Gorgeous 3 bedroom 3.5 bath Tuscan inspired house, in the secure and private Costa Diamante housing community on Sandy Beach! It has a two-car garage that can hold your cars or motorcycles. Featuring a modern full size kitchen, spacious living room, dining room with a large oak dining table & amazing outdoor decks. ROOFTOP DECK w/Ocean Views!

One block from the beach, along a cobblestone walkway. Includes a community pool, heated spa, & 24 hour security. Walk to restaurants, bars and activities!



The Space:

NEW ROOFTOP DECK! Great Views.

Has 3 bedrooms plus an extra room, a loft with a sofa sleeper!

Nice shady Patio for grilling and out door fun.

-8 person max occupancy

-Pets must be pre-approved prior to booking and is subject to an extra fee & refundable damage deposit

-3 Car limit, no trailers or RV's

Home away from home! Alejandro was very attentive! We enjoyed our week! Home was super clean. Community was clean and safe. Really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The beach was a stroll away. Perfect location! Enough room for a dog and space outside. The back wall is short and it is not encolsed in the front but the area is quiet and we had no issues, in fact our dogs loved it! The beach is a minute walk away with beautiful landscaping to see on the way. The house was clean and all the rooms had fans! Will definitely stay here again - so much better than a hotel!

Family Vacation

For adults and kids it was a great location with pool and playground just out the door. And the beach only steps away. House had a great layout for 6 of us!

Perfect relaxing home at Sandy Beach

Very nice home with excellent air conditioning. Short walk to a pristine beach. Banana Boat rides for days! We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the rooftop deck, telling stories of the Puerto Penasco of days old. We will stay here again.

Great quiet break away from Phoenix

We had a great fall break in this rental. The house was fantastic. Clean and cool with more room than one family needs. It has everything you could want access to great ocean views 2 minutes from a great pool and 2 min walk away from the beach. Off the beaten path. TVs in every room. 24 hr security. Walked around the complex at all hours. Thank you for a great break.
