Nice semi-detached house very sunny, perfect for your holidays, in a very quiet area and a few meters from the center of Playa de Aro, just 10 minutes walk from the beach with marked access road, with private community pool only for few members, very close to shopping centers, large supermarkets and leisure areas (bowling, cinemas, etc ...) and 5 minutes from downtown. With private parking space.
It has a large living room, with 2 terraces in the front and back of the house.

Ns avons passés un bon séjour . Mais très grande . Un peu loin du centre ville 20mn . Pour se garer un peu difficile au mois août . Literie à besoin être rénover .

Se les permitió check in antes de la hora, y del mismo modo el check out varias horas después para aprovechar el dia. La piscina logicamente se abre en verano de junio a septiembre, no con temperaturas de 7-18°, cualquiera hubiese preguntado antes en cualquier caso. Es contacto es facil y sencillo, no cuesta nada informarse.No es honrada su valoración de la casa con muchos años alojando un sinfín de familias y nunca ha sucedido algo así por una pataleta. Que tengan un buen dia.

On était 7 : 4 adultes et 3 ados. Les 4 chambres et les 3 salles de bain étaient super pour notre cas. La maison est dans un quartier calme, la piscine commune très bien, les supermarché sont vraiment à côté. La plage et le centre ville sont un peu plus loin mais largement faisable à pied. Nous avons passé de belles vacances.

Villa très propre et agréable avec une piscine commune très spatieuse et bien entretenu. Il y a une petite terrasse à l'arrière et à l'avant qui sont agréable pour les fins de soirée. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Le propriétaire Rosendo est sympathique accueillant et disponible, la maison est très bien situé pas loin de la mer pas loin du centre-ville elle est bien équipé tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour il y a 2 terrasses, les photos sont conformes piscine commune et sympathique et sécurisé
