Villa of charm, located in limit of Sainte Maxime, with 15 minutes on foot of the beach and the trade, with splendid clear view. For 10 people.

Entirely renovated in 2017 and 2022, with careful decoration, the villa of 160m2 has 5 bedrooms and a very large living room with fireplace and mezzanine, all air-conditioned.
South facing, in the shade of pines, it is very pleasant to live and quiet.
In the middle of a plot of 1000m2 and with a large heated pool, private and not overlooked.

The villa has, on the ground floor, two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a large living room, a kitchen and a utility room.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms. The first can accommodate three people and has its own bathroom (with shower and toilet). Another bedroom has a single bed, and the third and final bedroom upstairs has a double bed. These last two bedrooms share a shower room with a separate entrance and shower. The mezzanine above the living room has been converted into a playroom for children (plenty of games are available).
The house is equipped with WIFI and TV.

In a mediterranean garden of 1 000m2, two terraces without opposite are at your disposal: The first one has a splendid view on the sea and the hills, it is sheltered by a pergola and a sail of shade. The second, close to the house is ideal for eating in the shade of the big pine.

A ping-pong table is also available in the garden.

The swimming pool is heated and measures 8mx4m, is of a depth of 1,5m to 2m (in a part you can now touche the bottom) and is maintained weekly by a professional.
Attention, the pool is not appropriate for very young children, because the pool is not fenced, even if you have an audible alarm.

Possibility of parking 3 cars minimum without problem.

Please note that the garden is under pine trees; consequently, depending on the season, many needles may fall from the pines, along with some sap. Similarly, the pines sometimes drip with honeydew, which can make the area sticky. Currently, many pine trees in the region are diseased. We treat our pines, and four times a season, a professional spends two hours in the garden treating them. Therefore, if this occurs during your rental week, you will be unable to use the garden and the swimming pool for approximately two hours.

In July and August, the rental systematically includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels ...).

The beach, port and supermarket are a 15 minutes walk from the house, by a shady path.
From the port of Issambres, you can reach Saint Tropez by taking a shuttle (20 minutes of crossing).
You are also located less than an hour from the main cities of the French Riviera: Nice, Cannes, Saint Raphael and Antibes.
