Rent period: 3 months. quiet fully equipped apartment with a view of the most beautiful square in Antwerp and a few steps from various museums, shops, cafes and restaurants, public transport, etc....
you don't need a car to stay here, everything is happening here!

on the square in front of the door you will find electric charging points + various shared cars, rental bikes etc...

the apartment has quiet bedrooms
2 bedrooms + 1 office/dressingroom incl. single bed see pics.

all windows are equipped with blackout curtains and the bedrooms and kitchen with fly screens.
use the elevator or the stairs to get to the 2nd floor.

the apartment is nearby The museum of fine arts KMSKA is just around the around the corner as is the museum of photography and modern arts. at walking distance the river and numerous terraces, little bars, all sorts of restaurants great and small within arm's length. Public transport also right here for you to use.

You will enjoy our place because the neighborhood is amazing, vibrant and yet peaceful, quiet in the streets at night and also very suitable to rest or just have a relaxing time inside. where you have unlimited internet/wifi and lots of international TV broadcasts on the digital TV. the apartment itself with lots of sun light coming in from the morning.

Everything you need to have a good time is nearby, you walk 5 mins to get breakfast, and in the evenings you can taste some of the finest wines in the wine bar on the block.. in the middle of 3 supermarkets.
the apartment is fully equipped.

This is a non-smoking and no pets allowed apartment.

Exactly what we were looking for!

Our visit could not have been improved. This is the way to experience life in Antwerp!! Location in the center of museums, restaurants, bars, terraces, galleries, shopping, the river. Also free parking and very convenient to transportation!! Stay in a lovely apartment with all the amenities and sit at the window in the evening and gaze at the beautiful place outside. Good internet connection (unlimited) and tv. Comfy bed!! Cozy kitchen with everything in the apartment that you would need. My parents, my sister and I were very comfortable in the apartment, lots of space. I can’t wait to go back and stay at this awesome address once again. Don’t change a thing.

Beautiful, elegant, and comfortable

We loved this place. We stayed for a whole week and both my husband and I agreed that it our favorite of the 5 homes/apartments we rented over the past 2 months in 3 different countries. The apartment is so nice we found that we didn't always want to go out in the evening. We loved the view and the couch. The wifi worked great, and the table is huge -- which were important as we were on a working holiday. The apartment is recently redone so everything is sparkling new and clean. And the light… Em told us she designed this place to take advantage of the light, both front and back. But also she also added good darkening curtains on the windows (which I appreciated because I sleep better in dark rooms). Em is a terrific host and super helpful with tips and suggestions. (Our favorite restaurant is Cypro. We went twice.) Highly recommend.

Très bel appartement clair et bien situé

Nous avons été fort bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui nous a fourni de nombreuses informations et Documents pour Visiter Anvers. L Appartement est d une propreté irréprochable, clair, avec une superbe vue sur une grande place. Facilite d accès au centre ville par le tram, sur les conseils nous avons laissé notre voiture sur un parking gratuit et aux bords de l Escaut (20‘ a pied). Salon spacieux et très confortable, cuisine impeccable et fonctionnelle. Bref un très bon séjour, nous recommandons et reviendrons volontiers

Nice place for a quiet getaway

All in all, we had a nice stay in Em's apartment. The location was wonderful - within walking distance to the city and near to free parking. The apartment itself has a massive common space, which was nice to hang out with our group of 6. The hallway and doors to the rooms are quiet tight, so having 6 adults in the flat was definitely cozy. On a negative note, we had a bit of a communication snafu and were disappointed to find out that a fee would be charged for checking in on Friday night at 21:00. (As a disclaimer, it was included in the property description, but was not mentioned when discussing the check-in time.) We were also warned on multiple occasions that we had to be quiet after 22:00 and would therefore only recommend this accommodation for those willing to watch their noise levels.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Panoramablick

