Mooi appartementje

Let op : appartement op 1ste verdieping...recht eronder pizzeria met 50 tafels voor 200 man...constant aan en afvoer van brommers voor levering hiervan...voor 24h in de nacht valt niet te slapen...aan de overkant een bar met honden die constant blaffen...kan UHC natuurlijk niks aan doen. Anders is het wel een goede locatie op 2 min van het strand. Het zwembad was niet open voor 3 weken lang....Uhc kon daar niks aan doen bij melding...maar in aanbieding staat toch zwembad aanwezig...als ik geweten had dat het zwembad dicht was had ik een ander appartement gehuurd...Ik heb er toch voor betaald...Jammer. Parking waarvoor betaald was niet in orde...afvoerbuizen van toiletten lekken op je auto in de ondergrondse parking...bij melding hiervan wel een andere parking verkregen in een ander gebouw.

la ubicacion esta muy bien es una pena el ruido por la noche con el local que hay y la cama es muy mejorable

Las ubicaciones céntricas tienen sus ventajas como estar a un paso de todo, pero lamentablemente también ciertos problemas puntuales como el ruido. Lamentamos sinceramente que el ruido nocturno y la cama no hayan estado a la altura de tus expectativas. Apreciamos mucho tus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a identificar áreas de mejora.
