A wonderful 5 days in a great location

The house is very spacious, with lots of different outside areas to sit and in a fabulous, quiet location, overlooking the sea and with its own access to the sea. It is within easy access of Patitiri - c. 20-25 minutes walk or a short drive.

Great villa on the sea

We had a wonderful stay. Five adults fit comfortably in his villa. It has lots of different outdoor spaces. Great to have the cleaner twice a week too. Sadly the sea was a bit too rough for us most days but there are plenty of good beaches nearby if you have a car. Patitiri and the old town are also 5-10 minutes away.

A truly unique, wonderful place!

We stayed one week at this beautiful house and this really is a unique one! It is located directly at the sea with your own private access to the chrystal clear water, and you are surrounded by pine trees. Very relaxing and quiet. The sea view from the terrace is simply stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset! The house was very clean, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking. Kleopatra welcomed us very friendly and was very helpful with tips for the area, restaurants etc. We definitely plan to stay there again!

We have been taking villa holidays in Greece for nearly 30 years, and this is without doubt one of the most spectacular locations we have stayed in. Wonderfully peaceful, the villa is set among pine trees with uninterrupted views of the Aegean — perfect for stargazing at night. It has its own private jetty, ideal for diving and snorkelling, and giving direct access to small bays for paddle boarding and even some adventurous cliff jumping.The design makes the most of its setting, with multiple dining areas on different tiers, all with beautiful views. Facilities are excellent, and the location is ideal: an easy 20-minute walk to Patitiri and about 40 minutes to the Old Town, both offering a good choice of lovely restaurants.Kleo, our host, was exceptional — warm, helpful, and generous with her time. She even prepared us a delicious breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch.All in all, this was a truly relaxing and memorable holiday in a magical spot. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

What a view!

This was our first time on the Alonissos. I don’t think I’ve seen a better location to stay than this villa. Minutes away from the port, and yummy shops, it was always a joy to get back to the villa after a day out at the beach or on the boat. The view is amazing, we saw Amber Jacks and even two dolphins playing not far offshore... there is a particularly beautiful pink glow to evenings here. Kleopatra was the perfect host: welcoming, SUPER helpful and her generosity is endless. We arrived all prickly and stressed from urban lives and the journey over, and Within minutes were completely relaxed and within minutes we were completely relaxed and diving off the private jetty... simple luxuries!

Fabuleux !

Maison d’architecte des annĂ©es 70, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, elle est idĂ©alement situĂ©e, Ă  l’écart de l’agitation du port et des commerces mais seulement Ă  1,5km, dans une rue en impasse. La vue est magnifique, et elle dispose d’un accĂšs privĂ© Ă  la mer. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© son style, ses terrasses, pouvoir sauter Ă  l’eau pour se rafraĂźchir, nager ou observer les poissons, la piscine d’eau de mer. Par dessus tout, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la gentillesse de Kleopatra et son aide prĂ©cieuse et efficace dans l’organisation de notre sĂ©jour (location de voiture, de bateau, rĂ©servations ... ). Avec Kleopatra, c’est la garantie d’un sĂ©jour rĂ©ussi !!

Charming villa overlooking the sea

Spacious, comfortable villa with the kindest of hosts! Kleopatra looked after us so well and thought of everything- even a delicious desert! Greek hospitality at its best on this quiet, unspoilt island. Lots of different outside seating areas so ideal for groups of friends - lots of steps so perhaps not ideal for the very old or young. The little pool, which is lit at night, is a godsend when the sea is a bit rough. Highly recommended.

Paradise!

We had a fabulous holiday in Alonissos. It's a beautiful island and the the old hill top village is a delight, but the star of the holiday was the Villa Marenostrum. The villa totally embraces its stunning location, and the views from the balcony, the terrace, the pool and the sun deck are so unspoiled and wonderful to just relax into and get totally lost in. We watched ferries and dolphins splash by daily. And we swam and swam. The sea is beautiful, clear and deep. We went for sunrise swims, we snorkelled around the point. We jumped off the jetty before lunch, after lunch, in the beautiful pink dusk and into moonlit seas at midnight. It was heaven, whether the wind blew or it was calm as a lake, it was irresistible and to have it all to ourselves, for us this felt like paradise. When we weren't in the sea, Kleopatra really looked after us, helping with ferry tickets, car and boat hire (definitely go on a boat tour of the Alonissos and go swimming in the coves of Peristera) , taxis and restaurant recommendations, but also sharing her local knowledge, great stories and the best Moussaka. Nothing was too much trouble for Kleopatra. Special thanks for having got up early to take us to the 6.30am ferry – so very kind and way beyond the call of duty. Perhaps we should have seen more of the island but when the villa is so easy to enjoy and with that view and that sea, it was always a wrench to turn our backs on it. We'll definitely be coming back.

Absolutely amaizing property!

We stayed in Kleopatra's house from September 2nd till September 11th, 2018. The property is beautiful, location is stunning. Our host Kleopatra started taking care about us two weeks before our arrival (really!) when she informed us about an expected seafarers strike on Setpember 03rd, 2018 so we could change our arrival date and arrive safely before the strike ( which really happened and was prolonged to 48 hours instead of initially declared 24 hours). Thank you once again, Kleopatra! The kitchen is fully equipped for a home cooking lovers. The beach area is great organized and there are two bays for amaizing snorcheling expeditions. The sea was super clean and clear. Alonissos island is an absolutely unspoiled place, with a beautiful nature and crystal clean waters around exotic beaches. All in all,a stunning island, a beautiful house and absolutely great host Kleopatra!

