Casa de piedra de estilo rústico inspirada en las casas que usaban los campesinos antiguamente, con todas las comodidades modernas para poder disfrutar de una estancia confortable. Tiene 170 m. distribuidos en una amplia sala de estar-comedor con chimenea, TV satélite, DVD, Radio-CD. Una cocina con nevera, microondas y lavavajillas integrados de estilo rústico. Una habitación con una amplia cama. Otra habitación de dos camas y una mesa escritorio, todo de estilo antiguo. Un baño completo con bañera de hidromasaje. El piso superior está construido con suelo de madera. Consta de una sala de estar con sofás, playstation-2 y internet. Una habitación muy luminosa con dos camas y un coqueto baño.
Rodeando la casa hay una terraza de piedra con pérgola de vid y un largo porche al lado de la cocina y del barbacoa, con amplia vista a la piscina donde podrá disfrutar de la brisa marina. La piscina es de 4,5 x 9m., con amplios escalones, la mitad bastante plana y toda rodeada de césped.

Excellent villa, location and service

Communication with Marti was very efficient prior to and after arriving. Marti and his wife were accommodating and very helpful. We rented the villa for 10 days in mid-July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was a generous size for 6 people, spotlessly clean and very well equipped and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the villa as we felt so 'at home', although we were only 10 minutes from Pollenca, Alcudia and various beaches. The traditional style villa stayed surprisingly cool without having to use the air con excessively, although it was a welcome relief during the night and during the hottest parts of the day. The outdoor pool was crystal clear and the lawn area, bbq and outdoor lounge meant that we spent most of the time outdoors. We've stayed at 8 Mallorcan Villas in the past 12 years or so, most of which have been very good, this experience ranks with the best of them. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend....or return!

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Allerdings benötigten wir eine gewisse Zeit, bis wir die verkehrsbedingte Geräuschkulisse der direkt am Grundstück vorbeilaufenden Straße komplett ausblenden Konnten. Alles in allem trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

We enjoyed our stay. House and pool were very clean. Martí was very helpful, coming to meet us at short notice on arrival, and giving us help when needed during the week. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful property, well kept and good location. Polite and helpful owner with nothing being an issue regarding any assistance. Location not as quiet as our previous rental but we were aware of properties in the location. Would recommend staying for either couples as we did or large families, it did feel rather large because it is and not having children with us we could “lose each” other in the property. Plenty of items to enable cooking and eating at the villa. Beautiful pool with inflatables, table tennis table, lovely BBQ area and amazing covered area for relaxing and eating. Pictures do not do the property full justice, felt comfortable on our arrival with Marti purchasing a few items for our arrival. Air conditioning throughout which due to the inclement weather was not used much. Thank you Marti for allowing us a weeks retreat in your beautiful property.

eine sehr schöne Finca

wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Finca von Marti verlebt. Wir fühlten uns rundum sehr gut betreut. Es war sehr warm, aber die Finca hat eine Klimaanlage !! Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und der Garten verfügt über schöne Liegen. Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Beautiful home, photos do not do it justice. Very comfortable, spotless well equipped house. Lovely garden & pool. Close to Pollenca, Porto Pollenca & Alcudia. Would book again.

A very relaxed stay

This is a beautiful villa in a handy location about halfway (15 mins drive) between Pollença and Alcúdia. It is decorated in a classical Spanish style, is spacious and beautifully kept. Inside is immaculate and well equipped. The pool and garden are secluded and pretty with a lovely cool veranda. Air conditioning is essential and we slept very well. Over all I can’t praise this place enough. The owner, Marti, was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We would love to stay here again.

Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit großem Garten und Pool. Großzügiges Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zentral aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Perfekte Abwicklung mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Vermieter.

Wonderful stay at Can Vaja

We have spend one week in the house at the end of October and it was just perfect. The house is well equipped and you will find everything you need. The pool has a perfect size and the garden is well maintained. Acutally no need to go out....Marti has been a very good host. Thanks for everything! # Any time # Martin ;D

Fabulous villa

Great villa perfectly situated near Pollenca. It was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, it was very clean, lots of towels and the private pool and outside area is stunning. Marti was very helpful during the booking process and flexible about the arrival time. Air conditioning works very well. We had a brilliant time!

Super Urlaub

Wir ware für eine Woche mit unserer 1Jährigen Tochter im Haus von Marti. Es war alles perfekt. Die Kleine konnte im Garten spielen und wir konnten entspannen. Die Häfte der Tage sind wir einfach im Haus und am Pool geblieben, die andere Häfte haben wir Ausflüge zum Meer gemacht. Einmal hatten wir Probleme mit dem Gasherd aber Marti hat uns sofort geholfen. Vom Haus ist man in wenigen Minuten in Pollenca oder Alcudia wo man schöne Altstädte mit Restaurants findet. Vielen Dank Marti!

wunderschönes Landhaus

Mit 5 Erwachsenen haben wir einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Selbst an Strändtücher wird gedacht. Man findet auch eine gut sortierte Bibliothek vor. Allerdings gibt es reichlich viele Ameisen. Wir werden wiederkommen . Liebe Grüße an Martin und seine Frau. Fünf aus Hannover.

