Just as expected

Really good location a short pleasant walk to the beach with plenty of different restaurants. Close to 2 supermarkets,within walking distance and a 5 minute drive to a big Lidle perfect for self catering. Never had a problem parking on the street outside and a new lift up 1 floor to the apartment, great for bringing shopping and cases. Apartment had all the basics for cooking and a brand new king sized master bed was delivered while we were there.there was a large smart tv and you could put in your code for prime or netflixs.

This property is in a perfect location, close to the sea and a number of wonderful restaurants. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable having both air conditioning in the lounge and roof fans in all rooms keeping the complete apartment well climatized. The WiFi is fast and can be accessed from anywhere on the large balcony and also by the large smart TV. The apartment complex is safe, access is only possible through secure doors or a private lift. Additionally the apartment has a very secure safe for all your valuables. Communication with the owner was excellent who is also extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this apartment and highly recommend it.

Io e altri quattro adulti abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo appartamento. L'appartamento è così come appare in foto. Il letto matrimoniale è piccolo per due adulti. Il problema è stato però prontamente risolto dai proprietari che hanno sostituito il materasso del divano letto con uno nuovo, rendendolo più comodo per due persone, e aggiunto un secondo divano letto. La casa è risultata quindi abbastanza comoda e confortevole sebbene in cinque. I due bagni sono risultati fondamentali essendo entrambi con doccia e dotati delle cose essenziali, quali asciugamani e asciugacapelli. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto ciò che è necessario per la colazione e altro. La casa si trova in un tranquillo e bel contesto ed è molto vicino alla spiaggia. Sicuramente se dovessi ritornare a Tenerife, ci riandrei volentieri. Ottima comunicazione con i proprietari. Assolutamente consigliato!

Trop bruyant!

Les proprietaires avaient omis de nous informer de la fête qui se tenait au pied de la résidence. Une musique aussi forte qu’en boîte de nuit jusqu’à 6 heures du matin, résultat une première nuit blanche, et l’obligation d’acheter des bouchons d’oreille le lendemain. De plus un bar restaurant se trouve juste en dessous et l’appartement et provoque aussi des nuisances sonores, sans compter les jeunes fetards qui crient toute la nuit. Il est impossible de se garer devant la résidence. L’appartement est spacieux et conforme aux photos, la terrasse agréable, cependant aucune porte ne ferme à clef, les poignées de porte vous restent dans la main, et les portes coulissantes des placards sont bloquées. La literie est très mauvaise, et le lit double est plutôt un grand lit simple. Nous ne conseillons absolument pas cette location pour un séjour en famille, elle est à réserver aux groupes d’amis voulant faire la fête.

Günstig gelegen zum Strand, Bus, Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Sehr sonniger Balkon, leider zur Strasse gelegen und ohne Liegen, dafür 6 Stühle, Tisch und Sonnenschrirm. Gute Bäder. Das Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten OK, das mit dem Doppelbett eher etwas für 1 Person, allerdings eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Problemlose Übergabe bei Anreise

Excellent, very comfortable, well - equipped apart

We had a lovely stay in our very comfortable, well-equipped apartment.I recommand very much this place to stay for holidays. The appartment is very clean, and contains everything you can need. Neighbours are great and friendly. Perfect place to spend some quality time with friends and family.

Wonderful vacation

A beautiful apartment in an ideal location ant it was superbly furnished. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance and all were very good value. Close to the beach(3min.) We really enjoyed our 2 week stay!And we would love to go again and would recommend it to friends! Denny and Samantha Smiths

Centrally located

The apartment was exactly where we wanted it to be, centrally located to all restaurants and beaches etc. It was also very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. However when the one air conditioning unit broke down the agent asked us to stay in to wait for the engineer and also to stay with him until he had finished! We declined and lived with the fans for our remaining time. We were only there for a week and have had previous experience of Spanish engineers but the problem was not ours to deal with and it should be the agent or the owner who sees to all the repairs. We may consider returning to this apartment sometime in the future but only if the current beds are replaced with ones of better quality and comfort. The double bed in the apartment now is smaller than the one in the picture and very unforgiving consequently giving me backache every night.

Distance to the beach 300m.Big two bedrooms,two bathrooms apartment 80m has new air conditioning system.Newly renovated and fully equipped apartment has terrace 18m with ocean view.Great two swimming pools.Complex Club La Mar is near to many restaurant,bars,excursions office.Near to the bus and taxi stations and walking distance to shops Hiperdino,Mercadona,Lidl.
Just a great place!The best place for your holidays!
