Stor hyra med fyra sovrum och tre badrum på 4 tunnland i vackra Chanhassen, Minnesota. Mindre än en mil från Paisley Park. Bara 3 miles från Hazeltine Golf Club, mycket nära transport för kvinnors PGA.

Detta hem har 2 sovrum och ett uppdaterat kök med nya skåp och bänkskivor i granit. Öppet konceptkök, matplats och familjerum samt extra familjerum. Alla badrum har nyligen renoverats. Rabatt för längre hyror, upp till en eller två månader. Hemmet rymmer upp till 8 vuxna i sängar och två barn (på futon).

Det finns ett däck med grill, en eldstad och två tunnland gräs, resten är trädbevuxen. Uppfarten har en stor parkeringsplats. Njut av eldstaden och barnen kan springa runt i skogen.

Hemmet har två steg upp för att komma in i huset, och 7 steg för att gå upp till huvudnivån inuti eller 7 steg ner till lägre nivå.

Vi är 30 kilometer från Minneapolis / St. Paul International Airport och 26 kilometer från Mall of America. Nära till centrala Minneapolis, cirka en 30 minuters bilresa.

Great location and home

Have a wonderful time in Chanhassen for my nephew's graduation party. The home was perfect for our extended weekend. Lots of space to hang out at the house when we were not out and about.

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable

The property is clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for large groups. We had wild turkeys come visit us every morning! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and not far from anywhere you want to go. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Daughter’s wedding weekend

The home is lovely and was perfect for our family during our daughter’s wedding weekend. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The home was immaculate and well stocked to prepare meals. The hosts are responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect for family gathering

Plenty of space for 4 generations to stay together. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. There were enough kitchen items for us to prepare and serve a meal for a large family gathering. Communication with the hosts was great! They provided little things (cookies and sleds) that added to our experience. Highly recommend!!

Amazing place to stay while in Chanhassen

A wonderful, clean, peaceful home and property to stay at! They had everything you needed and then some. Very helpful and provided great information on things to do. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. Loved it and would highly recommend if staying in the area!

Restful and relaxing!

Owners are great! Our son got married nearby and we comfortable had 9 people stay in the home. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing property

We booked this for our family Christmas. Terri and Dave were not only extremely professional and helpful, they also made the home feel like Christmas. The home was large with many spaces to gather. The home was extremely clean and there were so many things supplied so we could cook and play games in the home. We were so impressed. We could not recommend this home and its host enough!

Wonderful spacious home

We had a wonderful stay at Terri’s beautiful home. Plenty of space for the entire family to relax and gather together. Terri and her hubby were very attentive even coming by frequently to remove the snow so we could get in and out safely!

A beautiful suburban getaway

We enjoyed the whole month of July in this beautiful home! The space is comfortable, well-equipped, spacious and accommodating. We experienced lovely meals on the deck and evenings around the firepit. Our hosts were most communicative and accommodating! We will definitely return!

PERFECT in every way!

The home was comfortable, beds so nice, fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, everything was very clean, lots of space, yard is amazing with variety of wildlife, and home-made cookies the Best! We prepped for a wedding, it was nice having iron and board, blow dryers in bathrooms, and lots of big mirrors a plus. And, they were awesome hosts!

Great Place to Stay

We came up from Iowa for the Renaissance Festival. Six adults. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. House is set off the main road in a beautiful wooded area. Lots of turkeys! About a fifteen minute drive to the festival or Valleyfair amusement park. Also, not a far drive to grocery or convenience stores. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely rebook this property again.

Wonderful Stay

Our group consisted of 5 adults + 1 infant and we had a wonderful stay! The owners were very communicative. It snowed while we were there and the owners plowed the driveway very quickly. The house had a full kitchen with everything we needed as far as appliances go. The home was clean and lots of space. We would definitely recommend this place!

Country setting in city.

Stayed for a small family reunion. Home was very clean, with many amenities. Huge fire pit, wildlife, outside patio and large inside dining table for us all to gather depending on weather. Owners were very hands on and available. Grocery, pharmacy and restaurants very close proximity.

Minnesota Marvelous

What a perfect place to enjoy our summer month away from Florida! The home is beautiful, well furnished, and very comfortable. It is situated on 4 acres of various trees and outside seating. It is secluded yet close to shopping and dining places. The hosts were most responsive and pleasant to work with. We will definitely return!

Perfect stay

Our 3rd or 4th time here. Always clean, well stocked! Works perfect for our family! Highlight may have been sighting of several albino squirrels near-by. A first for some family members, in their 60’s, that grew up here!! Thanks again ☺️

Wonderful house!

We had three of our employees stay at this wonderful house on several extended business trips to the area. It was a great experience for them. They gave it RAVE reviews. Terri and Dave, the owners, were extremely helpful, going out of their way to accommodate their needs. We look forward to returning for future trips to the area.

Super clean with big yard!

We have traveled and stayed in several VRBO's over the years and this is one of the cleanest!! Terri was easy to work with and quick to respond if we had any questions! The house was extremely clean and well stocked! They also have kept personal knick knacks to a minimum and do just enough to make it feel homey while still giving you plenty of space for your own items! We had a great time playing games in the yard and relaxing on the large deck!

My husband and I live in Chanhassen and the property listed is our second home. We have two grown children and five grandchildren. We are both retired from the financial industry. We have lived in Chanhassen since 1991 and love it here! We enjoy renting to others and making their stay the best possible.

Chanhassen is a great community, near everything in the Minneapolis area. Enjoy time on the deck overlooking the wooded lot, sit by the firepit at night and relax in the open concept living area. Close to Paisley Park, Mall of America, three lakes and much more.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Very private large property. Great layout for families of 8 to 10 people. The lower level master bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size bed works great for couples with kids or teenagers. Sleeps 10 adults (1 bedroom has twin sleep number beds.)
