Hola, je suis Marion, la « propriétaire privée » de mon studio en bord de mer à l'Aparthotel Stella Maris, Fuengirola. Je suis heureux de vous accueillir pour réserver mon studio en bord de mer sur la Costa del Sol en ce moment.

La direction de l'Aparthotel Stella Maris, merci de bien vouloir me faciliter, ainsi qu'à mes invités, leurs services : - Le personnel de la réception 24h/24 vous remettra les clés de mon studio et le code digicode de la piscine extérieure chauffée sur présentation de votre passeport accompagné de mon e-mail d'autorisation vous a été envoyé ainsi qu'à Stella Maris Management.

La réception vous aidera en cas d'urgence et réservera des visites, des taxis. vélos, véhicules de mobilité, etc. pour vous. Prenez leur carte de visite lors de votre enregistrement pour référence! La réception vous remettra également la clé de la « bagagerie » et des toilettes du hall que vous leur restituerez.

Le salon récréatif et la buanderie sont également situés dans le hall d'accueil - des distributeurs de collations et d'eau se trouvent dans la buanderie.

o Lorsque vous vous installez, je vous demande de m'envoyer un SMS/mail pour indiquer que tout est satisfaisant ou non et de prendre des photos. Si quelque chose ne va pas ou si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, veuillez m'en informer immédiatement via Vrbo ou par e-mail.
o Wifi-4G illimité et la télévision par cùble est gratuite. La plage dispose également d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite ; tout comme "Gastrobar Del Mar" au rez-de-chaussée et ouvert sur la plage et la piscine - ils proposent un service de plats à emporter pour votre pique-nique à la piscine ou à la plage ou votre repas sur la terrasse de l'appartement !
o Climatisation (AC) et Smart TV et télécommandes disponibles.
o Linge de lit Votre lit est habillé pour votre confort à l'arrivée .. linge de lit supplémentaire, oreiller ferme etc situé dans le placard du hall ..
o Les serviettes sont rangées dans le placard du hall; tapis de douche pour votre sécurité dans la cabine de douche ; les tapis de sol pour la salle d'eau sont sur l'étagÚre de la salle de bain..
o Dans la salle de douche, veuillez trouver du savon liquide et solide, du désinfectant ; rouleaux de papier toilette; produits d'entretien pour salle d'eau et essuie-sol..
o Comme il s'agit d'une propriété indépendante, veuillez nettoyer tout déversement dans le réfrigérateur, sur les sols, etc.
* veuillez ne pas remplacer les articles non lavés dans les presses/tiroirs - laissez plutÎt dans l'évier *
o Sacs poubelles et détergents de cuisine pour la vaisselle et les sols à disposition..
o Veuillez jeter tous vos déchets domestiques et généraux/bouteilles/verre/huile de cuisson - les bennes et les bacs recyclés sont situés sur le cÎté de l'hÎtel sur la route de Mercadona et ailleurs sur les sentiers ;
o Supermarché Mercadona laissé hors de l'hÎtel à l'Av. Ramón y Cajal et petit magasin à cÎté
o Coffre-fort ; SÚche-cheveux et articles divers tels que piles, trousse de premiers soins disponibles
o Veuillez ne pas nourrir les oiseaux que nous aimons - c'est-Ă -dire - Ă  moins que vous ne vouliez nettoyer aprĂšs eux !
o Vadrouilles/seaux intérieurs et extérieurs et plumeau intérieur dans la salle de douche disponibles
o Bank ATM à l'extérieur - à cÎté de Stella Maris et également à la laverie au foyer ..
o Belle plage de sable - chaises longues confortables à 6 € par jour, WIFI compris
o Soins des cheveux et de la peau - 5 minutes à pied - demandez Marion pour plus de détails
o Conformément à la loi espagnole, veuillez indiquer vos informations d'identification pour votre enregistrement touristique Policia, de préférence via Vrbo sur demande. En outre, vos heures d'arrivée et de départ approximatives - merci d'avance. (normalement le check-in est 1400; le check-out 1100)

We had a great time at the studio - perfect location with a balcony overlooking the beach. The home is well organised and spotless with everything you could possibly need. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Our favourite was the Japanese restaurant and take away round the corner - fabulous!Marion is a thoughtful and responsive host. We couldn’t recommend the studio highly enough. We will definitely be back.Thank you Marion for your care and attention to detail

My second time back here and such an amazing venue. The photos don't do it justice - whilst small, if has everything you need and the host has thought of everything to make the stay more comfortable. Really enjoyed having a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the veranda. Right in the heart of promenade and close to lots of cafes , restaurants and the meecardo below was so useful for having some easy to cook bits. I'll definitely be back again to visit.

Apartamento pequeño pero acogedor.

Lovely stay at Marion’s apartment. Great communication and such a lovely host. The apt had everything and more that you need for your stay. The view from the patio was fantastic overlooking the beach. The gastro bar attached was brilliant for food so you didn’t have to go far and the staff were great. Lovely restaurants and bars either side and a supermarket a couple of doors away. All in all it’s a lovely place to stay and would highly recommend. Thakyou Marion for a fabulous week away. Perfect Spot

What can I SAY ? We stayed at Marion's apartment for a month and it was amazing ,the apartment had everything you needed , it was like living at home but with an view overlooking the beach We would have breakfast on the balcony and see the sunrise plus all the people jogging,walking etc going past was relaxing to watch and if we had a query ? Marion was helpful and quick to reply We would definitly recommend staying here and were hoping to come back next year.

