Nice apartment but lacked some basic amenities
This apartment was adequate but we were disappointed with some of the amenities. We stayed for 7 nights and were supplied with only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels for the week. When we inquired about getting more we were told that we should buy more toilet paper on our own and use the washer/dryer to wash the towels or pay additional fees for more towels. We ended up buying detergent and then gave it away since we only used a few pods. The washer/dryer was one unit and could only manage like 2 towels otherwise it didn't dry completely. We have stayed at many apartment rentals and have never had this issue before. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked breakfast a few days there. The bed was comfortable and the closet had good storage. I also enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the apartment complex. This apartment was close to the Aldgate East tube station and the Tower of London. Very convenient to get to many sights around London.
