Family friendly accessible bungalow in quiet, rural location near the sea

Heather, was devastated to see you scored our bungalow 2 stars as we strive for and are usually awarded 5 stars by our guests. We have never had less than 4 stars before. Indeed you awarded us 5 stars, when you visited previously. I feel it’s a real shame that your holiday this time was not as enjoyable. I imagine you spent more time in the bungalow this time due to the unseasonably inclement weather in Cornwall. In terms of the specific comments you have made it is really helpful to get feedback from our guests and in response to your feedback I have now purchased new dining chairs, cushions and and a smart TV/oak TV stand for the bungalow. We always had additional pillows available to our guests and so it’s a real shame to did not email me at the time as I would have directed you to the additional pillows. In terms of the beds I appreciate they are not specifically designed for people with disabilities but they are firm Silentnight mattresses and we do change them each year. I guess softnesses is a matter of opinion. As my husband is tall wheelchair user we needed a higher sofa. It is only a couple years old. We continue to update the property and always get excellent feedback on how clean it is. I will post photos of the changes we have made in response to you feedback shortly.
