Belle villa de 3 chambres avec piscine et vue mer, Agios Stefanos NW Corf

La villa Gem Rosa possède une piscine privée de taille familiale et une belle vue sur la mer.
La villa est idéale pour les familles et les amis qui souhaitent un hébergement spacieux et moderne. La villa est située dans un endroit paisible où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de la vue sur la mer, le village et les oliviers, et la nuit, regarder le coucher du soleil.
La villa dispose d'une grande cuisine ouverte et d'un salon ouvrant sur un grand balcon couvert avec une table et des chaises, parfait pour les repas en plein air.
La villa dispose de 3 chambres, mais en basse saison, nous pourrons peut-être vous offrir un prix réduit pour sous-occupation. Les 3 chambres ont interrompu la vue sur la mer, donc aucun argument sur qui obtient la vue.
L'hébergement est le suivant:
Chambre 1 a 2 grands lits simples
La chambre 2 a un lit double
La chambre 3 comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative avec douche et un balcon privé
Les chambres 1 et 2 partagent un balcon privé
Toutes les chambres ont des armoires encastrées, des moustiquaires et la climatisation.
La cuisine a une cuisinière pleine grandeur, un réfrigérateur-congélateur et un micro-ondes, et une machine à laver est disponible.
Nous fournissons toute la literie et les serviettes, mais veuillez apporter vos propres serviettes de plage.
Le Wi-Fi est disponible
Le village est à quelques pas de la villa mais comme nous sommes situés sur une colline, nous recommandons la location de voiture pour les moins mobiles et ceux avec de jeunes enfants dans une poussette.
Comme la villa est située sur 1 acre de terrain, il y a beaucoup d'espace de stationnement.

Gem Rosa surplombe la baie d'Agios Stefanos et est à distance de marche d'Agios Stefanos et d'Arillas. Les deux villages ont une belle plage et une bonne sélection de boutiques, bars et tavernes. L'adresse de la villa est Arillas mais elle se trouve en fait en bordure du village d'Agios Stefanos.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful relaxing stay, the villa was clean, fantastice views, especially sunsets looking across the pool and bay below, easy walking distance to good tavernas look forward to returning

Fantastic villa with a breathtaking view

Property is great! Views of the sea and the diapontian islands. Great location to visit all the sandy beaches of the west coast of the island. Quiet area for a peaceful vacation!! We loved it. Highlighly recommended.

Fantastic week.

The owner Debbie’s is meticulous with her punctual, detailed communication including arranging transfers. The villa is spacious both indoors around the pool patio are. Excellent location for those who are keen on a short walk to shops beaches and tavernas. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Incredible villa and view

This was the nicest villa I have stayed in. The communication with the owner was first class, she answered everything really quickly. The villa was spotless and well fitted out. But I have to say the pool and view were stunning.The view from the balcony is fantastic.We hired a car, but didn’t use it that much as we just wanted to be at the villa.Both Arillas and San Stefanos are within walking distance, about 10-15 minutes. Both have lovely restaurants and bars and fabulous beaches.

Tolle Villa

Die Villa Gem Rosa ist wirklich eine tolle Location in Nordwesten von Korfu. Alles ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin Debbie und ihre Kollegin Angie vor Ort kümmern sich wirklich vorbildlich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend!

Very nice comfortable villa. Amazing views and sunsets from the terrace. Highly recommended.

Villa is within easy walking distance to the town of San Stefanos, which offers many restaurants and small shops. Arillas beach accessed by small dirt walking track from the villa, takes approx 10 minutes to access this beautiful beach. The area is wonderfully peaceful and not over run. Approaching Arillas beach from the dirt track offers you an amazing view of the coast line and the crystal clear azure sea. Recommend Ammos restaurant who make delicious fresh juices and salads, very relaxed chilled vibe. Highly recommend Akrogiali in Agios Georgios, amazing setting and incredible sea food. Well worth the short walk for the southern end of Agios Georgios beach.

Lovely spacious property with terrific views

We are a family of four and have just returned from Gemrosa Villa. The property is very spacious and well designed, so that the main terrace provides a shady retreat during hot weather and wonderful views of the sun setting over the sea. It was reassuring to have Isobel and Malcolm nearby for any queries about the property. This villa is a fantastic base for exploring the island and has 2 beaches within walking distance, of which we prefered Arillas beach for its narrow sandy surface and gently shelved clear waters. There are several lovely cafes near by (Akatory, Horizon and Waves) which provided great food and cocktails in lovely surroundings. We hired a car for our stay and think this is preferable for visiting other places of interest on the island. Port Timoni and Kassioppi beaches were great for snorkelling, and Corfu town was lively and interesting without being too touristy, Overall, we all had a wonderful holiday (despite the heatwave!!) and would recommend it to any one who would like a large comfortable and clean space for their holiday. Thank you too, to Debbie for being really helpful prior to our trip.

Great holiday

Villa was exactly how it looked in the photos, it was clean and bright and the views were beautiful. I loved getting up in the morning and sitting on the balcony looking out. The sunsets were amazing. We would return and would recommend.

Fantastic

We had a fantastic family holiday at Gem Villa Rosa. The villa was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The photos doesn't do the villa justice. Good location about 10 mins walk to San Stephanos and the lovely beeches shops and bars and 15 mins to Arillas. Debbie the owner was fantastic really helpful and we would recommend this villa to anyone. We have tried booking for next year unfortunately the dates are already booked.

GEM ROSA VILLA SAN STEFANOS

We stayed there at the end of June 2016 and had a wonderful time. The villa is very spacious, bedrooms have lots of storage and living space is very generous. The balcony overlooks San Stefanos village and bay, with wonderful views. Late afternoon you van watch Kestrels and Buzzards soaring and hunting in the afternoon heat. At night the sunsets from the balcony are beautiful. It is a short walk downhill to either San Stefanos or Arillas and the nearest bars, the Gravia and Akrotiri are also nearer being just a short walk away on the headland separating San Stefanos and Arillas. There are lovely walks around the area and we also hired a boat for half a day and went down the coast to Paleokastritsa, a great day out. We had a hire car for the fortnight we were there, but could easily have managed without one. There is a good bus service to Corfu town, and a local bus connecting Sidari through to Agios Gorgios. All in all a beautiful part of the Island with very friendly people wherever we went, food in tavernas was lovely, very generous portions and lovely Mythos.

Fantastic Honeymoon destination

Spent my wedding and honeymoon at this location last June, the weather was perfect and it was a brilliant holiday for guests of all ages. I wouldn't of wanted my special day to be anywhere else.To top it off we managed to see dolphins in the sea! We will definitely be returning.
