Stylish place ideal for the Biennale in Venice. A short walk from St Mark's

The renovated apartment is located in the quiet area of the Castle, just outside the walls of the Arsenal, it is the ideal apartment for the Biennale of Art or Architecture.
The flat is ideal for families, friends and couples visiting Venice, or for longer stays by researchers, academics and professionals. The space is designed to be flexible and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Children are allowed, dogs are allowed, but the flat is definitely no smoking.

Casa Alma is situated in a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac in the Castle, historically the most popular residential area of Venice.

This is the ideal Venice Biennale apartment, within easy walking distance to the main exhibitions in art, architecture, dance and theater at the Arsenale and Gardens. If film is your passion, it's a short vaporetto ride to the Venice Film Festival on the Lido.

Great location in Venice (Castello)

A bit off of the main touristy places (what we wanted and appreciated) but very central at the same time and close to the Biennale we had great stay for a week in the apparmtent. Check in was very easy and everything was as described. I can fully recommend it and would book it again.

Gorgeous Stay in Venice

We loved our stay at Marika and Alan's apartment. Alan met us there and personally showed us how everything worked. They had set up a high chair and port-a-crib for the baby which was so kind. Recommend highly.

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment is beautiful and quiet and was ideal for a couple with two children. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to cook multiple times for four. Our host gave excellent directions and advice. Location is very quiet and away from the tourist chaos. It is very close to the biennale Arsenale entrance, but also easy walking distance to major tourist destinations and the water taxi.

Wonderful Host, Fabulous Apartment

The space is exactly as described- very charming and inviting. Marika was an amazing host - she met us at the apartment, patiently showed us how everything worked, made several recommendations, including transportation, restaurants, places to visit and how to get there. Those recommendations, coupled with her charming apartment, largely contributed to one of the best vacations we've had. My children also loved their privacy with their bedroom and bathroom located on the 2nd floor. We highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants to have a fun, relaxing and memorable stay in Venice.

Für unseren Zweck, die Biennale zu besuchen, liegt Casa Alma perfekt, auch ist es gut zu erreichen. Vom Vermieter gab es wertvolle Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Nächstes Mal wieder!
