The ever popular Burriana beach with its front line restaurants, bars & beach wear shops, is just 5 minutes walk away while the exciting town centre of Nerja with its famous “Balcon de Europa”, where you will find fantastic selection of shops, bars and restaurants that cater for everybody's pocket, is about 10 minute walk. The house is located in a very quiet but highly popular residential street in the Parador area and has secure entrance gates providing maximum peace and security. The house is having a wonderful private and enclosed garden facing south with sunbeds and dining table. The shared pool is less than 15 meters away.
About the property; On the ground floor you find a fully equipped kitchen with white goods & appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, water boiler, toaster, etc. Next to the kitchen you find the toilet. The living room is having two leather sofas, a Flatscreen TV with many British, Spanish, French & German channels and a dining table for up to six people. With the large sliding glass doors you open up to the paved private and enclosed garden area.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with timer controlled Air Conditioners and a bathroom;
(1) The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm) and a built-in large wardrobe.
(2) The second bedroom has two single beds (2*90cm), chest of drawers and a built in large wardrobe. Additionally and if necessary, there is also an extra foldable bed.
The bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, sink and shower.
The second floor features a sun terrace facing south with two sunbeds. During the winter period (December-January) the sun shines between 09:00 to 16:00 on this roof terrace (during the winter period you will enjoy the sun better on the roof terrace than in the garden area) and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or nice lunch in the sunshine.
If you would like to explore the area and region and do consider renting a car during your stay, please note that around the house on street parking is available but subject availability (finding a free spot can however be very challenging, especially in the summer time). In order to avoid the hassle with finding any available parking, we can arrange a private garage directly next to the community entrance to those guests being interested (weekly additional cost 60 EUR).
