Récemment restauré et lumineux, il bénéficie d'une vue féerique sur le Rio delle Romite.
Il est situé à quelques pas de Cà Rezzonico et à 5 minutes du pont de l'Académie.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

The photos don’t do it justice. Really spacious and airy one bedroom apartment, with one side looking over a small canal and the other side looking over a garden. Close to ferry stop Ca Rezzonico. Great base to explore from. Very responsive host. Be aware it’s a two story walk up and no laundry facilities.

Beautiful quiet apartment on picturesque canal

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this beautiful quiet apartment in Venice! Listening to the bells chime during the day and children’s laughter floating up through the sun soaked windows was wonderful! The apartment and location are so much more than we expected and so close to two beautiful campos and the walkway along the lagoon. It is a great place to come back to after sightseeing all day to relax. We highly recommend it and would love to go back sometime in the future!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!

Beyond amazing

We can see why Isabella is a super host. Prompt, helpful responses. Flat was in a great are of town and we could easily get to sights, restaurants and shops. The flat was very comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. Beautiful morning sun and afternoon sun in the living room and great air flow. We felt at home the minute we stepped in. A restaurant with delicious food right next door was a bonus given we arrived at 9:30 pm. Also very quiet. It was hard to leave.

Peaceful Venice

We couldn't have been happier with this apartment. This was our first stop on a vacation across Italy and what better place to be than on this quiet, calm, peaceful canal. Isabella was a gracious host and communicator, leaving us clear instructions and suggestions for restaurants/sights. We enjoyed coffee with the windows open listening to the morning sounds below. Venice is a beautiful city and the main attractions draw big crowds, This apartment truly felt like a little oasis in a more residential part of town. At the same time, the location was perfect and everything we wanted to see was very accessible. The restaurant next door is delicious and has a beautiful atmosphere. Checking out was easy as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Hopefully we'll be back in Italy again!

Perfect base in Venice

This perfectly modern white box meticulously renovated (with a few canals) was a wonderful base for us. Around the corner were lovely restaurants (many recommended by Isabella, our host). The kitchen was very well equipped, if one was inclined to cook. But be aware, you would need to buy your own olive oil, salt, pepper and everything to prepare a basic meal (I made breakfast in the mornings). There were coffee pods provided and sugar, and a good coffee maker (the second brew is never as good as the first). Nice bed linens and OK towels. We spent almost 1000 Euros for three nights, so the soap could have been better than the miserable shavings that seem so common at VRBOs. Our hostess Isabella was super-responsive, and apologetic when we ran out of loo paper on the weekend (tummy problems...). But we managed. Her son Jac came to check our passports shortly after arrival. He was charming too. This is a fantastic base if you want to be away from the crowds that are killing Venice. Close to the Penny Guggenheim. Sweet little local restaurants that we went back to time and again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage

Die Wohnung im Sestiere Dorsoduro, dem aus unserer Sicht schönsten Stadtteil von Venedig, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten, sehr hell und nach hinten mit einem Blick ins Grüne auch sehr ruhig. Trotz der Ruhe abseits des Rummels ist man in weinigen Minuten am Canal Grande oder am Zattere Quai, von wo man über die Vaporetti-Stationen sehr gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Aus unserer Sicht unbedingt eine Empfehlung für einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in der Serenissima.

Perfekte Wohnung

Wir waren im September 2023 für 1 Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung, sie ist hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief problemlos. Wir hatten einen netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Die Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen zwei Vaporetto-Stationen ca. 5 min. Fußweg Ca`Rezzonico + Basilio). Unseren nächsten Besuch werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser tollen Wohnung verbringen.

Peaceful Apartment in Great Neighborhood

This apartment is so calming with crisp new linens and neutral decor in a quiet neighborhood that happens to have some of the most wonderful restaurants in Venice. We loved having such a peaceful home base to come back to each day. This rental is also nicely furnished with a comfortable king size bed and newer living and dining furniture. The only downside, as one reviewer mentioned, is it would be nice to have laundry facilities.

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood!

This apartment was a joy- far from crowds but within a short walk to vaporetto’s, great restaurants and lovely shops. Isabella was a great help in finding everything we needed and graciously letting us check-in early. Perfect!!

A Lovely Place

We arrived earlier than expected and Isabella came over to meet us. She was nice and helpful. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean and centrally located. The neighborhood was quiet but close to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere and felt safe at all times. I cooked breakfast 2 mornings and had all of the supplies needed to prepare our meals. There are a lot of stairs to reach the 2nd floor but we enjoyed the exercise. It wasn’t a problem for us but would be for a person with limited mobility. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment would be an added bonus.

Absolutely Perfect in Venice!

Stunning second story apartment in a lovely quiet area of Venice. Very recently remodelled with modern fixtures and appliances. Isabella was a very friendly and wonderful host. She was always available for any questions we had. After travelling to multiple hotels and B&Bs over a couple of weeks throughout Italy this place was definitely the nicest and most spacious. Next time we return to Venice I will only stay at Isabella's home. Dave and Stef, Toronto Canada.
