If you are looking for somewhere to relax and chill this place is perfect. Hidden away in the countryside but close enough to the beautiful beach of Perranport and the lovely village of St. Agnes, this is somewhere you can relax and listen to the bird song. Our dog was made welcome with treats as were we with a delicious clotted cream and scones tea.

Sue the host was very friendly and helpful and the cottage was the perfect base to explore Cornwall from. Lovely quiet garden too and a 5 min drive from the beach

This was a great spot to use as a base for exploring Cornwall! The cottage was exactly as described in the listing and Sue was patiently waiting for us when we arrived a little later than expected. Lots of room for 2 people and was nice to have indoor and outdoor space. Thanks for a great visit and we will definitely book again if we come back to Cornwall!

Sue is a lovely host - welcoming and friendly . She was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around the cottage.The cottage is perfectly placed for getting to Perranporth beach which was perfect for walking our dog and taking in the sea air. The cottage is set in a lovely quiet location - just perfect.The rooms were clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped.We would definitely stay here again.Many thanks to Sue.

Relaxing Holiday

Couldn’t have found a better place to spend a week away from it all. We had everything we needed, the cottage was spotless and the owners were lovely and close by in case of need but utterly respecting our privacy. Loved it.

Cozy Hideaway

Wonderful cottage with a nearby dog walk for evenings and a Ice Parlour you can reach by foot. Due to the design you always find a comfortable cool sleeping place and a couch to enjoy the outside even in rain.

This was a fabulous stay and Sue was super helpful and available. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever because we do not believe in complaining. However, we do have one gentle suggestion. We recommend a dedicated WiFi be installed as it is very unstable and made our working online problematic. Sue did her best to improve it by allowing us to hook into their separate WiFi. However it did not prove reliable. This did not stop us from really enjoying our stay.

An amazing experience

Our host Sue was absolutely amazing she was there to greet us and show us around the property. For us it was the ideal location, down a country lane quiet and away from any noise. The cottage was immaculate with everything you need, a home from home. It was also located within driving distance to Perranporth and it’s beautiful beach plus much more. We will return !

Perfect !!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage, and it was everything we wanted. It's away from everything, but only a short journey to Perranporth, and the location is ideal for exploring Cornwall. it was a home from home, and Sue was great .. she was there as soon as we arrived to show us around, and just a message away if we needed anything. We would highly recommend a stay here if you like to 'get away from it all's, but also want to explore what's around. We will definitely be back !

A good base.

This quiet and private location was ideal as a base from which to visit many of the attractions in Cornwall - Geevor Mine, Eden project, Bodmin Moor, Bodmin railway, Falmouth, St Michael's Mount etc. Sue was an excellent host and was there to greet us on our arrival. She was easily contacted if any help was needed (it wasn't). As a retired couple we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the property.

our most beautiful accommodation

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the country. A wonderful apartment for two, with everything we needed. Even everything for Cornish cream tea was ready. Sue explained everything in a friendly manner. Most people probably overlook the driveway to the property when they arrive. But with so few houses, it's still possible. We had a very relaxing time in Sue's cottage. Thank you very much.

Sehr erholsam, Schöner eigener Garten mit Liegenstühlen , eingezäunt, perfekt mit Hund, wir sind im mer mit unserem Rad zum Strand gefahren
