Holiday Home Presencia is awesome place to stay situated on 1000m2 property with complete privacy in a small and beautifull rural village Gustirna , just 2.5 km from the sea.Recently renewed living space of 100m2 consist two bedrooms,one with double bed and one with three seperated beds,comfortable living room with kauch and sofa,plus 2 pull-out sofa beds,dining room,kitchen....Private entrance and parking are secured.In front of house is a large garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables that you are free to use and sitting area. Behind the house is located traditional Dalmatian barbecue and also sitting area with a terrace where you can enjoy in your meal.This house also provide a sandy playground for children with wooden swing and some toys...Book your next vacation house right now and get ready for holidays...

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Umgebung und netten Vermietern

Wir haben im Juli 2017 in diesem sehr schönen und großzügigen Haus mit vier Personen unseren Urlaub verbracht. Vorweg, es ist alles so schön, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt; vor allem viel Platz. Es gibt so gut wie keinen Autoverkehr, und keine knatternden Mopeds. Die Nächte sind angenehm kühl, und man kann vernünftig schlafen. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Wir hatten das Haus (EG) in Alleinbenutzung. Das OG war in der Zeit nicht bewohnt. Somit hatten wir das gesamte Grundstück mit 1.000 m2 für uns alleine; toll. Wir konnten uns im Garten an Obst und Gemüse nach Bedarf bedienen; sehr lecker. Zum Meer nach Marina sind es nur 5 Autominuten. Dort gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und viele Restaurants. Nach Trogir sind es 30 Minuten, und nach Split eine Stunde. In der näheren Umgebung gibt eine Vielzahl kleiner Badebuchten, mit kristallklarem Wasser; super zum Schnorcheln. Nach Omis sind es 1 1/2 Stunden. Dort kann mann z.B. Raften oder Zip-Line fahren. Überall an der Küste werden Boote zum Verleih angeboten; sollte man unbedingt machen. In KrKa ist ein Nationalpark mit tollen Wasserfällen; sehr empfehlenswert. Wir können das Haus und die Region sehr empfehlen, und werden bestimmt noch einmal buchen. Denn die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
