The Residence is cultivated with lots of vegetation and has a large adult pool and a smaller children's pool connected by a characteristic waterfall. Swimming pools are available in July, August and September. Large private parking is available. A few steps from the town center and all the main services such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, public transport stop etc. etc. all reachable on foot.

The town of Porto Pozzo is located in the seafront sheltered by the Coluccia island, legend tells that Homer came to Ulysses, who met here the Lestrigòni, proud peoples of shepherds and farmers intimately tied to this wilderness. For this reason the magnificent natural fjord of Porto Pozzo is also known as "Baia d'Ulisse".
