THE NEIGHBORHOOD
If you walk the marginal road towards the center of the city you have the Church of S. Francisco (18 minutes walk), the Ribeira, Stock Exchange Palace, Institute of Port Wine and Ferreira Borges Market. If you choose to follow the opposite direction, Foz do Douro and beaches, where you can do a lots of water sports. Walking up the street of Restoration, you can explore the gardens of Crystal Palace (10 minutes walk), Clérigos Tower, Lello bookshop, Portuguese Photography Center and end up in the bars area, Galleries of Paris.

GETTING AROUND
