C'est une charmante maison de ville indépendante sur 2 niveaux, à 200 mÚtres de l'hypercentre ville, le fameux cours Mirabeau..
Un parking gratuit est à votre disposition pour vous permettre de vous promener dans les rues et flùner sur les merveilleuses places de la ville. Il n'y a pas de possibilité de recharger un véhicule électrique, hormis gratuitement dans un parking public de la ville -https://mamp.parkings-semepa.fr/?page_id=211- .Restaurants, bars, musées, marchés se font à pied ou en 'diabline' (petit véhicule collectif électrique).
La maison est entiÚrement équipée pour 4 personnes avec 2 chambres indépendantes, 2 salles de bain et 3 WC, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et un grand séjour avec balcon (sans oublier un systÚme de climatisation pour chaque niveau et une connexion internet et téléphone), Exposition plein Ouest
L'ensemble des Ă©quipements est neuf. Vous pourrez prendre un verre sur la petite terrasse de la chambre parentale ou aller vous asseoir sur une des jolies places de la ville.
A proximité se trouve une ligne de bus qui vous emmÚnera au pied de magnifiques promenades dans le site de Cézanne.
Les marchés -fruits et légumes, antiquités, fripes- sont à 200 m ainsi que le théùtre du Jeu de Paume. Un peu plus loin, le GTP ou Grand Théùtre de Provence, le quartier Mazarin, et la zone piétonne du vieil Aix.
Sur le cours Mirabeau, de nombreuses terrasses, ainsi qu'une grande surface avec de l'alimentaire.

This is a beautiful 3 story house downtown Aix-en-Provence...

On the top floor, you will find the master bedroom, with a bed for 2, and its own bathroom (bathtub,sink, toilet) . You will be able to enjoy some sun on the terrace, relaxed on a deck chair.

The 2nd floor is the living area. The kitchen (with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge) is an invitation to cook delicious meals and enjoy them on the large dining table (4 to 6 persons) in the living area next to it. In this room (with another terrace!!) you will take the time to listen to a little bit of music, surf on the internet or watch TV on the couch. You also have on this floor a bathroom (toilet and the washing machine) Those 3 floors features AC.

The first floor has another bedroom (bed for 2) and its own bathroom (a shower, a sink and a toilet)

This house is in the very center of Aix-en-Provence. Within 5 minutes (walking distance) you will love the farmers market, the museums, the Famous Cours Mirabeau!! And to go a little farther, the 'diabline' (a small electric car) will drive you where you want.
On your way to the discovery of this beautiful city, you will enjoy delightful restaurants...
Free parking is available to allow you to walk the streets and stroll through the wonderful squares of the city. There is no possibility to recharge an electric vehicle, except for free in a public car park in the city -https://mamp.parkings-semepa.fr/?page_id=211
While you're here you could even (and it's a must do!) go visit the Saint-Victoire montain for an amazing memory :)

This property was wonderful. The location was absolutely perfect

The outside of the building is not impressive, but don’t let that deter you - the inside is great, functional and comfortable. Very clean; many thoughtful extras provided by host. Great communication by host from booking to arrival, very helpful on all accounts. Excellent location! Easily walkable to Old City centre, and rue d’Italie with lots of restaurants. Plus, Route B of the Diabline (Old City mini-bus, inexpensive) runs right past the door - great for accessing other city areas. Aix is a beautiful city - thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend.

Perfect family stay in Aix-en-Provence

This property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It is just a quick five minute walk or so to the Cours Mirabeau. It’s very close to the Tuesday and Thursday markets. The property owner George was really friendly and helpful. He met us when we got there to let us in and show us around the property. Most important to us was the washer and dryer because we packed light. The kitchen is useful too, and everything was very clean. The restaurant next door has very nice lunch offerings. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Aix.

Our home in Aix

We enjoyed the convenient location of the home to the shopping areas and it also was convenient for trips outside of Aix. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony as the sun was setting. The home was comfortable and cozy and our hostess was delightful and always available to answer any questions we had.

Sonnenterrasse direkt an der Altstadt

Kleines Haus mit einem Schlafzimmer im EG und einem Zweiten im DG. Dazwischen der Wohnbereich mit kleiner KĂŒche und einem schönes Wohnzimmer. Man schaut von der Terrasse auf einen kleinen Platz ĂŒber den man dann auch direkt in die Altstadt lĂ€uft. Super. Sehr nette Vermieter und alles hat bestens geklappt.

Perfect place for four

Aix is one of our favorite cities and we thought we would share it with two old friends. Each of us had our own bedroom with bath on separate floors and shared the light filled dining room/living room. The apartment has its own parking space which is an absolute must in the area. Only a few minutes walk to the center of the old town and the Cours Mirabeau and the lively markets. Communication was excellent with the owner, in this case his daughter, Marie-Amadine who speaks impeccable American English. We were well looked after. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a home away from home in Provence. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Place for Provence Exploration

What a lovely way to embrace yourself in the charm of Aix-en-Provence and the Provence region! Why not live like the French for a week or two? My husband and I spent a wonderful two weeks in this VRBO. We enjoyed picking up breakfast at a nearby boulangerie and eating it back at our place with delicious coffee that our host provided. The parking space that comes with this VRBO is perfect with easy access to the circular road that goes around the old town. Provence is truly a gorgeous area to explore. The extra bedroom was perfect for when my sister joined us on our France trip. We highly recommend this place! Georges and his daughter Marie were the perfect hosts. Very helpful!

