walking and looking at boats.There are also archeological sites nearby.
