Beautiful condo family near to the beach. Pool / Free Wifi / Sauna/ Sunny terrace - only families

Located 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays.

It´s featured with 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and outdoor jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN ALL WINTER-SPRING. OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT. TO END APRIL.



There are two areas where you can cook a barbecue or paella. You can also use tables and chairs to enjoy the meal under the shade of a roof.



You play some sports like play tennis and Padel. There is a tennis court and two padel court. You can enjoy them for FREE.

Make a break in the Sauna (1€/hour) or in the heating swiming pool or go to the gym. There is also playground with swings for your children.



The apartment has a big living room up to 6/7 people with large sofa, TV with international channels. and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided.



There is a big terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two deck chairs. There are two bathrooms: 1with shower, 1with bathtub enclosed.



Kitchen is fully equipped.



FREE WIFI with high speed.



AIRCONDITIONING/HEATING in the bedrooms and livingroom.



When you go to the beach, you will find a Windsurf/surf School with very friendly people. We recommend you this if you are coming with kids. They will enjoy it a lot and you will have time to relax (win-win).



In the area there are some greengrouceries and bakery and also a great supermarket.



About restaurants, you will find a lot but we can tell you where to go and what you have to order.

Magnífico Piso, de los mejores en los que me he alojado.

Este piso es espectacular, lo que más nos gustó fue la limpieza, la limpieza de 10. Además, una ubicación y inmejorable. Por decir algo, porque realmente, todo estaba muy bien, tal vez sería un detalle, que haya agua potable en la nevera, cuando lleguemos los clientes, porque a veces entramos muy tarde, y a esa hora no tenemos donde comprar nada. Estancia maravillosa, como siempre

La atención, como siempre maravillosa, el apartamento super limpio, la estancia, las zonas comunes y el vecindario todo es magnífico. Tuvimos una visita inesperada y sin ningún problema. Gracias por todo. El tostador se ve anticuado y gastado, las tijeras de cocina las cambiaría por unas nuevas. Son menudeces pero mejorarían un pelín más.

Buena elección en Gandía

La verdad es que, en general, estaba todo muy bien. Destacar la limpieza del apartamento al llegar y el aire acondicionado por rejillas en toda la casa. Muy buen servicio de la agencia, disponibles en todo momento, muy amables y comunicando todo lo necesario en cada momento. Por lo demás un apartamento muy completo con gran balcón -terraza y piscinas muy chulas. También tiene pistas de pádel, tenis, fútbol y canastas, barbacoa, gimnasio y sauna. La playa a 10 minutos, una playa sin agobios y de arena muy fina y con muchos chiringuitos. También hay supermercados, panaderías y demás muy cerca y el paseo de la playa lleno de tiendas y restaurantes. O sea, un sitio para disfrutar y olvidarte de todo. Como digo, una muy buena elección en Gandía. Hemos disfrutado mucho, seguro que habrá algo que mejorar pero no se me ocurre nada importante.

Estupendo apartamento para vacaciones en familia

El apartamento está fenomenal. Es espacioso, acogedor y muy fresco incluso sin poner el aire acondicionado que solo usábamos por las tardes un rato. Tiene todo lo necesario y en buenas condiciones. Un lujo encontrar colchones en los que se pueda dormir bien como en estos. Duchas con presión, buen menaje de cocina, sabanas y toallas en buen estado. Vamos que todo muy bien. El resort también fenomenal, las piscina limpia con poca gente, hamacas y buen ambiente. También usamos las canchas de tenis y paddel. La verdad que hemos quedado muy contentos con la elección. Por poner una pega (minima) quiza está un poco alejado de la playa si vas muy cargado y con niños pequeños como era nuestro caso. Sino es un paseito agradable. Gregorio padre y Gregorio hijo fenomenal también. Echamos de menos en el baño pequeño alguna repisa para dejar las cositas de aseo, colonias , cepillos... Algún cuchillo mas grande también vendría bien. La ducha pequeña tiene alguna fuga y se sale el agua por la base.
