Chalet Adele is a large chalet in Saint Martin de Belleville, a charming and authentic French alpine village in the three Valleys ski area. As part of the three valleys, this chalet is on the doorstep of the largest ski area in the world. The chalet is made up of a group of apartments and our apartment is a beautiful top floor duplex apartment. It is located directly on the piste and is ski in ski out. The view from the chalet overlooks the picturesque village of Saint Martin de Belleville and the mountains beyond. The apartment has been awarded the highest rating by the french tourist board of five gold snowflakes.

The apartment is self-catering with a large kitchen with all the right equipment.

Incredible location, wonderful views, amazing skiing from the door, friendly feel to the apartment.

A lovely place to stay, we were 8 family members, the living area felt spacious and with the view from the balcony was the perfect place to reminisce about all our adventures during the day. The village was great with shops and a supermarket close by, eating out was easy and the lift system was brilliant.

The chalet is very well equipped and very comfortable, situated in a perfect location right next to the piste but away from any noise. Decent sized bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests, with quality beds and pillows/duvets- slept very well!. Underground car parking was a bonus. Definitely a chalet to recommend & I'd have no hesitation in returning for another visit.

Great Property, Great Location

Property was exactly as described. Only three of us in it but certainly accommodate four couples comfortably. It is well equipped and literally thirty/ forty metres from the slopes. St Martin is quite low but we had no problem with snow and the 7km run down to the apartment each day was a joy. James answered any questions very quickly, and directions were spot on. Great place.

Fantastic chalet

We had a great holiday at Chalet Adele in April 2014. The chalet is well equipped with a generous living space and modern bathrooms. The views from the chalet are spectacular with the added bonus of viewing them from the large balcony. There is underground parking and easy access to the ski boot room via a lift. The chalet is ski in ski out with the ski lift and ski shop a short traverse across the nursery slope. We will definitely return as his chalet has it all!

Très bon emplacement, appartement très bien aménagé, lumineux et calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et James est agréable et très réactif. Un bémol malgré tout, la propreté (poussières dans les placards, poils dans la salle de bain, insectes morts dans les coins) et le vieillissement de certains équipements (lampes et étendoir cassés)

Chalet Adele is a 4 bed residence over looking the piste at St Martin de Belleville. It is well located with beautiful mountain views. The villa itself is warm, clean and spacious with all the mod cons you would expect. The decor of every room was lovely and everyone in our party commented on how comfy the beds were! Our party of 4 adults and 2 children, enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely return to this property.

A magical place for a holiday

What a wonderful place to spend a holiday. The chalet is spacious and warm with fabulous far reaching views. It is truely ski-in-ski-out and is also just a few mintues walk to the village with its charming restaurants and all the local french shops you would expect to find. The skiing seems to be endless as you can explore the threee valleys. The apartment is well appointed, with a spacious open plan kitchen, dinning, sitting room area and the bedrooms were very comfortable. It was warm and well very clean, no complaints. It also has a great area down stairs for storing skies etc and has boot warmers - what a treat. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to friends and family. Thank you

Location 100%. Ski in ski out. Outstanding ski area on the doorstep but located in such a pretty village, which is a delight and easily accessible with lovely restaurants, convenient supermarket, deli & boulangerie. The chalet is extremely comfortable, clean, well equipped and importantly lovely comfortable beds! Great views from the balcony and a sitting room you could happily spend many hours watching the world go by if the skiing gets too much!

The very delightful Chalet Adele

We arrived in a flurry of the softest snow-which made Saint Martin de Belleville look even more picturesque. Chalet Adele is perfected located near to the ski lifts and is also a five min walk to the village, which is small and perfectly formed with just enough shops and restaurants to keep everyone happy. The apartment has 4 bedrooms with as many bathrooms/shower rooms. It has a spacious area for relaxing with terrific views onto the village and surrounding mountains. Everything works from the steaming showers, WiFi and heated ski boot racks. This is my third stay at the apartment and I am hoping not my last!

