Hi Nathalie Thank you for your review. It’s a shame there was a mix up concerning the key but I had messaged you a few days before your stay to confirm the safety box position and key safe number. At least you were able to contact me and we got you sorted. We continue to listen to guests so I will urgently look at the shower this weekend. Both showers were cleaned on the morning of your arrival by me so I will look into purchasing rubber mats to avoid any slippage. Thank you for mentioning the window - it’s at this time of year after summer that these problems present themselves as the valley had received an awful lot of rain with westerly winds from the Atlantic. I will get the window sorted this weekend. The house is over 100 years old so we strive to improve without ruining it’s character. It’s such a shame the weather was so wet - there are lots of country walks and there are routes I have left at the Bakery. With best wishes Sarah

I am so pleased our guests overal enjoyed their stay. The beams and original stone floor of a 110 year old building make cleaning a challenge and we have emailed the client in a bid to see where we can improve areas. We strive to get things right for our clients so will take onboard seriously your comments and make amends. That aside good to hear the kitchen and house overall made for a great two days
