Bedrooms are open. airy, and spacious! Beautiful decor and high-end linens will have you sleeping well after a long day of sand and sun on the beach. Both master suites have views of the ocean and have room darkening curtains to help you sleep late if you wish. Please note that the "round room" with a queen bed is separated by a curtain from the bunk room, and shares a bathroom. The casita (optional) 5th bedroom can be added by indicating "12" as the guest count. This adds $100 per night to the reservation.

Why The Goldfinger and VanPeenen Families chose Puerto Penasco
This is a very special property. We love the Costa Diamante neighborhood for it's great security, helpful staff, and friendly neighbors. We love the private beach, fantastic views, and direct access to the sand on a lighted patth. We used to rent in the Las Conchas area, but we much prefer the convenience of Sandy Beach while still benefiting from a large private home. Unlike Las Conchas, the roads are all paved and the utility lines are underground - making the whole area beautiful. This property is perfect for families, adult vacationers, and people looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. We will be honest and let you know that this property is not suggested for young "spring breakers," groups larger than 12 (10 for the main house), smokers, or groups looking to "party" on the beach or in the home. But this home is perfect for families and groups (and even a pet, with permission!) looking for value luxury.
What makes this house unique
We looked at many condos and homes on Sandy Beach, but as soon as we saw this house, we fell in love with it! The high dramatic brick "boveda" ceilings, unmatched views, and convenience to everything sold us on this property. We can take sunset walks to many different restaurants or just hop next door for cocktails at Collins. We take advantage of the close proximity to the Sandy Beach resorts for jet skiing, banana boats and more! The house needed a lot of work when we purchased is - but now it is updated, freshly painted, and furnished beautifully. Why pay $15/ hour or $55-$75 / day for a kayak or SUP!? We provide you with two of each for FREE! We stock many amenities others do not - from oils and spices to fun beach supplies. We look forward to sharing it all with you!
