Villa FLORA es una casa cómoda, construida en medio de un bosque de olivos. Las vistas desde Villa FLORA son cautivadoras todo el tiempo y están presentes desde cada parte de la villa y sus terrenos.
Villa FLORA está construida en tres niveles.
Cada nivel tiene sus propias terrazas y terrazas y están completamente separadas entre sí. En áreas seleccionadas alrededor del olivar hay terrazas para sentarse y relajarse de belleza y tranquilidad únicas que se pueden usar para comer y beber o simplemente relajarse y meditar.

El primer piso es un cómodo apartamento de 2 dormitorios de 85 metros cuadrados con cocina abierta totalmente equipada, lavadora, secador de pelo, baño grande / ducha y 2 terrazas grandes y barbacoa / parrilla, ducha de jardín.
Tiene capacidad para 2 parejas en 2 camas dobles y 1 persona en 1 cama individual. Máximo 6 personas.

El segundo nivel es un espacioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios de 110 metros cuadrados con cocina abierta totalmente equipada, lavadora, secador de pelo, amplio baño / ducha y ducha de jardín. Tiene capacidad para 2 parejas en 2 camas dobles. En el salón hay un sofá cama para 2 personas. Máximo 6 personas.

El tercer nivel es un cómodo estudio de 65 metros cuadrados con cocina abierta totalmente equipada, secador de pelo y baño / ducha. Se compone de un dormitorio muy grande y otro separado. Tiene capacidad para 2 personas y 1 niño. Este encantador estudio de alto nivel es ideal para parejas jóvenes en luna de miel, está perfectamente aislado. La gran terraza ofrece vistas únicas y magníficas. El área para comer está en la terraza debajo del quiosco al lado de la barbacoa / parrilla. Por la noche con un vaso de vino puedes tuch las estrellas.
El vecindario de la villa consta de otras dos villas a una distancia segura para garantizar la paz y la tranquilidad. El resto son olivos, un bosque de pinos limítrofes y una densa vegetación de makia. El sentimiento predominante es de naturaleza pura con sus aromas aromáticos, los sonidos del bosque. y las vistas sin fin. Es el lugar perfecto para sentir, respirar, mirar y relajarse.

Nuestros huéspedes hasta ahora han dejado en la villa las mejores impresiones. Han experimentado el contacto con la naturaleza pura y han elogiado con entusiasmo su experiencia única.

Idyllic villa outside Patitiri

Our family group of 9 stayed at Villa Flora for a week in August. The views and setting are extraordinary. The main floor has beautifully crafted stone floors with great ventilation and screens. The lower floor was less comfortable- stuffy, more mosquito bites. The college age kids did well on the top floor with 2 sleeping in an unscreened porch. Our major issue was having a single small rental car. You can walk into Patitiri (and we did) but in hot weather it is a vigorous climb of about 25 minutes back to the villa. You do need cars to reach many beaches and access old town comfortably! Olga, the owner, was a friendly communicator during planning and met us at the port when we arrived. All and all this property is beautiful and I'll always remember sitting on the porch looking at the sea.

Privacy and Views in Alonissos

This property may be perfect for you but we would have preferred a property closer to town and a beach. I hope our honest review will help you decide if this property is for you. As long as you have a car, it is a beautiful property, island and lots to explore. Pros: Olga met us at the ferry and guided us to the property. Extremely well maintained property and well stocked for our large group with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and everything you need in a kitchen. Great outdoor space on all three levels; always possible to find shade. Outdoor full bathroom was an excellent highlight. We booked the whole house which was set up as three units. Breathtaking views, enjoyed the stars at night. Extremely private. Olga generously offered us departure gifts of olives and olive oil. Cons: The description of the location in the in the listing and communication with Olga lead us to believe we would be within walking distance of a beach and town or restaurants. We were celebrating birthdays with another large group that were staying in Old Town and we thought we would be a lot closer. We planned to entertain the group one night but the logistics of getting to our villa was too difficult. They did not have nor need cars because they had access to taxis (but taxis would not drive all the way to this villa) This villa is very isolated and we needed to have three cars to shuttle our group to the old town, beaches and the port. Taxis would not drive down the last kilometer of the gravel road which would have been a problem walking for my 85 year old father and daughter with sprained ankle. Olga offered us her car for 65 euros/day but we were able to rent a brand new, similar car for 30 in the port including full insurance so we opted for that. No air conditioning but fans in all rooms. It was very warm and if we left the unscreened doors open, the owners black cat would make herself at home. My husband is allergic to cats so we had to keep the unscreened doors closed which prevented a cross breeze. However, most doors and windows had screens. There were other stray cats on the property which Olga would drop by to feed and to water her plants. If you are not cat lovers, this property is not for you. WIFI in only available in the middle unit; this is not clear in the listing and to be noted if you are renting the top or bottom unit. Unfortunately, not able to use the outdoor bbq at this time due to fire danger laws.