Fünf Nächte durften wir in dieser komfortablen Wohnung im schönen Antwerpen Süd zu Gast sein. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, der Blick auf den schönen Platz durch das große Panoramafenster ist phantastisch. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Uns hat auch der kleine Lift sehr gefallen, da das Treppenhaus eng und steil ist. Das Viertel ist angenehm, sehr ruhig und man kann gut Richtung Marktplatz und Bahnhof schlendern. Weitere Entfernungen sind mit dem Bus oder der Tram gut zu erledigen, die Haltestellen sind um die Ecke, z.B. der Bus Nummer 30 ins Jugendstilviertel. Vielen Dank nochmals für die hilfreichen Tipps wie den Kauf einer sehr günstiger 10er Karte. Auch für den freundlichen Empfang, wir haben uns sehr gefreut Sie kennengelernt zu haben und wünschen Ihnen alles Gute, vor allen Dingen Gesundheit. Diese Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Un appartement très bien situé avec un arrêt de tramway à côté qui va dans le centre. L'appartement est très agréable avec une grande salle lumineuse, une cuisine avec une belle batterie de cuisine suffisant ainsi que les assiettes, couverts, verres. Des chambres très bien. Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in toller Lage in traumhafter Stadt

Antwerpen im Sommer....ein traumhafter Blick aus einer komfortablen Wohnung inmitten eines wunderbaren Viertels...ein großartiger Urlaub! Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (17 bund 10 Jahre alt) in dieser schönen Wohnung im einem der attraktivsten Viertel Antwerpens für eine Woche zu Gast. Die Wohnung entspricht völlig dessem, was versprochen wird. Komfortabel, ruhig, und dennoch zentral, äußerst attraktiver Ausblick, kleiner aber ausreichender Balkon, bequeme Betten, Komplettaustattung und ein kostenloser Parkpaltz in etwa 500m Nähe. Ein guter Supermarkt, wo man Alles bekommen kann ist gut fußläugig erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit! Jeder Zeit gerne wieder! Tipps: Nette Cafès, Kneipen und Geschäfte in der Umgebung. Zu Fuß zum Marktpaltz gehen!

Lovely apartment for the perfect Antwerpen experience

The apartment is located at a beautiful spot with many great options to have dinner or just a drink. From here, you can reach all the Antwerpen highlights easily with just a few stops by tram - or walk. The apartment is well equipped, spacious, light and quiet. If a good mattress is important for you: here you‘ll sleep very well. The staircase in the house is a bit narrow and steep, but there is an elevator which brings you into the second level very comfortably. The landlords were responsive before our arrival and overall very kind. I can recommend this apartment 100%!

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is perfectly located in a great part of the town. It's a short walk from the apartment to the old part of Antwerp which is beautiful. It's also a short walk from the apartment to a number of bars and cafes which are great for morning coffee and pastries. Antwerp has a lovely atmosphere, great food and amazing buildings. Plus of course beer, waffles and chocolate. What's not to love!

Schöne, großzügige, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet liegt an einem interessanten Platz. Durch das riesige Fenster kann man das Treiben auf der Straße beobachten. Mir haben besonders gut die Straßenbahnen gefallen, die im Kreis um das mittige Denkmal fahren.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est, comme indiqué dans l'annonce, spacieux, lumineux et très bien placé. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la place depuis le salon ainsi que la proximité des transports et des restaurants. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation !

We were a group of four and recommend the flat highly. It is perfectly located in ANTWERPEN: supermarket, bars, restaurants, public transport, large parking area etc. etc... everything is very close by. The apartment itself is very roomy and in perfect condition. The kitchen is well equiped, and the bathrooms and bedrooms absolutely clean and also in great condition. Particularly, we would like to thank the lessor for the sympathic contact! We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you so much for the great apartment!

Great apartment and location

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay, excellent proportioned accommodation and all the facilities we needed. Great location for excellent restaurants, bakers, and easy walking to the old town and museums. Only criticism was the towels, we had 3 hand towels for 3 of us and it would have been nice to have an information book, about how things worked, i.e to change the heating temperatures and what happens if the lift breaks for instance. Thanks Em for a great stay, we all want to come back!

Bel appartement, spacieux et au calme, sur une très belle place d'Anvers. Accès facile au centre ville par tramway. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique et avons bien profité de la ville. A recommander!