A fabulous villa in the most spectacular location

We stayed in Alonissos Villa from 8th - 15th September and we had the most amazing holiday. Kleopatra was incredibly helpful; she met us at the port, accompanied us to the villa and was on hand to help with everything we needed, yet was in no way intrusive. The villa has spectacular panoramic views across the sea. We spent most of our days in the villa, snorkelling in the sea and enjoying the peaceful environment. We would be happy to recommend this timeless, classically styled villa to anyone looking for peace, tranquillity at a beautiful location.

Spazi esterni e accesso al mare stupendi. Posizione tranquilla, all'interno di una proprietĂ  recintata, ed immersa in una pineta. ProprietĂ  molto gentile e disponibile. Casa non recentissima; ottima cosa per alcuni aspetti (a partire appunto dagli spazi), piccoli dettagli non "perfetti" (aria condizionata solo nelle camere). Quello che si vede dal terrazzo Ăš fantastico di giorno, e superlativo nelle notti di luna piena. L'accesso al mare Ăš immediato e riservato. Il mare Ăš stupendo.

classic, simply furnished, amazing position

Kleopatra greeted us at the ferry terminal having sorted car and boat hire for us; she helped throughout the holiday with island information and was even up at 6am to say goodbye on our last day. Thank you Kleopatra for having us to stay at your amazing villa. The villa is exactly as billed - because it is an early sixties property, it is a) built in area now designated as forest and so not allowed to be built on now and b) right on the water's edge which is also not now allowed. So, secluded and special would describe it. It is simply furnished in a dated way which only adds to the charm - and with the dock and salt water pool it would easily be possible to spend one's holiday completely villa-based - in fact our first night there we had our own full moon party down by the water! The local boat hire company will lay a mooring to leave a boat overnight if the weather is good. It's only 5 minutes by car into Patitiri - which is the main (only) hub on the island and another 5 minutes to the Chora - perfect for after dinner coffee intro main square there. Alonissos is quiet and we went after the school holidays, so that was perfect. All in all a beautiful greek island and and a stunning place to stay.

Lovely place

What a lovely place. We have been holidaying in the Sporades for many years. Alonissos is our favourite island and Kleopatra's Villa is lovely. The pool and jetty are great for dipping, the location is secluded and Kleopatra a welcoming and very helpful host. Whether watching the world go by from the terrace or the night time wildlife of bats and owls flying and perching nearby, the place feels like your own. Highly recommended - if you are thinking of Alonissos, think about coming here!

Greek family paradise

I ve rent Kleopatra's house twice, and we have been even more happy the second time, because we test other destination in between. I just can say that I feel like home from the moment I enter the terrasse garden and I see the magical blue of the sea throughout the Pine trees. Nothing between you and the see is an outstanding feeling, the terrasses cover every wish during day and night, the charming sea water pool is a fantastic spot to enjoy the sunset, the jetty is the best fun area for the kids and a great base for snorkeling. It is a pleasure to stay in Kleopatra's house for the house itself of course, for its quiet location and for the warmness of the owner welcome. I highly recommend this place, again it is like our hidden paradise in greece Vincent Dubois ( from Paris France)

A wonderful villa beside the sea

The location of the villa is just perfect. It is close to the main town - walkable in about 20 mins but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. The place has spectacular views with a large upper balcony with comfortable furniture and a smaller terrace with sunbeds for catching the morning sun. Access to the sea is down a private jetty with a ladder for easy access. The swimming is wonderful excellent for snorkelling in the adjacent coves. If the sea is a little rough then there is the option of the sea filled swimming pool. The villa itself comfortably sleeps 6 adults and has a large and well equipped kitchen plus a big living room with television and music centre. Each room has it's own private bathroom facilities and while these are a little old fashioned in style they are clean and perfectly acceptable. The villa is well located between a number of beaches and as it is set in the pine trees is very quiet. The view from the balcony is so spectacular that it is quite possible to spend the whole day just watching the boats pass by! Kleopatra, the owner, lives in the smaller house above the villa and was always happy to help with difficulties or just offer advice. She was friendly and gave us a warm welcome. I would certainly recommend the villa if you are looking for a quiet yet convenient location for a family gathering or for a group of friends to get together.

fantastic location

We rented this villa with friends (two couples and three teenagers). The experience was really great. the villa is absolutely quiet, about 20 minutes by walking to the village of Patitiri, in a pine forest at the seaside. While the inside of the villa is functional and confortable the outside is absolutely unique. The villa really overlooks the sea and there are several terraces that allow you to relax and enjoy it. We could eat outside every night on the main terrace and we went swimming in the sea also every day right in front of the house. There is no beach but the water is crystal clear and the sea access is very easy through stairs. it is like having your private fish-filled 100mx100m swimming pool. if you like snorkeling there is a lot to see by swimming from the house. the owner is extremely friendly and was always very helpful to make our stay as nice as possible with good recommendations for places to go and things to do. the island had tourists in august of course but was much less crowded than Skiathos or Skopelos. We really enjoyed the nature and beautiful scenary. A car or at least a scooter is really recommended to wander around the island. Overall one of the best places we ever rented.

The villa is face to sea and surrounding with pine trees , is spacious and opens out on large verandas and terraces bordered by pine trees and oleander' olive trees
Villa sits just above the water ' s edge and pathways lead down to a private jetty to the sea water.
Simply I can say it is a unique
