Located on the first and last floor in the quiet and peaceful historic center of Bernalda, it is 500 meters from Palazzo Margherita resort owned by Francis Ford Coppola (watch video on youtube “authentic Basilicata”) famous Bernaldesi-born director. Excellent and captivating location to accommodate entire families, the structure, of 180 square meters, enjoys a splendid view over the Basento river valley and in favorable weather conditions is clearly visible the Ionian Sea which is only 9 km. Peace, tranquility, comfort, design, refinement and attention to detail will make guests experience an unforgettable holiday. The farmhouse has 2 large bathrooms, one with a bath / shower, the other with a large shower, three bedrooms with standard double beds, two large living rooms, a mezzanine and a panoramic terrace with oven for pizzas and embers. In the two living rooms there are two comfortable double sofa beds. The building has vaulted and pitched roofs of about 5 meters in height. In one of the halls a staircase and a glass mezzanine lead to the terrace of 25 square meters. The same mezzanine can be used as the audience of a cinema because the structure is equipped with a projection cloth and a home theater system. All rooms have a television with digital terrestrial and satellite reception and in the two living rooms there are two kitchens and two fully functional fireplaces. There is a wi-fi network. The property is usable entirely and is divisible into two parts with respective 6 and 4 beds. Each portion of the structure is independent and equipped with all the services and conveniences. It is planned to privilege the bookings of the entire property and in option only a part. The rate for booking a portion of the location is calculated in tenths of the total price published on the Homeholiday website.