Détente en famille

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très belle maison rénovée dans le respect des matériaux locaux, la décoration est soignée, les pièces spacieuses et la jardin, avec sa piscine et sa terrasse ombragée, est particulièrement agréable. Le petit plus : citrons "prêts à cueillir" pour l'apéritif. Les propriétaires Marti et Maria sont très disponibles tout en restant discrets. (Marti parle français). Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Das Paradies für uns

Diese 2 Wochen in dem tollen Haus Can Vaja waren die bisher schönsten Urlaubswochen für unsere Familie! Can Vaja war für uns das Paradies:Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Schafen als Nachbarn und einem wunderbaren Garten mit Pool, unsere Kinder und wir waren glücklich! Marti und seine Frau als Vermieter haben sich jederzeit um uns gekümmert falls nötig und haben sehr dazu beigetragen dass wir 2 unvergessliche Wochen Urlaub dort hatten! Wir kommen wieder!

Das tolle Haus und der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool wurden exakt so angetroffen, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und komplett ausgestattet: es ist vom Sat-TV bis zu einer vollständigen Küchenausstattung alles Erdenkliche vorhanden. Die Eigentümerfamilie ist sehr freundlich, spricht allerdings neben spanisch nur englisch, was jedoch keine Probleme bereitete. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und den Gartem, die herrliche Terrasse und den großartigen Pool reichlich genutzt. Die Lage zwischen Alcudia und Pollenca ist fantastisch und bietet einen guten Startpunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Tipp für die Anreise: Die Autobahn nicht an der Abfahrt Pollenca verlassen, sondern erst am Kreisverkehr Richtung Pollenca fahren. Tipp für die Umgebung: Der Ort Pollenca ist sehr schön und das Restaurant La Fonda hat leckere Fischgerichte ohne Ende. The great house and the beautiful garden with swimming pool were exactly found, as shown in the photos. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The owner family is very friendly, but speaks only Spanish and English - but this did not cause any problems. We have felt ourselves very well and exploited the garden, the lovely terrace and the magnificent swimming pool fully. The situation between Alcudia and Pollenca is fantastic and offers a good starting point for many excursions.

Beautiful finca in the north west of Mallorca

We enjoyed our time (4 adults and three children) at this beautiful place very much. The Finca Can Vaja is a very nice house in very good condition. You'll find everything you need and it is nicely furnished. The garden is spacious and the pool is marvelous. It is easy to reach by car and it is in short distance to the beaches of Pollenca and Alcudia. The owner is very kind and was ready to answer our questions at any time. We can really recommend this place for a enjoyable vacation in the north west of Mallorca. We definitely would like to come back one day!

Vacances de rêve...

tolles Haus, tolle Lage, sehr nette Vermieter

Die Beschreibung bei fewo-direkt trifft genau auf das Haus und die Lage zu. Wir haben mit das Haus mit 4 Kindern (6 J., 4 J., 1 J., 4 Monate) und vier Erwachsenen bewohnt. Das Haus ist von der Größe toll. Wer wollte, konnte sich jederzeit zurückziehen. Innen wie außen ist das Haus sehr gepflegt, sauber und insgesamt einfach wunderschön. Die Kinder fanden den Pool am tollsten. Wir Erwachsenen haben abends oft den gemauerten Grill genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, das möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Wir haben z. B. zwei Kinderreisebetten bekommen, obwohl nur eins zum Haus gehört. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Nach Pollenca oder Alcudia sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Dort kann man die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs kaufen, aber auch die Strände erreichen. Wir waren gern in Can Picafort / Playa de Muro. Der Strand ist dort sehr sauber, nicht so überlaufen, das Wasser sanft abfallend, der Sand weiß - einfach schön! Dienstags ist in Alcudia ein netter Markt, auf dem man neben neben Kleidung und Asseccoires auch Obst und Gemüse kaufen kann. Wir haben ausserdem Ausflüge zum Cap Formentor, nach Valdemossa und Deia gemacht. Unterhalb des Felsens waren wir auch in einer Bucht baden, allerdings ist der Strand nicht sehr sauber. Chipstüten, Plastikdeckel und sogar Glasscherben trüben den Aufenthalt in der malerischen Bucht. Wer nach Valdemossa fährt, sollte unbedingt im Innenhof einen Kaffee im "Can Molinas" trinken und ein Gebäck dazu genießen! Insgesamt sind wir mehr als erholt aus dem Urlaub zurückgekommen und werden das Haus gern weiterempfehlen.

A pleasure to stay

We stayed in this lovely spacious house for 10 days with our three kids. The weather was extremely good for the time of the year. The pool is nice and has a good size and the temperature of the water was still good. We enjoyed every room of the house. The living, the kitchen, the bathrooms; all just perfect. There owner is friendly and helpful. He checks if you are confident now and then. The beaches are 10 to 15 minutes by car, the centre of the village is 5 minutes by car and Palma about 40 minutes. There is a nice bbq and actually there is no need to go somewhere else then to stay at the house and enjoy it. Family R. Kempers - The Netherlands