Absolutely stunning property with incredible views.

As a large family that knows the island well having been there most years for the last 3 decades and more we really hoped we had found an ideal property split across three floors in a fabulous location. As always we were somewhat sceptical thinking it was too good to be true. Fear not!! It was not. Villa Flora is gorgeous. Perfect for large families like ours requiring separate living space to avoid the inevitable fights associated to enforced proximity. The views are amazing. This idyllic property that looks out over The two brothers benefits from perfect positioning to make the most of the wonderful light on the island well into the evening. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Flora to anyone looking to enjoy the very best that Alonissos has to offer. thanks Olga x

Stunning view from the most comfy and clean villa

The house has 3 independent flats and we rented two of them. The villa and garden are on top of a small hill, with a 180°C view onto the sea, very relaxing to watch from the 2 hammocks and lulled by the sound of cicadas. We will never forget our dinners on the terrace every evening under the moon light. Olga was so sweet and welcoming, suggesting the right beaches depending on the time of the day, nice restaurants, the best shops to buy good veggies, providing Greek recipes, offering various vegetables from her garden, etc. The house is very comfortable and kept relatively fresh even when it was hot outside. The kitchen has more than the necessary things to cook. For our children, the cats were another strong point. There are many beaches to visit and you need a car to drive there (10 minutes driving, or more if you want to visit further beaches). Part of the family spent time diving. We had a lovely stay and are thinking of going back to Alonissos. If we do, we will definitely rent Olga’s house again.

Seit Jahren gehört diese herrliche Idylle zu unserem jährlichen Ort der tiefsten Entspannung und der optimalen Erholung, häufig auch 2x jährlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist genial, der Blick aufs Meer aus allen Fenstern, ein Traum, und die Ruhe tut einfach nur gut. Vogelgesang, das Zirpen der Grillen und der Wind sind meist die einzigen Geräusche. Am Abend den Sternenhimmel genießen auf der außergewöhnlich großen Dachterrasse und morgens den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus bewundern, das ist schon Urlaub pur. Das große Grundstück ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und bietet verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Aufenthalt in Sonne und Schatten. Im Mai und Juni lockt der Maulbeerbaum hinterm Haus zum Naschen. Viele Strände sind auf kurzem Wege per Roller oder Auto erreichbar und bieten eine herrliche Wasserqualität sowie erholsame Ruhe. Außer in den Monaten Juli und August teilt man sich einen ganzen Strand oft mit zwei oder drei anderen Besuchern, häufig ist man auch allein. Ein Traum!!! Was man nicht vergessen darf, die gute Seele und Besitzerin des Hauses,Olga, ist immer ansprechbar, weiß immer Rat und hat gute Kenntnisse vom Kräuterreichtum der Insel. Immer wieder hatten wir uns vorgenommen eine Bewertung zu schreiben, aber wenn man wieder zu Hause ist und der Alltag hat begonnen, dann ist es wieder vergessen. Wir haben jetzt allerdings von Bekannten erfahren, wie wichtig solche Bewertungen sein können, und haben es nun nach dem 14. oder 15. Aufenthalt endlich mal erledigt. Im September ist der nächste Traum gebucht, dann wieder mit Freunden, die in der unteren Wohnung wohnen werden. Der Abschied fällt immer schwer und das Wiederkommen ist jedes Mal behaglicher. Fantastic view!!!

