Beautiful property within walking distance to a gorgeous beach. Set in peaceful surroundings and well equipped, would definitely recommend. Would recommend hiring a car for your stay.

Excellent place for peaceful yet in many ways stimulating holidays. Splendid position. The owners and their daughters are as kind as one can be, the lady from the Skopelos agency incredibly gentle, patient and efficient.

Stunning scenery, amazing natural views, fresh air and it the most peaceful place I have ever visited. Clean, private, and comfortable. There is an excellent beach nearby and also great restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only 6 minutes walk away. Otherwise, the villa is cozy and rooms are comfortable, and have lots of storage. Couldnt fault the villa at all. We visited Skopelos and Panormos a couple of times and really enjoyed tasting delicious specialties in local tavernas there. Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Perfect Peace

We loved our stay in this amazing location. Only a 5 min walk to Glysteri Beach- one of the best on the island. We loved that we had the valley to ourselves at night as this is the only accommodation but you definitely need a car and there are no restaurants in walking distance apart from the beach club which is only open in the day. The pool was a massive hit and the outdoor space is gorgeous. The house itself is comfortable but due to it all being wood inside it is noisy and there's not much privacy between the rooms. Didn't bother us at all, but useful to know. We had a wonderful week and would recommend.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...The beach is within a 5-minute walk and you need only a 5-minute drive to Skopelos and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Also within a 15-20 minute drive, you can reach Panormos and Neo Klima where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Greek specialties there. Most of the time we enjoyed at Paralia Glisteri and Paralia Glifoneri beach and entrained ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. We found the people of Skopelos very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

Was so excited to stay at Villa Glysteri but sadly didn’t live up to expectations. The outside grounds were tired and needed sorting, the pool had not been cleaned for a while. There were no cushions on rickety chairs (some broken) so we purchased some. The sofas inside were incredibly uncomfy and springs were poking up. The bed mattresses were not much better. The local beach taverna was super but sadly closed early for the season due to strengthening winds, so no facilities within walking distance. The message about leaving food out on the kitchen was accurate, the bread bin was a haven for mites and ants. Note : there is no provisions at the house at all, so everything except toilet paper is required.The house is just tired and i expect is much nicer at the beginning of the season.September, not so. We stayed in 2 other properties (similar ) whilst moving around island and they were amazing. So sadly really cannot recommend Villa Glysteri for a mid/late September stay. That said, the outside area is beautifully private and the covered bbq area is great until NE winds blows. With some tlc and refurb it would be amazing x

Great villa, amazing outdoor space and fantastic pool. Very quiet area, and still in 15 minutes we would be in downtown Skopelos. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and would have no issues in writing a very positive public review.

It was a beautiful spacious well-equipped villa in a peaceful location approx 6 mins drive from the center of Skopelos where there was plenty of life if you want it. I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Skopelos were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby(Glysteri Beach) and around the marina is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes drive from the villa and the sea is only five minutes walk away. The town is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The location fully met our expectations to where we could do day-trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely places Kalogeros and Skopelos are. The villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Most of our time we spend at Glysteri Beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc.Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with family and friends. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool where we mostly enjoyed during the day and evening. Also, great spacious garden area where our children play when they get bored. All in all an excellent villa which I can highly recommend.

It depends

If you are a honeymoon couple who wants to be away fro the world a very good option. If you are there with a kid approaching teenage years there are issues. You are a away from everything which is charming. The next beach is really close, unfortunaely full of painful jelly fish. In this case you have to drive quite a bit to get to a better beach. Internet was not working for 10 days. The pool was rather small. Value for money not overhelming

Villa Glysteri has to be one of the most beautiful, private places we have holidayed in. The gardens, pool and bbq area were llovely. It was amazingly quiet with only the crickets to be heard at night and the roosters and sheep bells im the morning. It was a short easy walk to the beach which has the best sun loungers we found on the island. The beach bar is brand new and has great food and drinks and friendly staff who speak good English. It was never too busy and the beach was beautiful with clear warm very calm sea completely safe for kids. The villa is very remote with no nearby neighbours which we loved. We spent hot sunny days round the pool and spent late mights star gazing. We could see the milky way and the night slky was breath taking. We lost count of how many shooting stars we saw. Skopelos is a very beautiful unspoilt island . The town is lovely to wander round and the food is very good. We had a fantastic time.

We arrived. Jimmy said: are you sure? Yes, I replied. This is ours for the next week! So, we endured the villa, location, and experience.: Private pool. Total seclusion and enjoyable walk done to the beach; almost top ourselves. At any moment expecting that someone would arrive telling us that we had entered the wrong villa! However, that moment never came! Nobody interrupted us! It was simply perfect. Ottenberg PS Faster Wifi would make it even better!!!

This is the 2nd year running we have booked Villa Glysteri. Each time the whole booking process has been effortless, the villa is exactly as described and walking distance to the beach. I thoroughly recommend the property and have in fact just booked for the 3rd year in a row.
