About this property

Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in Kitzbuhel Alps with private sauna

Located in the stunning Hohe Tauern National park, the apartment offers direct access to summer and winter activities in the Kitzbuhel alps, with 130 km of skiing as well as extensive hiking and mountain biking trails.

There is a large lounge/dining/kitchen room, with access to the balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun.

There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, one with a super-king size bed and direct access to the balcony. The other has a new double bed. (we previously had a sofa bed in this room but this has just been replaced with a new bed)

There are 2 bathrooms. Both have showers and the main bathroom features a large spa bath and private sauna.

The apartment is well served by local restaurants, including a traditional Austrian restaurant at Breitmoos, Mooralm and Sunnseit. The famous Schloss Castle is a 5 minute drive, with Kitzbuhel, Jochberg and Mittersill towns within 30 minutes by car.

Die Unterkunft haben wir gut gefunden und der Check in war sehr einfach mit der Schlüsselbox. Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut, die Wohnung ist mit Aufzug sogar aus der Tiefgarage zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich direkt neben der Liftstation, was viele Vorteile bietet. Jedem muss aber bewusst sein, dass ab 6:30 das Personal kommt und ab 8 Uhr die Anlage in Betrieb geht. Gleicht einem lauten Wecker :) , aber für uns war’s ok. Im Winter ist vor Ort sicherlich noch ganz anders!Die Wohnung hat 2 Duschen, eine Badewanne inkl. kleiner Sauna, sehr schön vorallem wenn man durchgefroren nach Hause kommt. Wohnung hat zwei Fernseher, wir konnten nur den im Wohnzimmer nutzen. Es empfiehlt sich sein Laptop oder Handy dabei zu haben um es am Tv anzuschließen, falls Netflix oder ähnliches gestreamt werden möchte. Ist zwar installiert zeigt aber kein Bild an, ggf so gewollt. War aber auch ok für uns, haben wenig vorm TV gesessen. Die Küche ist im Wohnzimmer und ist nicht ausgestattet für große Kochaktionen, sondern für einfache kleine Mahlzeiten. Daher ein Sternabzug, denn damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Es mangelt an, Schneidebrettern, scharfen Messern, Pfanne(1ne verwendbar), Abstellmöglichkeiten,Topfdeckel(klein), Salatschleuder,Timer, Ofen hat nur ein Rost, nur Ober Unterhitze funktioniert, Umluft ist defekt.Ein Geschirrhandtuch ist zu wenig, eigene mitbringen!Alles in allem super Unterkunft direkt in den Bergen!

beste Wahl - gern wieder

Der Urlaub war rund um gelungen für uns Skifahrer: Lift vor der Tür, Leihstation, Restaurant, Apre Ski, Brötchendienst!Sauna in der Wohnung und ausreichend Platz. Das Schlafsofa ist zwar für zwei mittelgroße Personen zu eng, im Wohnzimmer ließ sich aber auf dem riesigen Sofa auch schlafen. Der Fußboden ist naturbelassenes Holz und führte das ein oder andere Mal zu Splittern - sollte an den entsprechenden Stellen überarbeitet werden. Ansonsten wie gesagt eine super Unterkunft.

Kuchenausstattung ist sehr spärlich. Boden sehr abgenutzt, wir hatten leider täglich Holzsplitter und den Socken oder Strümpfen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, Ausstattung könnte besser sein

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer top Lage und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Grundsätzlich können wir die schöne Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Es gibt allerdings einige Dinge, die wir gerne im Vornherein gewusst hätten: - In der Nebensaison (wir waren Ende Mai dort) haben die besagten drei umliegenden Restaurants nicht geöffnet. - Wenn man sich auch in der Unterkunft verpflegen möchte, sollte man wissen, dass dort wirklich nur Töpfe, Besteck, Tassen etc. vorhanden sind. Dinge, wie zb Zucker für den Kaffee oder auch Öl zum Braten ist nicht vorhanden. Es muss wirklich alles mitgebracht oder vor Ort gekauft werden. War etwas ärgerlich, da wir am Sonntag angereist sind und Montag ein Feiertag war und wir somit erst Dienstag einkaufen konnten. Wenn man es vorher weiß ist es halb so schlimm, da man sich dann Gewissheit Dinge von zuhause mitnehmen kann. - Toilettenpapier wird auch nur eine bestimmte Anzahl an Rollen zur Verfügung gestellt. Für uns zu zweit hat es gerade so gereicht, für mehr Personen nicht. Das ist für mich eine Ausstattung, die frei verfügbar sein muss - Handtücher werden auch nur pro Person ein großes und ein kleines zur Verfügung gestellt. Weitere können gegen Aufpreis gemietet werden. Ich finde, gerade wenn eine Sauna vorhanden ist, reicht das nicht aus. Nächstes Mal würde ich mir von zuhause zusätzliche Handtücher mitnehmen.

Tolles Apartment

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich unschlagbar. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ab morgens hat man Sonne auf dem Balkon. Die Gastronomie im Haus ist klasse. War wieder ein wirklich schöner Urlaub!

Tolles Appartment in Top-Lage

Die Wohnung ist großzügig mit Fußbodenheizung, Sauna, zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern sowie sehr großem Wohnbereich. Die Lage ist ideal zum Winterurlaub, auch das nahegelegene „Sonnscheit“ (Restaurant, Café mit Erstklassigem Panoramablick) hat uns mit seiner tollen Küche sehr gut gefallen.