Chalet Adele

Chalet Adele sits within a truly great situation with panoramic views across the valley coupled with the perfect ski in and ski out location. The split level apartment is very spacious with very well-appointed bathrooms; four good sized bedrooms and a warm and welcoming open plan living area and kitchen. There was a seemingly endless supply of hot water and the heated boot warmers in the private ski locker room were a definite bonus. It really did tick all the boxes in terms of comfort and location.

superb apartment on the edge of the slopes

We spent a week in this wonderful apartment, perfectly situated for ski-in ski-out, and with easy access (two lifts) to the extensive Three Valleys ski area. The apartment itself is beautifully laid out, with a large open plan sitting room and kitchen with great views over the village. Traditional wooden interiors give a warm and homely feeling throughout. All the double bedrooms are a good size with extremely comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are fresh and modern. The village is a five minute walk away and provides a good variety of local restaurants and bars in a pretty and secluded setting, without the background throb of overflowing nightclubs. A great base for beginners and expert skiers alike.

Beautiful modern rental with amazing views

Easy to get to from local international airports, clear roads and elevator from parking straight to front door. Wonderful open plan with 4 double bedrooms and amazing views from the massive balcony. The stay got even better when we realised that the slopes were 10m away and the Bars and Restaurants not much further. The building was lovely and warm and we never ran out of hot water.

We love the chalet and love the layout of the rooms - the owner provides excellent customer service, maintains the property beautifully and the local town is picture perfect - it is very pretty with good local shops You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here - it comes highly recommended!

Un chalet magnifique auprès des pistes!

Je suis resté dans ce chalet pendant une semaine et j'ai passé un séjour fantastique. Le chalet est situé juste à côté des pistes et l'après-midi, quand il y a assez de neige, on pouvait skier jusqu'à la porte d'entrée! Le chalet est très agréable et nous a offert un beau séjour. Les 4 chambres dans la résidence sont d'une taille comfortable et l'appart peut facilement loger près de dix personnes. La cuisine est très moderne et a un style contemporain qui est très joliment juxtaposé avec l'architecture traditionnelle de l'immeuble. Du salon, il y a une belle vue des pistes comme vous pouvez voir dans la photo. La ville de Saint Martin est très jolie et paisible. Avec le supermarché situé à quelques minutes de marche du chalet, il n'y avait pas de difficulté en termes de nourriture. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et ont répondu à nos questions à chaque fois que l'on leur demandait quelque chose. Ma famille et moi avons passés un merveilleux séjour de ski et d'après-ski dans ce chalet. Nous le recommandons à tous.

unbeatable luxury, incredible location!

We spent a glorious long weekend in this Chalet in the Adele complex and were extremely impressed by how close it is to the lifts and pistes. A true ski in/ski out. The chalet itself is luxuriously appointed with plenty of space both in the bedrooms and the living area. It is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything one could need. The views through the enormous windows were also impressive. The bathrooms are plentiful and immaculate. Having the private ski locker (with heated boot rack) was an extra bonus! The town itself is pretty and traditionally alpine but having the lift so accessible means that it offers access to the 3 Valleys in a matter of minutes. The local bakery providing breakfast delivery and the local deli providing a DIY Raclette were highlights. A real gem of a place and we will definitely be back!!

My wife and I and three children love skiing and being in the mountains. Prior to buying this apartment, we had been to Saint Martin-de-Belleville many times and fell in love with the resort. We have furnished the apartment as a family home but would like to rent it out when we are not there.

Why they chose this property

We know the region extremely well and think that the three valleys ski area is the best in the world. We liked the authentic French village charm of Saint Martin and the excellent restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is newly built in 2013 and in fantastic condition. The apartment could not be better located. It is ski in ski out and the main lift is just across the piste from the apartment. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The centre of the village is a five minute walk away.
