Located on the heights of Cadenet, the villa offers a breathtaking view of a typical village of South Luberon and the Durance Valley. It is ideally located to discover the many treasures of the Luberon (Lourmarin 3 km, Isle sur la Sorgue, the Provencal Colorado ...) but also Aix en Provence (30 minutes), Marseille, Avignon, Cassis and beaches 45-60 minutes.

The villa is located on a plot of 1000 m2 in a dominant location bordered by a wood and a fitness trail.

The house of approx 180 Sqm has undergone a complete renovation and is sitiayed within a private and closed area of 3.200 sqm including wood.

Everything is done to enjoy the riches of this region in all seasons:

From spring to autumn, you will cool off in the infinity pool or in the shade of the covered terrace.

The pool of about 6 * 4.5 m is certainly not Olympic but offers a breathtaking view of the village while remaining private. Its southern exposure allows you to enjoy a long time in the year.

In winter you will lose nothing from the beautiful view, huddled around the fireplace bifocals or warmed by the midday sun on the outdoor terrace.

Throughout the year you will appreciate the softness of our indoor swimming SPA (2,4m * 4,70m) heated to 33-35 degrees, various outdoor equipment (trampoline, ping-pong, petanque ...) as well as a warm interior consisting of a large living room-kitchen of 75 m2. and its mezzanine of 15m2, 3 rooms (1 with a bed of 160, 1 with a bed of 140, 3rd modular room in 1 double bed of 160 or two beds of 80 and a convertible sofa-bed), 1 room of water, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets and a heated SPA room of 30 m2 .....

Everything has been thought of for your comfort: the heating / cooling floor is coupled with air conditioning for the warmer months. You will have an internet connection, a 55 inch TV with DVD player, high-end connected hi-fi equipment, piano, and numeris sport and leisure equipments such as table football, XXL trampoline, ping-pong table, pétanque area and a mini-golf (in construction) ...

On the kitchen side, you will have something to satisfy the gourmets thanks to a spacious and well equipped kitchen as well as a gas griddle.

You had dinner or dine inside or under the covered terrace, you will enjoy the panoramic view that makes the special charm of this house.

The terrace discovered by the pool, with its garden furniture and sun loungers, is ideal for sunbathing.

Washing and drying machine. Linens provided. Beds made on arrival.
Kit baby on request.

Pets are welcome (except in the pool, spa and beds) after agreement.

Cleaning fee (mandatory) 120 € to be paid on site.
Upon prior request, a set of 2 towels can be provided for a fee of 10€.

2 weeks in Cadenet

This was a stunning modern property just on the outskirts of town with a breathtaking view of the old town. The property was very well-equipped and had fantastic terrace and patio space with tables and chairs. The pool was beautiful and it too took advantage of the views. The proprietor was welcoming and explained all the features and amenities. We felt very much at home and found nothing lacking. We enjoyed Cadenet with its weekly market and had 2 dinners at different restaurants in town which were truly exceptional - among our best ! We would recommend this property enthusiastically to friends and would return here with great anticipation.

Fantastic

The house is large, very clean, spacious and the view is absolutely beautiful. The kids enjoyed the trampoline, but even more the spa. I didn't understand from the listing, but the hottub is not really (just) a hot tub, it is like a little indoor swimming pool. It is very large and it also has jets that turn it into an endless lap pool. My daughter who had just learned to swim found it ideal for practicing her swimming strokes. The location is very convenient, there is a Super U and drive about 10 minutes away which is great for groceries. We did several day trips, including Rousillon, Aix-en-Provence, and L'Ilse-Sur-La-Sorgue. The management was very responsive to requests. Loved it - thanks!

In Love with Cadenet

Our month’s stay was relaxing, adventurous and very interesting. The location is excellent, an easy drive to some of the most beautiful villages in Provence, their markets and restaurants. The home was exactly as depicted in the photos. Clean, spacious and complete. The view from the front windows and porch was outstanding! Waking up at 8 we heard through open windows the children chattering and laughing before school, as the church bells chimed the hour. The outdoor pool was cool and inviting, and the indoor swim spa was relaxing after a day’s adventure. We walked into town several times to visit the market on Mondays and watch the pétanque completions in late afternoon. It was great to see how these accomplished men and women enjoyed their friendly games. In all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return some day.

Ein tolles Haus, in dem es echt an nichts fehlt!Die Ausstattung ist super und sehr gepflegt und sauber, in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden! Sowohl der Innenpool/Spa als auch der Aussenpool sind ein Traum. Noch viel besser als man es sich anhand der Fotos vorstellen kann! Die Lage ist super, man ist zu Fuß schnell beim Bäcker morgens und hat trotzdem vollkommene Privatsphäre. Viele sehr schöne Sitzplätze rund ums Haus, sogar eine Hängematte in Wäldchen. Und wenn es zu heiß wird, dann kann man im Haus Dank gut funktionierender Klimaanlage sehr gut entspannend. Der Garten rund um Haus und Pool ist vollständig eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Gassi war direkt vom Grundstück aus durch den Wald in die angrenzenden Felder möglich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Abends und frühmorgens ist aber auf jeden Fall Mückenschutz von Nöten wenn man draußen sitzen möchte. Aber das ist in der Provence ja normal.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht und die tolle Aussicht genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr gepflegt. Zur nächsten Bäckerei sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, auf den wöchtentlichen Markt ebenfalls. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und den Kontaktpersonen war einwandfrei und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

Vue époustouflante !

Nous avons passé une semaine reposante en famille dans cette villa très bien équipée. La vue est époustouflante sur le village de Cadenet et les alentours depuis la villa dans un quartier très calme.Dommage qu'il faisait un peu frais pour la piscine extérieur mais le spa de nage nous a vite fait oublié ce détail, ainsi que les parties de pétanque.Très belle région a visiter aux alentours avec un grand nombre de petits villages pittoresques.Nous reviendrons .... c'est sûr !

Wiedersehen mit der Provence

Wir konnten eine sehr schöne Woche bei gutem Wetter in der Provence verbringen. Das Anwesen in fantastischer Lage und mit toller Aussicht ließ keine Wünsche offen. Swimming-Pool und Whirl-Pool haben ihres dazu beigetragen. Wir hatten vor Corona viele Jahre Urlaub in der Nähe (St.-Saturnin-les Apt) gemacht und haben es genossen, unsere Erinnerungen aufzufrischen. Auch unserem Hundeopa hat der Urlaub gutgetan. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Ein Tipp: in der Zeit, in der wir vor Ort waren, sollte an guten Mückenschutz gedacht werden. Die kleinen Biester waren sehr aufdringlich.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Pascal. tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi. La maison est très agréable, propre, spacieuse et bien agencée. Le spa intérieur est incroyable, la piscine a débordement et la vue sont magnifiques. Norah etait très sympa, disponible, à l'écoute et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons c'est sur! Merci!

Geweldig huis met uitzicht op Cadenet

Een geweldig huis op een mooie locatie met uitzicht op Cadenet. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en in goede conditie. Een geweldige basis om de omgeving goed te verkennen. Dit mede gedaan aan de hand van zeer waardevolle tips van de verhuurder. Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijk weekje in dit prachtige huis.