The house was amazing with nice and comfortable arrangements. The view is fantastic, especially the sunset. The only negative is that the time in house was so good and we couldn't leave it to go out. Do not miss to have barbeque with fresh fish or lobster from the local market. We want to thank Ms Olga for her assistance and guidance. We will definitely visit Villa Flora again. Hopefully next time for more days......

We had a lovely and relaxing holiday last year in Villa Flora, the house is even better than seen on the website and the view is gorgeous! The house is clean and very well equipped, the owner very polite and helpful for any info on the island. Alonissos is a beautiful island and not crowded, even in August. We really reccomend the house and hope to come back soon! Benedetta

Das Paradies gefunden

Wer auf der Suche nach einem Ort der absoluten Erholung und Besinnlichkeit ist, wird nicht auf Alonnisos fündig, sondern auf Alonnisos in Kombination mit Villa Flora. Die Beschreibung auf der Homepage ist so exakt und ehrlich, dass es dieser nichts beizufügen gibt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und einsam (zwei Nachbarhäuser Luftlinie ca. 50 m entfernt, das eine sichtbar, das andere nicht einsehbar) einige Meter über Alonnisos Stadt (in ca. 3 - 5 Autominuten erreichbar), wo auch die täglichen Fähren anlegen. Es verfügt über drei unterschiedlich große Wohungen, die von der Vermieterin so liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet wurden, dass wir es nicht besonders eilig hatten an den Strand zu kommen. Dies wird zusätzlich durch die sehr großen Terassen rund um das Haus und einem höhergelegenen Rondell mit einem großen Baum, viel Schatten, einer Hängematte und einem Wahnsinnsblick (mit etwas Glück auf Delfinschwärme) auf's Meer, unterstützt. Auf den Terassen weht stets eine leichte Brise, die selbst bei sehr heißen Tagen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt dort ermöglicht. Haus und Außenanlagen (es duftet nach Kräutern) sind rundherum in einem exzellent gepfelgten und extrem sauberen Zustand, ebenso die Inneneinrichtung und die sanitären Anlagen. Gemessen an dem was ich als gebürtige Griechin in meiner Heimat bereits alles gesehen habe, findet man in Villa Flora ein Haus mit gehobenem Standard wieder. Die Wohungen werden ein Mal die Woche gründlichst gereinigt, inkl. Austausch von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Bei der Ankunft empfängt Olga (Vermieterin) ihre Gäste stets am Hafen. Die Suche nach dem Haus auf eigener Faust wäre ansonsten eine echte Herausforderung. Auch sonst ist Olga, die wohl netteste und hilfbereiteste Vermieterin unter Griechenlands Sonne, ständig ansprechbar für ihre Gäste. Uns hat dieses Haus auf der Insel so fasziniert, dass wir zum ersten Mal seit 15 Jahren die 'Todsünde' begehen und das zweite Mal nacheinander wieder am selben Ort unseren Urlaub verbringen werden. Wer an seinen Abenden gerne unter Menschen ist, kommt an Alonnisos Stadt und an Alonnisos Altstadt nicht vorbei. Unserer Meinung nach sind es die zwei attraktivsten Orte der Insel. Besonders in Alonnisos Altstadt befinden sich viele kleine Geschäfte, sehr individuelle Restaurants, Cafes und Bars.

I am Greek born in Thessaloniki , where I finished the high school. After that, I went to Germany to study medicine. I am a doctor of natural medicine. Alonnisos has 1500 medicinal plants which I use for alternative medicine.
As a student I visited Alonissos.
The nature, the colors and the richness of vegetation fascinated me. Such clear water I had never seen in my live. I felt in love with this Paradise. This green island with the dense pine forest and the many olive groves were always in my mind. Later on a miracle occurred: Alonnisos and the surrounding Islets became the center of the first marine park in Greece. So an ecological thinking was born. For us this was a very important development and we supported it.
Later we bought the land where Villa Flora is built.
So I invite you to spend your holidays in my house Villa Flora.

Later, we began with the construction of the Villa Flora. It was not easy, but we managed to make our dream home complet.
We instructed the architect to take into account all the ecological parameters. So we collect the rain water and we are happy when the rain comes.

The house is beautiful and the Mediterranean Garden also.
