Thank you Catherine for an amazing stay at your apartment it literally had everything you could need! The pool area was great for children and it’s so central to everything! I only wish I could have stayed more than two weeks! We can’t wait to return next year!

I stayed at Catherine's place for a month while trying to find somewhere longterm, and I had such a great stay. Very easy to get in contact with Catherine before, during and after my stay. The apartment has everything it needs and a great location, and a lovely view from the terrace over a green area and the sea. I will definitely recommend Catherine's place!

Benalmadena holiday

The studio flat is great for two people who are all the time out. From the balcony we had the best views of Benalmadena. One super quality of the studio is not overlooked, even though there are lots of blocks around. They do not restrict the panoramic view of the town, the sea, the hils. That is the best quality we loved.

Everything you could want for a self catering holiday. The only thing which spoilt our stay at this beautiful studio was the grinding and banging from the apartment below us which was having major refurbishment, the work started at 8.30 and continued till 6/7pm every day during our weeks stay.

A very happy and relaxing stay

Wow what a wonderful stay. From making the initial booking months before we travelled, to the day we left. Catherine and Peter you have a gem of an apartment, and you are the perfect hosts, you have been extremely helpful throughout. The apartment itself is well equipped with a lovely balcony to observe the views of the mountain, sea and well maintained gardens. The staff at the complex are friendly and approachable and despite our lack of Spanish we communicated well. The apartment is very central for bars/restaurants. The bus service is excellent and the bus stops are very nearby. One of the downsides to the holiday is the amount of hills you need to climb to get to places but with the transport being very good if you plan your routes using the timetable you can mostly stay on the flat.

Small but perfectly formed

Catherine was lovely, communication was excellent. Studio has everything you need for 2 people who just need a base to sleep and get washed. The studio is part of a large block so noise can be slight problem. The blocks located around 10 minutes walk to the beach but it is uphill so wouldn’t recommend for people with walking difficulties. There are some shops, cafes and bars much closer. There is wi fi but it’s not very good, this is out of the owners control. Lovely gardens at the side which the balcony faces and the views are fantastic.

we've stayed in this lovely studio apartment for 14 nights. It is very clean and modern. There is one double bed and one sofa bed. Both are very comfortable. The mattress on the sofa bed is very thick (double - it is convenient for a couple). The double bed is very comfortable too. The aircon and van is a very good combination and we had very good night sleeps even it was very hot outside. The balcony is super as you can relax there with an amazing view. The bathroom is perfect and clean. The kitchen part is really well equipped and I could cook some dish if we did not want to go out for dinner. I could recommend to families with 2 children or even 3 if the kids are young or any couple who wants to have some relaxing holiday for a very reasonable price. The apartment is on the 4th floor so the pool is close. The pool is very clean too and there are pools for children so even very young kids can enjoy. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to have a lovely holiday and want to keep the cost down.
