Appartement tout neuf, lumineux et spacieux (120 mètres carrés), récemment rénové et équipé de tout le confort: climatisation dans chaque chambre et connexion WIFI rapide.

À environ 7 minutes des arènes de Vérone et à environ 10 minutes de la gare de Vérone Porta Nuova.

Décoré dans un style léger avec des meubles italiens à la mode.

Balcon confortable avec tables et chaises, vue sur la belle loggia de S. Caterina non visible de la rue.

Il dispose de deux chambres, de deux salles de bain complètes avec douche, d'un grand salon / cuisine décloisonné avec tous les appareils (four, lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-linge, machine Nespresso, Smart TV), 2 canapés-lits doubles blancs.

Situé au troisième étage avec ascenseur dans une rue calme, mais à proximité de plusieurs services tels que magasins, restaurants, bars, supermarchés.

Une chambre a une plus grande salle de bain, tandis que l'autre chambre a une salle de bain et accès au balcon.

Les lits sont king-size et peuvent être détachés en cas de besoin.

Everything was correct. However, we think the equipment/facilities could be improved. Very close to everything and easily accessible on foot. The showers could be improved, as well as the water pressure/amount of water.

A fabulous apartment. We have only positive things to say. Great helpful host, property is spacious, clean and well equipped. Perfectly located for both Verona centre and the train station for travels further afield.We didn’t, but it would be perfect if you want to self-cater.Ferruccio met us and showed us the apartment and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. He also arranged a car to and from the airport for us.If you want a home from home in a perfectly located Verona apartment, I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay in Verona

Nice clean, modern apartment in a great location, easily walkable to all sites, shops and restaurants in the city as well as the main train station. The representative, Rosella, met us at the apartment and gave us a tour as well as restaurant recommendations. A great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Verona! It was super clean, comfortable, and perfectly located between the train station and the city center. Exploring the city was easy, and being so close to the station made taking day trips by train simple too. The property managers were very responsive and made everything easy for us. We loved our time here and would happily stay again on our next visit!

Very comfortable and safe, great location walkable to tourist attractions yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood with several fun shops and restaurants. Host went out of his way to orient us to the apartment and the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment for two couples who wants to enjoy Verona. Huge grocery store just minutes away, and a short walk to the city center. The apartment was very clean and had everything we desired. The host was most welcoming and had a lot of good local tips for us. If I had to put my finger on anything it was that we didn't find the beds that comfortable, and it's a quite sterile decorated apartment. But overall I have no trouble recommending this apartment!

We had wonderful stay in Verona. Our VRBO was fabulous. Unfortunately our flight from Munich to Verona was canceled and we didn't arrive into Verona until midnight. Our amazing host Ferruccio waited for us so we didn't need to go to a hotel. He went above and beyond. The apartment was very clean and excellent wifi. Definitely recommend booking. Location is perfect, 5 min walk to Piazza Bra.

Great apartment in great location

We had a wonderful 6 day stay. Apartment just like the photos, clean, well equipped, enjoyed our proseco on the little balcony. We liked the location, near enough to the train station for day trips and close to our favorite gelato spot. Would recommend and return.

Fantastic property in excellent location

2 adults + 2 children stayed for a few nights in the Antica Loggia. Superb accommodation sited in an excellent location. Recently refurbished apartment furnished to a very high specification. Ferrucio was very hospitable and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment.

I loved Verona. I want to come and spend a month there. So fun. Apartment was comfortable. Easy walk to the train stain, grocery stores, downtown. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious!!! Ferruccio very nice to work with and was quick to respond to messages. Only one downfall was it was a little warm in the apartment but not bad. I think a little TLC on the AC unit and it would be perfect. Walking distance to shops restaurants and the beautiful piazza bra. Great experience and great apartment. We stayed 3 nights.

Wonderful spot

This was a lovely spot to call home for 4 nights. Space for 4 of us- clean and bright and spacious. Walked to the old 'downtown' many times. Washing machine and dishwasher were lovely to have.
