Katastrophe. Einrichtung alt und abgewohnt. Kühlschrank war sehr verschmutzt und musste zuerst selbst geputzt werden. Bad sehr alt, dreckig und stinkt. In einem Schlafzimmer fehlte ein Fensterflügel, konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Nach Mitteilung über Abreise wegen der Zustände, Vermieter sehr aggressiv. Frau des Vermieters ging in das Schlafzimmer eines Kindes und forderte dieses aggressiv auf, sofort das Zimmer/Wohnung zu verlassen. Geht gar nicht. :worried: Schlimmste Unterkunft und Vermieter. Müsste aus meiner Sicht von ihrer Firma mal aufgesucht und überprüft werden. So ein Appartement kann man nicht vermieten. Kundenservice von Casamundo/Adriatic war ebenfalls eine Katastrophe, keinerlei Verständnis von Hilfe kann hier keine Rede sein. Wirft kein gutes Licht auf Casamundo und seine Partnerfirmen. :i :S :O :( :worried:

Oferta zgodna z opisem, parking na posesji, wyposażona kuchnia z lodówką do dyspozycji. Lokalizacja jest świetna - blisko do plaży i do punktów handlowo-usługowych. Mieszkanie jest bardzo ładne, czyste, w łazience i kuchni jest wszystko, co potrzeba. Właściciele są bardzo mili, konkretni i pomocni. Byliśmy tam już drugi raz z kolei. :inlove :)

Ha a szállásadóknak lenne egy kis lehetőségük kicsit felújítani belülről is az apartmant, akkor 5-ös. De a tulajok a legmesszemenőbbekig aranyosak és segítőkészek! Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. (És a a későbbi szállásfoglalóknak egy kis segítség: se az iGO-m, se a Google Maps nem tudta pontosan behatárolni a cím alapján a helyet: a jelzett utcának van három zsákutcája, és ez a NY-ÉNY felé eső utcácskának a végén található.)

A szállásadók nagyon barátságosan vártak,tiszta rendezett volt a szállás.Klíma nem hiányzott,elég hűvös a ház.A tulajdonos mintha ott se lett volna, de ha kellet azonnal, és nagyon segítőkész volt. Minden nagyon tetszett, egyedüli (mutogatással)áthidalható probléma, hogy csak horvátul beszéltek. Bátran merem ajánlani bárkinek, aki olcsó szállást keres, kikapcsolódásra, szórakozásra vágyik nyaralása alatt.