Excellent Return Stay

My wife and I visited this apartment last year and loved it that much, we just had to return-only this time we brought our son along with us. Yet again, the apartment was great and was impressed that there was an air fryer available should have have needed to use it. All I can say is, I would not hesitate to stay again and communication with Marion was always easy. Thanks Marion, we really enjoyed ourself.

Five Star Host, Amazing location!

New to booking through VRBO (and initially a bit nervous), we could not have been in better hands than host Marion. From the start, Marion answered all our (many) questions and provided great tips for our nearly month long stay. Her cozy unit is exactly as advertised, and while smaller, we knew that going in and were mostly on the deck overlooking the beautiful ocean. The double and single beds were comfortably firm (which we like) and Marion truly went the extra mile for us! There are so many comforts of home - shopping cart, air fryer and an electric juicer! If you need to work, the internet was fast and reliable for meetings. We were able to stream Prime, AppleTV & Netflix. The location of Stella Maris cannot be beat
no issues with water pressure/hot water, and for a 12 story building there were 4 lifts. The whole area of Fuengirola and Los Boliches is flat, safe and walkable. It is situated between Fuengirola and Los Boliches train stations. It might be a little closer to the Los Boliches stop but in any case about a 15-20 min walk to either. The property is in front of the beach, separated only by a road and 8 km boardwalk, with bike lanes. Right behind the property (a short block behind) is a Mercado (supermarket) with almost anything needed. It is a 6 min walk to the Tues and Sat markets, with an easy walk to bus/train. Buses were easy
make sure to go to Mijas! All in all, such a great time and we sure appreciated how Marion took care of us every step of the way!

An oasis of tranquility

We had a fabulous stay in Marion's apartment. It was immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were really comfortable and ensured we slept perfectly. The shower was powerful - almost therapeutic. We cooked quite a bit - making full use of the microwave, airfryer and hot plates. One of the best things about the apartment is the location - directly overlooking the beach and esplanade. We enjoyed many evenings eating and drinking on the balcony, taking full advantage of the spectacular sunsets. We were a few minutes walk from Mercadona, which sold a wide range of fresh and convenience food and a full range of groceries. We discovered an absolute gem just around the corner - the Makati Japanese restaurant and take away - fantastic food. Even 'though Los Boliches/ Fuengirola is a hive of activity with lots to see and do, we found Marion's apartment to be a peaceful retreat - quiet and relaxing. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

A pleasant relaxing holiday

My 19 year old daughter and I had a lovely time at this lovely clean, spacious studio. With it’s large double bed and also a very comfortable single bed, we had no problem getting a great nights sleep. With the beach just across the road plus a heated swimming pool at the hotel as well, we were spoiled for choice. The very friendly staff also made our stay very enjoyable. Everything is close to you including a large supermarket which is 3 minutes away. Great studio, great location, lovely food and excellent weather. What more do you need?👍

This is my home from home - My little piece of heaven on earth-when not in Ireland-the Emerald Island ! - the main difference being the beautiful sunshine on the Costa throughout the year as opposed to "Vivaldi's 4 seasons" which we experience almost daily in Ireland !

I'm hoping that my 2nd floor studio apartment becomes your 'home from home' also and that you enjoy relaxation time and exploration of the Costa & walks on the Prom, as much as I do !

*Train services every 20 minutes from Malaga Airport-Stella Maris, Los Boliches & a short stroll on the Prom from Los Boliches Train Station to the pedestrian crossing at Stella Maris! .. Fuengirola is 1 min further by train from Los Boliches - similar walk back to Stella Maris Apartamentos ..
Taxi approx €45-€50 from Airport-extra fees re late nights, weekends, bank holidays etc

*On your arrival, you will enjoy comfortable beds & "creature comforts" - wifi4G unlimited, smart tv, AC, SAFE, constant hot water & complimentary mini toiletries & of course the magnificent views of the Costa and the Andulacian Mountains etc

Collect your keys & pool access code from Stella Maris Reception Team on your arrival on production of your passport : Marion will copy you on the "authorisation email" sent to Stella Maris the day before you travel and will keep you informed at all times .. Tell Marion at booking stage if you require earlier or later checkin/checkout so that I can inform The Management & The Reception Team .

Regrettably, Stella Maris Aparthotel does not have private car parking facility.
However, there is ample paid parking - both on street and in underground car parks - also for electric cars.

*There is "drop off" disability car space in front of Stella Maris Aparthotel ..

*lift/stairs to my 2nd floor studio apartment ..

*Extensive clean service carried out to high hygiene standards throughout the building and also in my "studio apartment*..
Sanitiser available in my studio shower-room & hall closet ..

*On your arrival, basic kitchen & shower room solid & liquid soaps & clean materials are available for your use .. I hope this helps to get your holiday off to a great start ! As this is self catering accomm., please replenish the basic clean products as necessary on your departure - like with like ..

*Kitchen - single-use tea, sugar & salt & 1 Li bottle bottle of water in fridge available on your arrival ..

*Only single use items & unopened sealed containers to be left at my studio apartment-with thanks ..

*Remove all trash to bins at side of Stella Maris or bins along the pavements ..
