Dear Madam Karen, thank you for choosing to stay at my facility and also for writing your review, however there are a couple of things that I think need to be clarified, especially to give the right information to those who read. When you give important technical information such as the description of the beds, you need to know the subject well and be aware of what you write, in my opinion you have given incorrect information. The bed where you slept, has a spring mattress (of medium flexibility, the springs are individually bagged). It is an hypoallergenic product of the highest build quality, resting on ash staves and calculated for people of medium size. The other two mattresses that you describe, are not in foam but are memory mattresses and "hospital" type designed to ensure a healthy rest and of absolute quality. Finally I would like to express a personal opinion on the value you attribute to Residenza Montebello. Reading what you write, your full satisfaction is evident in relation to the house, the place where it is located and the people who welcomed you, so I ask myself: What should I give you more to deserve the 5 stars?
