Duplex flat in a gated complex with a HEATED SEAWATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12 meter HOT WATER RELAX POOL, in a very quiet neighborhood and with a PROFESSIONAL "OMADA" WIFI NETWORK, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. Very well equipped to make you feel at home.
The apartment is located in a small complex of 11 units by the sea. The complex has two seawater pools and a freshwater pool, surrounded by a large lawn garden. The adult pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12-metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.
It is a duplex with two bedrooms both located on the first floor, as well as a full bathroom with shower.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom you can choose between two single beds or a double bed. There is also an armchair bed for the extra persons in the living room, recommended for children and teenagers.
The house is ideal for 4 people, although thanks to the sofa bed it is suitable for families of up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 children). For babies we have a cot and high chair available, of course, babies do not count as an extra person.
The duplex is very luminous, the main bedroom has a fantastic terrace with armchairs and views to the sea and the swimming pool, and thanks to the interior garden the second bedroom is also very luminous. Natural light also reaches the main bathroom through the skylights.
The flat is accessed through the small garden/terrace on the ground floor, this first floor is an open space where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located, as well as a small toilet.
The terrace on the ground floor has a table with chairs and barbecue and some folding chairs for sunbathing.
Another of the main features of the house is the equipment, highlighting elements such as the very high quality bed, the gas barbecue or the Smart TV with internet access.

There is nothing better than waking up right in front of the SEA. The house is located in one of the best areas of the island, next to its largest GOLF course. It is located by the SEAFRONT, from which you will have direct access to UNSPOILT BATHING SITES. Walking towards the east along the seafront, in 10 minutes you will reach "Los Abrigos", a small FISHING VILLAGE. Walking towards the west, you will find several unspoilt bathing sites, a MARINA and finally an old COASTAL HORSE TRAIL which, after 5 kilometres, leads to "Montaña Amarilla" and a MARINE PROTECTED AREA. 50 metres away, there is a small shopping centre with a few bars, restaurants, a 24-hour taxi rank, a supermarket that opens every day until 22:00, ATMs... In Los Abrigos you will find a wide selection of RESTAURANTS, the FISH MARKET, banks and a pharmacy. Within a 5 minute drive, you can reach a shopping area next to the highway (Las Chafiras) that includes sport stores, golf stores, several supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, Hiperdino), McDonald's and a FARMERS MARKET (highly recommended). Further west, (passed Los Abrigos), there are some quiet small beaches and even a NATURAL ROCK POOL. 10 minutes away by car you will find TWO OF THE BEST BEACHES of Tenerife: "La Tejita" and "El Médano". The beach of "El Médano" is named after the village where it is located, which, in our opinion, is one of the best places of the island. It offers a great sporty atmosphere thanks to the WIND SURF AND KITE SURF World Championships held every year.

On the day of your arrival, we will welcome you personally to show you around the house, explain how everything works and give you a map of the island with a list of restaurants, beaches and trails. Of course, we will also hand you the keys. If you are looking for something in particular and would like some information prior to your arrival, just let us know and we will be glad to help. We believe that, in order for you to have the best holidays possible, it is very important that you actually get to know the island. This is why we'll be sharing with you our experiences about Tenerife, so you can enjoy you holidays differently, just like a real local resident would do. You will also be able to reach us by phone in case you have any other question so we can help you as much as we can. Getting a good night's sleep during the holidays is basic, so we have done our research about the mattresses used in luxury hotels and we can offer you amazing duvets and memory foam and synthetic pillows. All sheets are 100 % cotton. We live in the north of the island, but we spend a lot of time working close to the apartment or enjoying the pool or the sea not far from there, so we will probably meet every once in a while.
