A most relaxing week

We had a wonderful stay at Xisca's property, it was better than the photos and in the most idyllic location. We enjoyed the tranquility and sounds of nature, and our boys loved the pool! We hope to return very soon!

A beautiful place to unwind

This is a lovely villa in a very peaceful location. Fantastic garden space with pool, fabulous for dining from the barbecue. Close to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca and all that the area has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful holiday home! The house was lovely and well-equipped, but the highlight for our kids was definitely the amazing pool – they hardly wanted to get out.At night, we slept wonderfully, with the soft sound of sheep bells and crickets in the background.All in all, a perfect getaway.

Nice place

Big garden, nice pool, warm welcome. The kids loved to feed the chicken, and to sit outside and play games. Also nice that the beds slept very well. ( kids wanted to sleep downstairs in the single beds) We had a car and made daytrips to several places on the island.

3 weeks in Paradise.

My wife and I spent 3 weeks here, and enjoyed it immensely!. The villa is fantastic and as described, in a rural setting which suited us. the markets on Sunday's are great for stocking up on fresh fruit and veg, and the locals are very friendly. Xicha, our host was great with communication and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this venue if your looking for peace and relaxation, a car is a must!

Very comfortable, beautiful location

The villa is in the middle of the countryside, with beautiful scenery, attractive garden and nosey, entertaining chickens next door ❤️ We were very pleased to have central heating as it was chilly and rainy some of the time. We always look for a comfortable terrace so that we can sit out in sun, shade or rain. We have stayed there before and will return. We thoroughly recommend it but you definitely need a car. The owner is very friendly and helpful. 😃

Lovely place- high recommendation

Cosey and clean in an idyllic area! Kitchen Full equipped and perfect terrace with best bbq we’ve ever had! Pool was perfect for our little dougther (and us!) exspecially the big stairs- but it‘s good to know that the pool is deep so that also adults can not stand there! The room in the tower is without a door so you can hear everything- no problem for us because there at two other nice rooms to sleep. The two modern bathrooms are very good- one of them en suite. We loved the garden especially the tomatos! And the eggs from the chickens beside the garden! Thanks a lot for the support during our stay and for the perfect family-Holiday at your finca!! Xisca does a great job at a great finca!

Wonderful holiday in a wonderful finca

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful place. It is so quiet - just the place for relaxing after working hard at home. Surrounded by olive trees, you can't see anything of the neighbouring fincas and you can sit by the pool in the sun and enjoy the holiday life. The owner - Xisca - left us a whole lot of things in the fridge and on the table - to start us off - there really was something for everybody. The eggs from their own hens are absolutely delicious - so different from anything you can buy in the shops! Our grandson (6) was in the pool every spare minute (with Dad, as it is quite deep all the way from one end to the other) He wore his neoprene suit as the water (in October) was pretty chilly. Our other grandson (4) was the man for the hens - he loved feeding them when we had anything organic for them, The finca is very well equipped - we often cooked our evening meals there and enjoyed eating out on the terrace. Xisca was very helpful with ideas and answers to any questions we had without being pushy or intrusive. We can all wholly recommend this finca and would love to come back again.

3 Wochen im Paradies. Alles wie ausgeschrieben angetroffen. Man lebt in Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und kann alles in 15 Minuten erreichen. Alcudia, Pollença und Port de Pollença.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der schönen Finca. Die Kinder haben den tollen Pool geliebt und haben viel im Garten gespielt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe war einfach perfekt. Unsere Gastgeberin hat für unsere Ankunft einen tollen Mix aus Obst etc bereitgestellt, womit wir nicht direkt einkaufen gehen mussten. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Nice Villa with very friendly owner

Vorerst möchte ich den Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hervorheben. Xisca Soler war sehr freundlich. Obwohl verspätet an der Villa angekommen und keine Möglichkeit mehr Lebensmittel zu kaufen, war der Kühlschrank mit Obst Weißbrot und Wasser gefüllt. Alles war sauber. Handtücher lagen bereit. Alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Jederzeit wieder

Großes Haus, wunderschöner Garten

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem sehr schönen Haus mit einem tollen Garten! Vielen lieben Dank an Xisca, die uns herzlich empfangen hat und alles gezeigt hat! Ein sehr umfangreiches Willkommenspaket stand uns auch zur Verfügung mit allem was man für den ersten Tag braucht. Die Küche war mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht inklusive Gewürze und Olivenöl. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen, auch die Terrasse mit der Außenküche haben wir gerne genutzt. Hoffentlich können wir bald wiederkommen!

Fantastisch gelegene Finca mit allen Dingen, die man zum guten Leben braucht. Den Norden der Insel konnten wir perfekt erkunden. Wir haben die Ruhe und vor allem den genialen Pool sehr genossen. Gerne wieder ☺️

Eine schöne Auszeit !

Diese Finca ist der ideale Ort um zu entspannen! Dennoch wird es Kindern nicht langweilig, da es auf dem Grundstück eine Menge zu entdecken gibt. Der Strand, sowie Port de Pollenca und Alcudia sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen (Auto). Rundherum ein toller Aufenthalt!

Charming house

Great house, full of character. Boys loved the chickens, lambs and table tennis! Plenty of space for them. Well kept and clean, it was lovely to have basics, fresh eggs and their own olive oil there when we arrived. Definitely recommend and we will be back probably in the summer time so we can use the pool!!

Die Finca ist sehr schön und sehr sauber! Vermieter sind sehr nett! Gemüsegarten und frische Eier!

Wir waren begeistert von der Finca! Lage sehr ruhig, Pool perfekt, schöner Garten mit Gemüse und Obstbäumen. Frische Eier von den hauseigenen Hühnern. Ein super Begrüßungspaket! Alles super sauber und gepflegt! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
