Our stay

Our stay at Jeff’s apartment was really really good. Great location lovely pool and kiosk that was well stocked. Perhaps new pillows would be a bonus as they were very hard but just a suggestion. Thank you Jeff. Wonderful stay

Retirement holiday

The apartment had a fantastic view it was clean and suitable for our needs.The pool was good and the lads who ran the bar were so friendly.Jeff was brilliant and made time to check out how we were.I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely week

Had a lovely stay in this studio it had everything you needed, it was very central to shops and bars and we would book again, Jeff was very helpful and checked to see if everything was OK throughout the week

Great place, everything you need and more!

Lovely,clean apartment. Friendly, attentive owner and reception staff made our stay a most enjoyable one, definitely intend to return again. A special thanks to Jeff (owner) for excellent communication and for the little extra touches that made our stay so enjoyable like ensuring there was fresh milk in the fridge for our arrival for that much needed cuppa after a long journey.10 out of 10 all round.

Fab little apartment!

Had a great second stay in this apartment. It is basic but great value for money and in a fantastic location. The only issue I had was having to queue each day for an umberella at the pool, there are plenty of sunbeds but not enough umberellas.

The former balcony area has been very successfully enclosed into this lovely studio, to enlarge the living area and for this reason we do not mention a balcony, either in the apartment description, or in the list of facilities available in the apartment. However, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay in our ideally located apartment with its lovely pool and kiosk, attractive gardens and onsite parking; close to all amenities, and only a short train ride from Malaga International Airport. Perfect for either a long or a short stay and very affordable too !

Nice clean studio with views of the mountains.Being on the top floor means there's no physical balcony, but does have large sliding windows.Great communication from Jeff our host.If you're at the height of summer & you're a fan of the pool and want a good spot with a parasol, then make sure you're prepared to buy your sunbed ticket and queue up beside the pool entrance around 9am. The pool opens at 10am.The pool bar offers a really good range of food and drinks, which can be taken away if preferred. There are pool toilets which are nice and clean but you need to put your paper in the bin and not the bowl.Overall a really nice complex, close to Ibenza square one way and Arroyo the other way.

clean bedsit

It was advertised as one bedroom, but it was a small bedsit. There is no balcony which was dissapointing. The property was clean and only a five minute walk from retaurants and bars.

As for not having a separate bedroom its a studio and as such studios don't have separate bedroom. The photos do not show a separate bedroom and also show the envlosed balcony. We have decided to enclose the balcony for safety reason as it is on top 11th floor. The balcony windows can be open for enjoying a panoramic views of sea and mountains. Thanks again for the review.

2 weken in het appartement gezeten en het was prima. Alles was aanwezig. Mooie locatie, 11 hoog. Prachtig uitzicht zo hoog. Prima liften. Eigenaar een paar keer gesproken. Sympathieke man. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Apartamento en buen estado, con todo lo necesario. Cocina con menaje, televisión, aire acondicionado, toldo .... La piscina también más que aceptable. La playa está a 15 minutos cuesta abajo que luego toca subir, es la única 'pega' que tiene. El trato con Jeff fue perfecto. Recomendable!

Fabulous.

Just got back from staying in this studio apartment it was absolutely lovely. Clean well equipped every thing you need for a pleasent stay plenty of blankets and pillows. Apartment is a lot bigger than what the photos actually show. Brilliant location 15 min walk down to beach or 5 min to town. Plenty of bars and restaurants. 10 min walk from Arroyo train station. wifi English TV channels. Gorgeous views over the mountains and sea view. The owner Geoff was a lovely host very welcoming nothing was to much trouble. Could easily contact him if we needed to. Apartments them selves kepted clean. Would deffinetly recommend to anyone who is wanting a cheap no frills holiday. I Would deffinetly book again.Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the pool was closed until the end of May. Which was a shame because it looks a lovely pool. Thank you yet again for letting us stay... Kev ,Tracey

Fantastic Location

Arrived early but were able to access the property just after 1pm. Jeff was there to meet us and was very helpful and made us feel very welcome and explained all that we needed to know about the apartment. He set up the wi-fi which was a real godsend. The apartment was clean and had everything we need. Didn't watch much tv but it was available. Great shower which is very important. Located just a 5 min walk from Bonanza square and very close to the Arroya where we spent a fair bit of time. Bus stops are nearby and the railway station at the Arroya is about 10 minutes walk. Would recommend to couples looking for a good base if staying in the area.
