We had such a great stay at this condo! The ocean views were absolutely beautiful, and the condo itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The property had so many fun things to do like pickleball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, and shuffleboard, which made it even better. It was also in a great location close to dining and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Phoenix 7 was nice .Beach view was great.We always stay at the Phoenixs an have never had a problem until now. The owner named Kenny sent us a message asking permission to have a realtor show the condo,the next day at noon if that would be ok with us.I text him back an said no we did not want.The next day my husband an I was sitting on balcony an realtor with two other people came in to our locked condo.It was scarry an not acceptable.

That is all true but I did notify the relator not to come in and they did anyway. What she failed to say was I compensated her well for the misunderstanding. Things do happen that is out of my control and I tried to handle it the best I could.

Awesome view of the gulf from a large balcony. Great pools and hot tubs. The room and all common areas were clean. Any staff i meet or spoke to were kind. One of the best places i have stayed at Orange Beach. Definitely marking this one down to stay again.

Wonderful, clean, and great location.

Great location. Condo was very clean, and well equipped with amenities. Mr. Kenny was easy to contact and was very quick to respond. Will plan to stay here again next beach trip.

Nice condo, great view

Condo is as pictured. Great location. Beautiful view from master bedroom and balcony. Easy check in. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had your basic needs. Would stay again!

Wonderful Spring Break!

Ideal location. Beautiful views. Super responsive host. The unit is somewhat dated (whole complex is) but very clean, comfortable and well-stocked.