Fantastic Apartment

We have been travelling for 2 1/2 months in Europe and this apartment was our favourite. Georges was really good at communicating with us right from the time we booked. He came to meet us when we arrived and gave us an introduction to the apartment and the area. He was great! The location is excellent - just down the road from the old town. The parking is literally right outside the front door. The apartment is very modern with all the amenities and the whole place just has a welcoming feel to it. Air con is awesome (we needed it!), The only slight oddity was the showers - the one downstairs is very small/cramped and the one upstairs is over the bath but it's hand held and there is no shower curtain so you actually have to sit in the bath to have a shower. But, honestly - that was a minor - the apartment was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again.

A lovely place to stay

Georges greeted us at the apartment and took time to show us all three levels and help get our bags inside. He was very personable and friendly and helpful with getting us oriented to the area. He speaks some English but prefers to converse in French if that is doable. Happily one of us could do that! There was a bottle of RosĂ© awaiting us as well as some butter cookies. Georges was responsive to texts during our stay and helped us reserve a taxi to get back to the train station which was about a half hour ride. The apartment was very clean and pretty well stocked. I will say it would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. The entrance level had a bedroom and bathroom. The 2nd level was the living area, half bath, laundry, kitchen and dining room table. There was a balcony on this level and also on the top floor bedroom with a lovely view of the area. The area was very safe and was a short 5 minute walk to the center of town. There were wonderful outdoor markets on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s as well as great shopping of all kinds and lots of great restaurants. And it was very easy to connect to other tours and sites from there. If you’re there in lavender season, be sure to see the lavender fields! So overall, a great space and location that I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful spot!

This was an amazing property situated perfectly with access to the city center, parking which was key, and easy access to get out of town when desired. The apartment appears minimalist in the photos but in fact it has everything needed for a stay in Aix. Even a terrace for an apero in the evenings! And there’s a great restaurant just a few steps away from the door. George and his wife were fantastic hosts. We will return here next time we are in Aix!

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a lovely stay in Aix and this apartment was a highlight. The location was perfect - nicely located away from the hubbub of the center but just a five minute walk away. The apartment was clean and well-stocked and Georges was a wonderful host, providing great suggestions about places to visit and meeting us upon arrival to orient us to the unit. Highly recommended!

Central hot spot

Excellent location and outstanding, safe and secure onsite parking in front of the house. Walking to dinner, restaurants, markets and bars within 10 minutes. Georges home was central for our excursions to Cassis, Avignon and other fascinating and interesting drives in our Alfa Romeo Molodia. Highly recommend. Very responsive and congenial host. Great location, comfortable house

I stayed for over 2 weeks while attending a language course. The house is great for one or two, and unlike many older buildings, is very bright, with large windows in both the bedroom and the living room. The house has a bedroom/bathroom on the street level (the least desirable option), a LR, dining area, kitchen and laundry room with both washer and dryer on the 2nd level and a bedroom/bathroom on the top floor. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, and a good size fridge. There is a large TV and good sound system in the LR. The upstairs bedroom is very large, with tons of closet space, and the bathroom is well equipped and spacious by European standards. I had no problem with hot water or water pressure. The owner, Georges, was a pleasure to deal with. Communication before I arrived was always very prompt, he accommodated my early arrival - I was able to check in around 11AM, and he was in touch within minutes regarding a few issues while I was there. He even drove me to the airport when I left - which was very kind of him. The location is ideal - just up a 2-block slope from the centre of the old town and just off the main ring road on a quiet small square with several restaurants within minutes. Shopping was easy, with so many specialty shops, the big Monoprix and Aix's many markets all less than 10 minutes away. If I was to return, I'd be happy to stay there again.

Perfect location and accommodations

Close to center of old city by foot. Quiet at night. Wonderful bath tub. AC in every room. Everything worked from washer dryer wi fi connection and all appliances. Host, Georges, very pleasant to work with. Note:Two luggage racks would have been appreciated and a chest of drawers. We had to work out of our luggage on the floor. But this is a very sweet flat!

The perfect base for our Provence visit

We really enjoyed being located in the centre of Aix for seven days. The apartment was excellent for those wanting to experience the vibrancy of this city, walking around it with ease. Georges and his daughter were excellent hosts, explaining the apartment amenities and those of the Aix generally. The apartment was very clean and tidy with lots of space to spread out for a long visit and feel at home. The parking outside the apartment was very convenient so we could travel out to other areas of Provence with no difficulty. We highly recommend!

J'ai voulu reproduire ce que j'attends d'une location lorsque je voyage : fonctionnalité, calme la nuit, centre ville, excellente literie, un peu comme à la maison.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

un parking devant la maison vous est dĂ©diĂ©. Si vous louez un vĂ©hicule Ă©lectrique, vous pourrez le recharger la nuit au Parking Carnot -250 m- de la maison pour environ 8€/nuit.
Des travaux d'amĂ©nagement et d'embellissement de la place Miollis vont avoir lieu en 2025. Il y aura du bruit dans la journĂ©e et l'accĂšs au parking de la maison risque d'ĂȘtre modifiĂ©. Nous correspondrons ensemble pour vous Ă©viter le plus de dĂ©grĂ©ement et faciliter votre sĂ©jour.
